the confirmation in our app. Our preference states very clearly we always want non smoking room as well as we made it clear when booking a room but when arrived we were told all 200 non smoking rooms are not available! So we had to accept smoking rooms which were terrible! They asked for SPG number as they didn't have it although our booking was clearly confirmed as platinum!But as the platinum member we asked for suite upgrade which we were given but the room was really old fashioned with very filthy carpet, horrible curtains and still stank of cigarettes! Our customers had to stay in the smoking rooms and their clothes stank terribly! They were outraged and it was a terrible first impression they received from China and this hotel! The check-in took about 45 mins (4 pre booked rooms!!) and it needed 3 people at the reception to do it. They didn't have a clue what they were doing. After we decided to have a quick bite in the restaurant and we thought it will be quick and easy as we were the only people in there. 3 burgers arrived completely cold after about 45 mins and were inedible! We ate them because we were hungry but it was embarrassing! When we were asked to sign for the bill and wanted to claim our 20% discount as SPG platinum they again asked us for the SPG number because they didn't have it and in the end told us we cannot have discount! This morning at check-out the receptionist again asked for SPG number when printing the bill! The worst Sheraton ever! Don't go there!

It has been my second time staying here. All my experiences has been perfect! They have everything I expected for a nice & cozy stay. The front desk staff were very friendly. She even took me up to my suite and showed me how to use the panels. I also met her in the executive lounge on the 2nd floor. She recognize me and cared about my my stay. The housekeeping ladies did a great job. They refused to accept tips and said its their duty to clean the room. The executive lounge opens everyday from 6 to 9pm. They offered a variety of food and drinks including warm dishes (rice, noodle, soup, meats), finger food (sandwiches, pizzas & etc), fruit, desserts, wines, beers, soft drinks & hard liquors. I was tired from my flight & it was nice to have a place to relax. The Presidential Suite was sooooooooo gorgeous. It is 350 sq meters. There are 2 bathrooms (including steam room, sauna room & jacuzzis), a huge living room, beautiful office, dining area, a kitchen & 2 wall-in closets. I got lost all the time in the unit so my legs were sore . I also love their breakfast buffet & Chinese restaurant. The breakfast buffet has Chinese style & western style food which can satisfy people from anywhere. Their Chinese restaurant has really fresh seafood & everything tastes so yummy. All the services in the dining places were very nice. I’ll always come back for their hospitality, facility & location!

I stayed here for a couple of days on business. The room is fine, clean and comfortable. However, because the hotel also caters to a large tour group crowd, the breakfast is unacceptable. There are not enough tables or staff. You end up sitting with other people you don't know. There are no utensils on the tables. You have to get your own coffee. And worst, WORST of all, is that both days I was there, there was NO FOOD. The tour groups are there and essentially take everything. The staff also didnt seem to care that there was no food. I felt like they were taking their time to get more on the buffet - like it was "our" problem that there were too many people, not that they couldn't keep up. On both days, I was able to only get a croissant for breakfast. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN - AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS. It's not worth it.

I am a Foreign ESL teacher living in Suzhou,Taicang. and I went to this Hotel to Get some information on one of the Restaurants , because my colleagues and I wanted to have Brunch there, and as I went to the front desk, There was ALAN the FB supervisor and i asked a simple question, and he was so RUDE to he , and he fane me away to say the restaurant is closed , NOT even listening to my question.I was Judge because of my skin color , and I told ALAN, that he should not judge a person by their looks and he needs to get more CUSTOMER SERVICE training, because his attitude was very poor, and I didn't like his rudeness toward me. Please treat all customers with respect , and don't judge people.

Overall, I enjoy staying at this hotel. Location is excellent, people are great, service great. Minor issues: 1) Two different rooms both had very weak air conditioning. It took ALL night for my room to cool down. My colleague's room AC worked even worse. 2) Clean out the shower drains! I realize that unless a customer tells you, you have no way of knowing there is a problem with a shower drain. Mine tried to create a small swimming pool in the bathroom. I suggest that you implement a policy of checking/clearing the drains periodically so it is never an issue with a customer. This issue is certainly not unique to this hotel. Other than that, great as usual. Thanks!

