Have used this cab service twice recently to take me to and from Heathrow. Awful service and they are liars! I pre booked my journey to Heathrow and confirmed 3 times… at the time of collection my cab hadn’t arrived, I called and they only sent a cab after I called to ask why my cab is late. I was 30mins late to the airport. I also prebooked my my way back from Heathrow they said they would track the flight and arrive 30mins after landing. I called when I landed to check the cab was on the way… they lied. I then receive a text to track the cab, the cab had just left and was an hour away when he should have nearly been arriving. I called to demand money off as the have lied about prebooking my cab twice now. They were rude and said it is because of traffic. Basically don’t use this cab service for any important journey, they will lie about the time of arrival and only send cabs after u chase them.

I HAVE USED THIS SERVICE FOR OVER 4 YEARS AND ALWAYS PAID THE SAME PRICE I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER CAL LATLEAST 6 TO 8 TIMES IN A MONTH OUT OF NO WHERE THEY START CHARGING ME EXTRA? THESE DUMB PAKI IMMIGRANTS COME HERE ON A £1 AN HOUR WAGE AND THINK THEY CAN TREAT ME LIKE THIS I BEEN IN THIS COUNTRY LONGER THEN THEM AND I GET TREATED LIKE THIS? DIGUSTING SERVICE NO RESPECT NO MANNERS CANT EVEN SPEAK PROPERLY ON THE PHONE THESE FRESHYS CANT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH AND THEY WANNA RUN BUSINESSES IN IN LONDON!!!! VERY ANGRY AT THIS EVEN THE CAR STINKS I RECCOMEND NO ONE TO USE THIS SERVICE ME AND MY FAMILY NOW USED A DIFFERENT COMPANY I THOUGHT ILL GET THE MESSAGE OUT SO PEOPLE KNOW WHAT KIND OF COMPANY 4 STAR IS

Booked them twice to go back and forth from Stansted airport. For both journeys, they failed to set up the car appropriately for 5 passengers which led to myself being squashed in the back alongside suitcases, despite us informing them beforehand several times. Driver for the return journey did not set out to pick us up from the airport in time, despite there being advanced notice of rail stroked. Granted, the rail strikes caused delays but it doesn't excuse the fact that the company failed to send out a car in time, which led to us waiting a long time for the car to arrive. Don't think I'll be using this service again and am very disappointed with the service both times

I booked a cab on phone but didn't ask how much fare.bcoz most of the time I use another service. But unfortunately that day I call them. when I finish my journey I ask driver how much money he ask me extra money. That time I didn't see message on my phone. So I give him as he ask me. But later one when I see message I call them two different days. Operator listen me and he said we contact you within few hours. But now 2 weeks no one contact me. I know driver name I can show his details here but Please drivers don't do lie this.... some pounds not important to human.

Awful experience. I’ve been using this cab service for years now. This year alone I’ve used them for airport pick ups several times always paying the full fair. To say I’m a regular customer is an understatement. Generally, if I keep the driver waiting he requests more money. Today the driver arrived 50 minutes late to pick up my mother who is elderly. I spoke to the driver and the cab office who both refused to reduce the fair by a penny. I will never use this service again and don’t recommend anyone to use it as they’re unreliable and the operator very unhelpful.

I called the office to book my trip for the following day. Asim was very polite and confirmed the fare. A text message was sent simultaneously to confirm booking. The next day i received another text message advising driver was on his way, with vehicle details and drivers' photograph. Driver arrived earlier than booked and called to advise that he had arrived. He was polite enough and did not ask for his money before the end of the ride. I was anxious as it was. Thank you and hope to use you again if the need arises.

Really rude woman working on the phone lines, not helpful at all, was unable to book a cab because the woman unable to be bothered to get a cab to car park for a disabled user. If someone doesnt have a full post code of the area they are in she will not help by googling the address. Really rude and a lot of attitude to paying customers. Not worth it of you get theough to this woman. Try else where. Booked a can elsewhere with no problem.

Really terrible called cab round 8am made me wait till 8:47am but told me they would be 10 to 15mins NO you wasn't, so rude on phone when called like 3,4 times asking where the cab was lied on phone saying they was stuck in traffic but when asked driver he said he just got the job, just been told, I would advice anyone who will use this cab service be aware they will lie to you on phone and never be on time maybe 15mins or more late...

