At first I was pleased with the service as I was choosing my bed and mattress but was very disappointed when it came to the delivery. They said it wouldn't be delivered until I paid the full amount which I did well in advance but the expected delivery date of my furniture came and went without a peep from them. I called a few days later only to be told I would be called back shortly which didn't happen. Eventually I found out things didn't go so smoothly but a phone call back when I expected it even if there was no news, just to tell me what was going on would have been nice. I was given a delivery date but that day came with no word again so I rang only to be told there was a mistake and it wasn't going to be delivered when I expected. I get mistakes happen but to not call me back and have the poor delivery guy ring a potentially angry customer when it was your mistake was very poor. I don't remember his name but the delivery guy was great, very polite and apologetic. I'm very disappointed with my experience and will not be shopping there again. I do not agree with the payment before delivery which I was not informed about upon purchase. It's all well and fine you get your money but you took your sweet time getting my furniture to me. Not a care for the fact that I spent thousands of dollars at the store and should be informed of my purchase date. Not enough communication. Customers need communication and updates not to be left in the dark waiting for some random day. I get better service from online stores. Very disappointed. Will not be shopping here again and would discourage others from shopping there as well.

Had trouble with a new mattress, it came with a mark on it fresh out of the plastic, called to ask what to do. On Wednesday person 1 said to not use the mattress, email them pictures and they'll forward them onto the manufacturer before muting the call halfway through. I was still connected on call so I hung up, tried ringing back and only got the voicemail. On Thursday I called to double check what was happening and person 2 said to use the mattress, I said person 1 said not to, they then said again I could, I didn't because ew, idk what that stain was. On Monday I got tired of waiting to hear from the manufacturer and called them up myself, they said that they were never contacted by forty winks. So they sent out someone to come pick it up on Wednesday and they'll drop it back with a brand new top the following Wednesday, which they did. So I waited a fortnight after waiting 3 weeks for the bed and mattress to arrive to use the mattress because the staff at forty winks decided to not contact myself or the manufacturer about any of these issues. They only get 2 stars because the sales lady was very lovely and incredibly helpful for the initial sale. Each time I went in store for a question or payment (besides that one lady) every staff member felt very unwelcoming and obviously didn't want to do their job. It shouldn't have been this hard to fix a small mark on a mattress.

Went to store to do research on mattresses for son & his wife, who has chronic back/joint problems. Brad listened carefully and then directed me to the Tempur brand explaining all about what this mattress offers. Left very impressed with all of the information and when son & his wife went to store to try, they laid on the Test bed which confirmed the mattress they needed. Brad was excellent, not giving the 'hard sell' but rather offering clear information on other mattress types (sold by competitors) as well as the Tempur brand. They too got the feeling that the staff in Forty Winks MP were honest and dedicated to provide the best service and product for the customer and so decided not to traipse around to other stores and purchased the mattress.

Extremely happy with our purchase. Dave was fantastic, took us through the matching process, showed us a range of options explaining the differences and pros and cons of each. His knowledge was impeccable and he was not forceful at all. After showing us through he then left us alone to lie and try and find out the one we liked most. When we were ready with our selection he completed the sales process quickly and efficiently including delivery. The only reason it’s not 5 star was a slight hiccup with the delivery however, it was remedied same day and Dave personally came and delivered. Fantastic experience would definitely recommend

Don't Go here I have spent about $2000 on Two different mattress both have eventually sunk in now very uncomfortable also in store they said they would remove old mattress witch they didn't and delivery guy's didn't even help me set up new bed I had to struggle with my bad back overall will never set foot in store again. and now you try to justify it with some worthless response even when I tried to exchange my first mattress or try to get a refund you offered no sort of help my only option was to buy another mattress and again I wasn't happy. Once the transaction was done you stopped caring for the customer.....

Looking for a mattress. Was asked to have a computer find which bed was suitable for us..we had to lie on this bed and get assessed .. after lying on sooo many beds.. got sick of this as we only wanted to buy a mattress after all. Never to say we didn't buy one they were too expensive.. when they finally showed the prices. Way above what we wanted to pay. Won't shop there again

David and Lisa from the Forty Winks Munno Para recently went into bat for us with the manufacturer when one of our electric beds developed a fault. The outcome very much exceeded our expectations, safe to say we are extremely happy! All the staff are very friendly and helpful and their prices are very good. I'll be going back for sure. You won't be disappointed.

Went in to look for new mattress and left very happy. The service was great and Lisa made every effort to meet our needs. First time we have used a test bed and from the result we found exactly what met our needs. We would highly recommend this store to anyone and will be making it our store of choice in future. Prices were also excellent and very competitive.

Lisa and all the staff were very knowlegeable and helpful. Lisa gave us her time, listening to our sleep issues and answering our many questions over several weeks.