The best Four Points I've ever stayed at! Very clean rooms, nice bathrooms, friendly staff. The gym was 24 hours which was very nice and the pool was refreshing. I didn't find the Western breakfast options particularly appetizing but that's how it is in Chinese hotels. Nice and helpful concierge. My only complaint was that the club next door decided to set off fireworks at 3am, which of course work me up and gave me a fright. I called the front desk and they said they would talk to the manager at the club. Will definitely stay in this property on future visits.

It is the most well managed hotel I have stayed at in many years! All hotels makes mistakes, this hotel's staff respond and correct in a speed and with such passion that I have to recommend them highly. It is not easy to get experienced hotel staff in Taicang, but the hotel management have been working with his staff bringing this to an above expected level for a Four Point hotel in a small city in China. Well done!

타이캉에서 유일하게 묵은 숙소입니다. 방은 깨끗하지만 분명 금연객실 표시가 있으나 담배냄새가 납니다. 그외의 청결 및 관리는 잘 되어 있고 조식도 깔끔하게 맛이 있습니다. 호텔 리셉션의 왼쪽에 있는 문을 열고 들어가면 수영장과 체육관이 있습니다. 체육관은 24시간 수영장은 아침6시반부터 저녁 9시반까지 열려있습니다. 저녁식사도 훌륭하다고 할 순 없지만 부족하지 않습니다. 기회가 되신다면 식사를 추천드립니다. 다만 방에 방음이 조금 부족합니다. 옆방의 소리와 복도에서의 소리가 종종 들려옵니다.

As far as I know, this is the only international standard hotel in Taicang, and therefore the only one I recommend to international visitors to Taicang. Rooms are large, quite, clean and equipped with large comfy beds and a great shower. I have stayed here more than 10 times, and will probably stay here 10 times more.

用SPG的积分换了两间普通客房，和朋友们周末小住。两间客房对比发现有差异。处于内拐角的客房的卫生间是没有大玻璃的，没有健康秤，洗漱用品和坐便器也有差别。该房间的防盗锁没有办法闭合，因为安装的高度差。客房比较满意的是隔音效果，床的舒适度和其他的FourPoints一致。客房不喜欢的是装饰画。内拐角的房间小了很多，所以衣帽间缩水，且位置就在床边上，使用很不方便。建议改为大床房。酒店的自助餐只能算一般，没人收盘子，当季唯一亮点是大闸蟹畅吃。健身中心和游泳池还算不错，可乐、饮料超市价，泳池的水不深，合适带小孩游玩。整体对更衣室低于期望，需要改进的是淋浴设备，浴帘煞风景了点，沐浴产品和房间内有差，桑拿设备不能用，建议乒乓房改木地板。

It is a great place to stay in Taicang City, Suzhou. The staff is friendly and the quality of breakfast and dinner is excellent.

I had a really nice experience at the Four Points by Sheraton Taicang. The room was exactly what I needed. The fitness center was awesome. The staff was very professional and the customer service was some of the best I've ever experienced. This all made my 4 night stay for business a great experience.

the location was good, shopping moall was near. the room was clean, but a little bit out-dated, baby bed was too small if child was taller than 1M. the Staffs was great and helpful. the foods was good for the money, not so various. wastern food was ok, chinese foods was not so much attractive.

Good level of comfort for this business hotel. I had a couple of issues though : the air conditioning did not work in my room and I had to wait a long time for the check-out while 3 people were taking care of one single customer... The staff is friendly but they do need more experience.

This Hotel is basically a little bit more than a fourpoint hotel with the lounge inside. The front desk also pay a little more attention to the guest needs. Special compliment to Tiffany who smile to all the guest. Sometime a smile worth better than a lot. Thanks and I will stay again

This hotel does not meet the hardware requirements of five-star hotels. The room was old, the wallpaper fell off, the floor of the toilet looked dirty, the breakfast was very ordinary, and only enough to eat. Dessert is OK. Overall, it's like a three-star hotel.

