I had been causally looking for homes for months when I saw the one I knew was the one! With no realtor I reached out via text to the one person I could think of, Chantelle, who had showed me a home months prior. She immediately jumped in to help me and got me set up to tour the home that day, to beat their upcoming open house. In this crazy market we knew we had to be fast and creative so Chantelle helped me craft an offer that would be appealing to the sellers but not require me to just play around with the cash. I highly recommend Carissa Mendoza! My fiance and I were moving from out of state and knew very little about Houston. Carissa was very good at listening to us and understanding what we were looking for. She visited properties and sent us video walk throughs of the properties. I 100% trusted her opinions on the different properties. Carissa also has very good walk through video skills - I felt like I was there! It was absolutely no issue that we were in another state during the entire process! Throughout the entire process Carissa was very responsive -- phone calls, emails, texts. Stephanie Ebarra helped my fiance and I find the home we purchased to move into after our wedding. Jenna Myers is a wonderful help in finding a home that truly fits me. She worked to have the homeowners reduce the price as the roof needed to be replaced, some of the windows had cracks, and other various other maintenance was needed. The homeowners refused to even add a door knob to one of the bedroom doors. Jenna was able to get me a large reduction and the seller paid the closing costs. She is so personable and a pleasure to work with. She always reply’s to emails, returns calls and answers questions. If I ever want to sell my lovely home I know who to call.
