Without any authority from me they change the delivery day. When i place an order week ago they said they delivery on Friday due to my work days. When i called an ask if it go to be still friday. The sale person said over the phone i will rebook it for Tuesday instead of friday....

Great customer service! I could not recommend Desmond more to anyone who is looking for the right bed. He is very knowledgeable about the products on the floor and walked me through all the best choices available. Been satisfied with the product since it's arrived!

Ordered a mattress from these guys, paid for it. Tried to cancel 30 minutes later to be told they would keep $450 of my money. I could understand if it was a day later or if they had started making it. What a joke!! Buyer beware the tricks

Raeanne provided us excellent advice and customer service. Raeanne listened to our needs and gave us several suggestions. At no time was Raeanne pushy. Raeanne continues to provide excellent sales service.

They DO NOT REFUND and if you do cancel they deduct 30% of the TOTAL COST of item leaving you with your whole deposit (in my case $270) eaten away. In my eyes that's just stealing!!! DISGRACEFUL!

Shopped at the Gepps X store today and Dylan was very helpful. He took us through the bed match process and then talked as through a variety of mattresses. Would definitely shop there again.

Lack of explana Of the product. When I looked at the product it was not explained properly what all will be included. Not worth the money and service. Very disappointing.

Purchased a full bedroom set up. Tallboy draws never closed correctly. Very poorly built. Store denied responsibility and nothing was ever replaced Disgraceful..