首次入住，大厅和环境很满意，正值圣诞节期间，圣诞树和其他装饰格外吸引人。在前台设有SPG专用通道，办理入住和退房手续耗时也不长。客房的灯光有些暗，如果有安装顶灯光线会更好，不过在晚间效果正好。电视频道较少，可以多增加一些。一般我不用枕头，但这里的羽绒枕和羽绒被都非常满意。卫生间没有脸巾，只能用纸巾擦拭有些浪费，不过台盆和漱口杯大小正好很方便。建议在办公桌下可以多装一个电源插座。下午泳池人并不多，恒温和无边设计感觉很舒适。在宜客乐使用早餐 的客人很多，但每种菜品数量都比较充足，现场服务员也会及时清理餐台，必须点赞！

I enjoyed the stay.The staff at reception explained how did they choose the room during the check-in. They also prepared a welcome card on the desk. The location is good, just next to the Wanda Plaza. Room is big clean and comfort. I will come back again.

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Wanda Plaza where you can get all your daily necessities. There are also two halal restaurants nearby selling Xinjiang Muslims food.

Nice place to live in Taicang. I had a comfortable stay here. The key card is little old and sometimes it required extra effort to open the door. But, the room is spacious and has all the amenities. The breakfast is awesome and very delicious.

太仓宝龙喜来登地理位置，交通便捷度等各方面都非常棒，是硬件设施也可以，餐饮质量很好。但在服务质量上还有很大提升空间，这中间有个小插曲，因为带4岁小孩生日入住，前台提出要看验看身份证件才能提供小蛋糕，所以也就不了了之了。我倒不在乎这点小礼品，就是这规定有点不近人情，出门不会带着出生证吧。还有晚上被蚊子盯了了个大包，在房间竟然拍掉了3个大蚊子，我们住在14楼哦。所以细节方面还要有待加强！！！

1) 衣柜门关不紧，衣柜灯无法熄灭，严重影响睡眠 2)浴缸会漏水，水放不满。 3)大床房居然是两张单人床拼的，体验不好。 4)体重计已经很不准，不具参考价值。 5)没有可移动莲蓬头，很不方便小盆友洗澡。 6)西式早餐很精致。中式品种不足，建议增加皮蛋瘦肉粥排骨粥等肉粥。 7)健身房设施还可以，但缺少儿童游乐区，大人健身时，小盆友无法安置。 8)离万达广场近，晚上吃饭休闲有去处。

五一前夕入住，很好的体验 对spg待遇很高 金卡直接升级到行政房，享受行政待遇。不过行政酒廊很小和spg其他酒廊不能比。来的时候很安静 毗邻万达广场，再过去是一个很大的博物馆，超赞！不过第二天中午有活动 就很吵了 。游泳池也很棒 唯一遗憾的是那时候男宾浴室装修，没有桑拿 洗澡也不方便。希望下次入住的时候能够完成修缮。由于离嘉定超级近，真可谓上海后花园 以后会常来这里休闲放送。

金卡升级到了行政层，然并卵。还不如上周的转角房的巨大浴室带来的舒适及便利。目测与普通楼层的区别有2:1）电视机大一些不是LG是Phillip。2）浴袍是绒的不是布的。 这次去了健身房和泳池，健身房很小，跑步机只有4台，而是是功能简单的那种，同时健身房没有耳机配备。 其他都ok，中规中矩的大陆FP水准。 BTW 免费停车；万达广场处于步行范围有些吃的还有家屈臣氏

每次来太仓出差都住这里，印象一直是很好的。这次来住了2周半，有一周半的日子给我安排的是吸烟房。原因总是说客房紧张。前台说可以做无烟处理，结果无烟处理就是把房间里的烟灰缸都拿走，根本起不到任何净化空气或者祛除异味的效果，让我觉得非常不舒服。可能因为是吃大闸蟹的季节，酒店每天都有很多旅行团，如果在7点半去餐厅吃早餐，还需要排队15分钟。

酒店本身的硬件和软件都超出了预期，房间的面积和房内的设施质量都能和类别更高的其他SPG酒店媲美，早餐也十分丰盛。但是健身中心有点小了，摆放的设备还没有办法满足完全的健身需求。 酒店周边现在还在开发中，虽然周围景色很漂亮，但是距离中心城区过远，周围又是大学城，在酒店周边几乎没有什么饭店可以选择。对于游客来说，前往各个景点也稍显不便。

