I have been a Fossil fan all my life and I love the brand. The reason for this review is my poor experience with this store at North Premium Outlets. Fossil made a huge black friday sale this year. Most of the earrings and pendants were being sold for $10. They had big signs on the accessories table saying everything on that table was $10. So I was trying to pick some earrings and pendants as gifts. Then a staff member walked to me and said (like they always do) “Everything you see here is $10 sweety!” and I thanked her for the information. Anyways, I picked several accessories and went to the cashiers. One of the pendants I picked showed a different price than $10 so I told the cashier that it should be $10. He said it’s not going to be $10 because that product was not on the same sale. So I told him that I can show him the shelf and the price but he didn’t apply the discounted price to me. The store manager was there as well so he got involved. I said the same thing and offered to show him where I got the pendant from. He said “Someone probably misplaced it” but I said “There are multiple of the same pendant on that table, it doesn’t look like somebody misplaced it”. He still seemed very careless about my disappointment and said that pendant is not on that sale. He didn’t even bother checking out the table to see how this product was displayed! So I had to end up leaving the pendant and finished my other purchases. After I was done, I went back to where I got that pendant from to check the price again and YES, it was priced $10! Seeing that, I went back to the store manager and told him “the pendant is over there and it’s priced $10, please remove it from there so that other people are not frustrated like me”. He didn’t seem to care. Several hours later, I finished my shopping in other stores and stopped by at Fossil store just to check whether they removed the pendant from that SALE table. Of course not! It was still there as if they didn’t make a customer disappointed because of that price mismatch. Unbelievable customer experience! Just honor your promotion campaign! If you put a big sign saying all is $10, sell it for $10. If you send staff to approach customers and say “All you see here is for $10 sweety!” then honor that promise. It’s not that hard!

Fossil Store Las Vegas North Premium Outlets Store #07450.. My wife and I shopped this store on January 30 2020. It was about 1130 am.. My wife found a purse on a sales rack. She took it to one of the sales people to get a price check. The employee that she gave the purse to for the price check was a Asian woman in her 50's probably Vietnamese. She took the purse from my wife and said that another woman had the purse before she did. She was yelling this to my wife across the store. She said it several times in a loud Rude Manner! My wife had the purse in hand which she found on the sales rack! I am filing a complaint about this Rude Unprofessional sales associate! She was the only Asian woman working at the time. Not a young woman, but a older woman. My wife is Vietnamese. My wife was very EMBARRASSED. I told my wife we should leave the store, so we left. We were on Vacation in Las Vegas. We purchased a few items at the same store on the 28th of January. We are back home here in Chandler Arizona. We are going to the Phoenix Premium Outlets here to RETURN ALL OF THE ITEMS WE PURCHASED at Fossil IN LAS VEGAS! I have never seen such rude behavior from a sales associate at any store in my life!

Exactly what I am looking for from retail on holidays. To elaborate: Showfront is excellent. Walk in to a gleaming showroom with immaculate displays that are well organized and thought out. Immediately greeted but not "pestered" if you know what I mean. It even smelled good. Browsing through many options that were well explained by the staff. Wasn't planning on buying stuff there but we did anyways just because it seemed like the time and place was right. As a long time fossil customer (and my wife too) it's nice to see the brand in a different country with an awesome store and exceptional staff!!

I own a few Fossil bags and one of the straps started to wear on one after having it for just under a year. I went in to see if I could get a new strap or maybe buy a sale bag and the awesome sales women replaced my whole bag! I was NOT expecting that!!! I love Fossil and this is just ONE of the reasons! Thank you Sherri and Shay for your assistance! I will always shop here For the record, I have some of their bags that are near 10 years old and the straps are FINE. I never have issues with my Fossil bags, this was kind of a fluke and I'm just ecstatic with the service here!!

I have gotten great service but I can’t walk anymore and my watch died for the second time about a year ago and I have to get it in to have it repaired again. I have had probably eight Fossil watches and I like them all but they do wear out! I will find a way to get it in!

Super super nice staff. Larissa was awesome and a very very nice sweet young lady. She knows her stuff, when I go back, I hope she there to help. She is the person to go too for great customer care. Good conversation, and she listened. I was very happy with my purchase.

Ben altijd zeer te spreken over de Fossil Outlet Stores. Alleen had ik nu het idee dat het aanbod wat beperkt was. Natuurlijk veel horloges. Maar het aanbod van andere dingen als bijvoorbeeld tassen was minder. Maar kan natuurlijk ook aan mij iiggen. Ik had niets nodig.

Great watches at reasonable prices for both men and women. Good styles, and the staff though rotating, has usually been helpful, or quick to get you someone that can specifically help. Recommending this to you if you need a decent watch and like good service.

Excellent staff! Bought 2 watches today for less than $100 and had them engraved right away. They were eager to help which was greatly appreciated. Next time I'm in Vegas I'll definitely be back here to shop. Keep up the excellent work!

If you are in Vegas, have some time and Love Fossil Watches stop here! Wife and I both got free leather sunglass cases with our purchase. Best value you can find on Fossil watches, clothing etc. at a physical retail store at least.

I gave 1 star because I had to. The customer service is horrible. When I entered the store neither of the employees greeted me or asked me if I needed help they just looked. So I decided not to purchase anything and I left.

Was the first shop i stopped at. I continued, walked the entire North Outlet and returned to buy a Leather bag as a gift with a 20% voucher provided in store.

Got 3 of my watch batteries replaced. $10 a piece, used to be $7 but I'll live with it. Friendly staff and ended up buying 2 more watches so there you go!!
