I have been treated badly by one particular person. He's rude every time I visit. Tonight my bill came to £4, he asked fir £5.80. Although I was right, he grunted, didn't apologise and said it was my fault I didn't tell him there was an offer on the drinks 3 for £1. When I asked for the manager , he just threw the stuff at me. 2 nights ago before I could get through the door he shouted at me "Shut the door". He never uttered a word to a man who left the doir wide open. Should this man have the monopoly to treat me like this with no retribution?

Went the shop just tonight and when I got served the woman in there who I don’t know her name charged us for ciggies which I asked for but she didn’t give us them JOKE …

The staff are kind and hard working. They have a variety of foods/products and they open early and close late by 11pm weekdays.