전반적 으로 시설은 좋아요 다만 상해 시내와 거리가있어 이동시간이 많이걸려요 1시간에서 1시간30분정도 5성급이지만 4.5성 수준 조식당은 시간이정해져있으니 시간체크 꼭하시구요 조식당 음식은 양호하니 한국반찬 필요 없을 정도 이니 참고 하세요 주위에있는 바는 절대 이용금지 바가지 요금입니다

房间宽敞舒适。通过 LAN 电缆连接 WiFi 和互联网的速度很差，并且偶尔断线。早餐相当不错，但那里的服务人员可以更友好，更好地为客人分配桌子（尤其是早餐时间）。有时当我去拿食物时，一些新客人会占据我的座位。位置很好，离温泉和万达广场都很近。浴室里的热水可能会更热，这在冬天的时候很重要。非常有礼貌和高效的客房清洁人员。

1.5月18日入住时升级了行政套房，此套房跟喜来登的行政套房差不多，感觉很好。 2.整体感觉不错，不过希望有沐浴盐就更好了，可以泡泡沐浴盐舒服一下。 3.到夜里的时候，因为就在电梯旁边，万恶的电梯声音又开始了，不知道为何电梯声音很大，一夜难眠。 4.其他良好，5月16日入住时预授权的部分希望快速解除。

相较于这家的BAR房价，略有不值。最大的缺憾就是木有行政酒廊（改为了收费的商务区），木有Happy hour（大堂吧也不提供），让我这种泡酒店的人有点失望。当然也有值得称道的地方，比如有免费租借的山地车，还有服务人员也很热情，自来水有较浓的漂白粉味的情况下送来好几瓶矿泉水以解宝宝的喝水问题。

我在2014年春节前十几天预订的酒店年初三的入住酒店2晚，和全家一起渡假。在福朋网上订的是优惠套餐含双早双晚的。但到酒店发现没有成功，且酒店当晚不能提供晚餐。很失望，虽然酒店后来赠送一份大果盆，但我们的损失还是不小。除了这个，其他酒店的各方都非常不错，早餐也很好，环境不错，舒适度也不错。

房间够大, 不错的装修和布置. minibar的免费哥伦比亚咖啡和茶包挺好. 浴缸够大, 能够舒适的滑进去, 一天的疲劳就这样静静的消逝. 灯光设计照顾了各种需要, 傍晚的时候歪在沙发上听豆瓣的古典, 或持卷而阅, 夜幕降临谁与同坐. 酒店背后新开了一家德国餐厅,味道还不错.

这家规模宏伟的酒店，在太仓全新的城市中心，地利位置很优越。酒店虽然是四星级定位，但设施设备已经达到五星级酒店的标准。 酒店严格实行喜达屋酒店的会员标准，对喜达屋会员服务体贴人性化。酒店房间超大，入住很舒适。 酒店餐饮也很地道，一楼的自助餐厅价廉物美，晚餐海鲜很鲜美。

这家酒店虽然设施不是很出众，但是员工很热情，服务很好，很重视客户的入住体验，尤其客房管理部的姜萌萌，在反应客房空调问题后迅速处理，认真调查，给了我极好的入住体验，对我来说，酒店硬件设施是酒店的躯体，而员工则是酒店的灵魂，优异的服务人员会增加我对spg的忠诚度。

我很惊讶这是四分！房间里的家具比较高档，类似于威斯汀酒店。 SPG 白金会员可以在晚上使用商务酒吧，该酒吧本质上是一个俱乐部酒廊，提供 6 种热菜、沙拉、葡萄酒和甜点。也向俱乐部楼层的客人开放。酒店的某些地方需要空气清新剂。好服务。

白金会籍入住基础房，给与升级了，礼遇送的水果小吃也不错。 可惜的是没有事先排查冷热水情况，房间卫生间内均无热水，由于晚了，想换房觉得麻烦。 餐食方面还可以，对得起这个等级。早餐热牛奶像奶粉泡的。 服务方面还是到位的。

入住时就升级了套房，很惊喜。有幸能体验到酒廊升级的自助晚餐，感觉很幸运，餐饮味道不错，品种繁多。酒店交通比较便捷，能通达沙溪古镇和朝阳路车站，旁边还有万达广场等商业综合体。希望能在客房设施检查中更进一步。