We have used four star minicabs now at least 4 times for airport transfers. They have been nothing short of excellent:Always on time; helpful polite drivers; large clean vehicles and excellent communication. They send text messages to confirm the booking and pick up times and you are able to track how far away your car is. The prices are very reasonable and nothing seems too much trouble. We will continue to use them. Thank you.

Asked for a cab, gave me waiting time for 5-10 min. After 20 min when I called again told it's just couple of min away. Then again called after 5 min. Then told me driver is confused so had to cancel and they are sending another cab. When I asked them so why did you say it's just couple of min away ? Then the just disconnected the call!!!! I was waiting with my pregnant wife in the rain at least half an hour.

Booked for Heathrow: agreed price £125. On the day, driver refuses to take fastest route instead wants to take route that would leave us arriving at the airport too close to departure. Asks for £15 extra to cover diesel while on route or won’t take faster route. Called office they told me: this is the rule, nothing you can do and put the phone down. Should have taken note of the bad reviews on here.

Gave the controller pick up location, gave me waiting time. Waited 10 minutes, get a call from the driver who tells me that cars cant stop on that particular road. Had me do a 7 minute walk to get to the actual cab. Driver was nice and apologetic but it wasn't even the drivers fault. The controller shouldve told me before hand to go wait elsewhere for picks up. Ridiculous controllers !

Very unprofessional taxi company. Spent 5 minutes taking a booking and still sent the wrong (small) car to pick us up from the airport. Four of us had to squeeze in the back and the luggage had to be forced in the boot and front seat. When I asked for that to be reflected in the price I got a straight no. I wouldn’t rely on this company for any long distance / airport bookings.

Driver turned up late, and at the wrong address. He tried to drop me off at the wrong address too. I tried to explain he had the wrong drop off address, but he was being aggressive, telling me I was wrong. I gave him the address again, and he had the wrong address. Apparently this was my fault, then claimed the fare was more than what I was told on the phone. Not impressed.

I booked two cabs from the same address. Instead of sending two separate cabs. He cancelled both & made me wait for over an hour & still no cab came. Instead of apologising. He started swearing down the phone to me. This is soo unprofessional and it is disgusting behaviour! ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME. DONT BOOK YOUR CABS FROM HERE GUYS

Used this company yesterday. Very reasonable fare for two of us going to different addresses. Professional service, got a text with all details and did not have to wait long. Our driver Irfan was very kind and patient. Would definitely recommend them and use them again. They live up to their name! Patricia

gave me a waiting time of 5 to 10 minutes car was only sent out to me 20 minutes later - waited longer still no car and car didn’t move for 10 more minutes. when i called no one seemed to be bothered if you don’t like ur job find a new one worked out cheaper to book an uber DONT USE THIS DEAD COMPANY

Used their service for airport transfer from barking to terminal 2 heathrow. Their rates were the cheapest and the driver came on time even tough it was 5 30 am in the morning but he was punctual and was also well mannered Will definitely use their service again

I’ve used this company before in the past, I phoned up yesterday to book a cab, and got a load of verbal abuse from the receptionist, I told him I wasn’t going to be spoken to in a derogatory manner, disgusting attitude, won’t be booking again, very bad attitude

Absolutely disgraceful. Driver turned up over 15 mins late and asked me to pay the parking charge. No text message with his details and the control room told me to book another cab when I complained. Drivers are rude and turn up so late! Avoid at all costs!

Some of the drivers are professional and very good to talk with. Unfortunately, after using this can company for the past 3 years, I would not recommend them, based on the consistent lateness and poor communication from the booking office.

An hour late to pick up. Was granted a discount which was then revoked because they didn’t tell the driver. When the driver refused to let me (a young woman) out of the car I was forced to pay more. Very unprofessional, poor service.

Just tried to book online.... When I tried to confirm the booking by phone after receiving no confirmation email, I was told I was that was an old price and I needed to pay more... Cowboys. Do not book a cab with these people...

Excellent service. No hassle. I got a text when I booked the cab. They sent a link which tracked when the cab would arrive. Coming back from my holiday received a text again with a tracking link. I'll use this cab Co again.

I have used this company for the last 25 years, they are excellent, professional and respectful company and have brilliant drivers whom know where they are going. Very happy and would definitely recommend, and have done so.
