Not as clean as it used to be, floor appears to never be cleaned. Washing equipment you can see the mold growing inside, half of the machines are marked service only leaving you very few large washer options forcing you to pay more to utilize several smaller washers. This place has definitely gone down hill from what it once was.

Terrible service!! I asked them to pick up my laundry bags 4 days in advance and by the day they had to come they said they can't make it. I am very disappointed and i DO NOT ADVISE to use their service. I gave them 1 star but it is not even 1 star.
Very clean, open 24 hours and very comfortable. Very central. It has chairs to wait and a TV to entertain you. It is next to the C Town supermarket and the Washington Heights Library. Very comfortable.
I usually do my laundry at my home but i was really happy that they showed me how to use the machines with the the card. They make you feel comfortable because they are very helpful
They do full service for my girlfriend but I just use the washers and driers. Nice people, sun, normal price. They could wash out the washers a little more regularly but that’s it
It's fine. Make sure your laundry is over $20 if you're going to use a card. Mine was $19 and they made me go to the ATM. God forbid they be a little lenient.
Great pickup and delivery. I love that I send a HUGE stuffed-to-the-brim bag out and it comes back the size of a shoe box.
It was a bit crowded; people did distance each other. I was able to get a machine that I needed in no time.