出差过来常住。房间宽敞，现代的装修风格，比较大气。 床品质量很好，不会太软，睡得不错。发现自助早餐有五六种粥，泡上油条正合我的口味。 附近的金仓湖风景秀丽，酒店有免费单车，周末骑过去听风、发呆，很好！

现在太仓宝龙无酒廊提供，只能购买自助餐使用，自助餐价格最近逐步升高，很多品种都限量，4个人，羊肉串永远是二个，特小的那种；三文鱼限量就算了，让切个素鲍鱼等了一小时还是让等；服务员基本态度生硬

作为靠近上海及昆山的万豪酒店，地理上还是很便利的，工作在昆山，住在上海，每次公司加班我都愿意开车30多分钟来这里。以往体验都还不错，这两次有些美中不足，需要改进的地方。总体性价比还可以吧。

这是一家适合豪华的商务酒店，考虑亲自方面的会少一些，比如：没有专为孩子提供的洗漱用品。不过泳池还不错，女儿喜欢。设施都很棒，床超级大，不过我住的那间，浴缸似乎并没有清洁干净，要加强哦。

관광을 위해서라면 추천하지 않음...시내 주요 관광지를 가려면 1시간30분이상 걸림.방에서 담배냄새 나고 욕실에 물때와 검은 곰팡이 있음.침대는 편함. 조식도 괜찮음

部份房间的设施有一点点旧，但是修护还算可以，基本满足日常出差使用。服务态度非常好，都很称心。餐饮的话，中规中矩，不算差，但也没有什么特别让人印像深刻的食品。工作需要，是首先的酒店。

最近水准有所下降，房间打扫不甚满意，有不好闻的味道，尽管是行政无烟房。晚餐自助水准也越来越差，不值这个价。而且服务几乎没有，桌上堆满盘子也很少来收，服务员三三两两在一起聊天。

每当我住在太仓时，都是这家酒店，友好的工作人员，快速办理入住退房，自助早餐选择丰富，房间漂亮干净，配有舒适的床上用品和良好的设施，还有漂亮的会员休息室。服务超出预期。

对于太仓来说还是很不错的，地理位置也不错，旁边就有万达，交通也是很便利，回上海也比较方便，最主要太仓这里只有这家万豪可选择，也没有对比，总体还是很不错的

房间没有打扫干净，健身房的服务人员态度不是很友善，在登记房间号的时候我直接写了房间号，他不是很有礼貌的需要我展示房卡，而是用嘲讽的语气问我房号你记得住？

位置挺好的，离万达广场很近；硬件设施也很好，尤其是房间的大浴缸，老婆孩子都很喜欢；酒店的服务也很好，响应速度很快，服务态度也很热情。

酒店距离高速出口近便，停车位充足非常方便。 前台工作人员服务热情，积极主动服务意识高。 步行十分钟到万达广场，购物就餐娱乐选择多。

住过多次，生意非常好的酒店，但会员房型每次都给升级，以前金卡的时候就给待遇。服务各方面都不错，泳池健身房人少，附近吃饭购物出行方便

设施很新很舒服，床也很舒服。 说说不足：沐浴用品质量还可以提高，沐浴间不是完全密封，门转轴边的缝隙没有密封，沐浴完以后都是水。

总体体验中等，酒店服务人员可以提高服务水平。在2天里，没有一直感受到微笑服务，给人的感觉是工作人员都不是很高兴，特别是餐厅。

商务出差，旅游休闲都可以。酒店旅游指南做得不错。酒店服务比较到家。比平常住的另外一个酒店集团要优质不少。Good Job!

酒店地理位置优越，出门就是万达广场。带娃过来很合适。虽然比较陈旧，但是很干净，服务员态度也很好，非常不错的体验。

酒店装修保养的尚可，但毕竟从开业到现在几年了设施略微显旧，而且毛巾略有点气味，但还算是一次愉快的体验。

总体来说还是不错的一家酒店，只是有些美中不足，希望能修改善一下房间内地毯以及房间内卫生间的墙地砖。

这家因为出差一直要住，酒店本身硬件软件都不错，周边出行吃饭也都很方便，还是很推荐的。
