BOY !!! This place went down the drain fast. It was nice when they first open but now it has all kids of issues. The brushes they have are terrible ; they got caught and took out the shark fin antenna off the car that is bolted down with screws ; that is not supposed to happened but their unkept brushes got cough in it and they say the aren't responsible for it ... OMG these antennas are not removable , ( cost 200 just for the part + cost of installation ) they are original not after market so if they want people to use the car wash they need to be responsible, to make the matters worse they refuse to stop the belt and look for it so maybe it can be somehow reattached ; so that is negligence and disrespect for your property . Also lost the BMW emblem in the back of another car I took to wash and same issue not a care in the world . They could save these items and give it back to people but I feel that is admitting guilt or THEY JUST DON'T CARE ,, This never happened to us in 20 years at any other car wash so it is they problem . ON top of that all the air guns are missing so you can't finish drying your car and most vacuums don't work. I only used this one bc is the closest to the house. considering suing them for damage and negligence. Not sure if this its the employees negligence and laziness or company policy but I would not use his place any more and I suggest if you care about your vehicle don't take it here , there are many other places around !

Pretty average self-service car wash. The day I went the vacuums pressure was on the weak side. I don't think this car wash was designed to handle trucks or suvs. I have a Ford F-150 and they're definitely some spots left and it did not clean any of the bugs from my recent trip. Also my rear window and tailgate we're not cleaned very well at all. That's why I think this car wash might be better designed for cars then trucks are SUVs Although it definitely cleaned all the dust off my truck, it did leave a lot of spots in certain areas. I would use this again if I was in the neighborhood because it does clean the dust off the cars really well. I did choose the cheapest option if that helps at all.

Pros: The Grand opening free car wash was great. Multiple easy entry points. 3 terminals with easy to read menu. I got the $15 wash and my car was super clean. Wheels were super clean. Workers nice Cons: compared to other new similar car washes in the area, the moist towel during the wash could be more wet. the air dry cycle of the wash seems short and left water on the windows. the vacuums suction not as powerful. Same for the compressed air. Overall I live close by and would stop by if I need a quick wash but honestly would go to the other new wash off 17th ave & Bell Rd if i wanted to really clean my vehicle.

I signed up for the membership back in October. When I signed up, I gave the clerk my discover card, he came back and said it wouldn’t go through. Then I gave them my Visa. I sadly did not catch it until this week, but they have been double billing me. My discover did go through and they were mistaken. 5 months of double charges for my membership. I cannot recommend them, because of this error. When I try and call, it rings, but they do not have a voicemail set up. When I go in person, they tell me to call at a certain time. No luck whatsoever.

This place has amazing workers! Andrew from maintenance needs a raise or a promotion! He was willing to go above and beyond. He was so kind and friendly. I have a cobblestone monthly subscription and seriously considering switching. It’s those little details that set establishments apart and they have it down! Thank you for providing excellent customer service to those who are not even part of your family... yet.

Awesome customer service from the Ast. Manager Chris and Manager Auggie. Willing to make the experience right and went above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service at this location. I highly recommend this carwash as they really care about the customers' satisfaction. Car wash was excellent and the vacuums worked great. I met with small accident while car wash. Insurance team informed, it's difficult to say if car touched or not as no clear angel covered by Camara and statement by manager (not even present while accident) who witnessed no accident met. While being in cabin and provided the statement which is never accepted. It was very minor so I can manage it but not every time by anyone so 1 *.

I've been coming here since it was built. Both my wife's ride and mine with top of the line carwash. The staff is awesome, very accommodating when it comes to the tire shine not available in the car wash. These guys will take care if you! Fast, friendly service. See how I rate, I always give the benefit of the doubt. These guys rock it!!!

Horrible car wash.. even though its brand new went through the first time didnt get the car washed had to go through it a second time had a tire shine one tire out of the four got shined so I just got so frustrated and just left I will not be returning there which really sucks because it is so close to where I live. …

I paid for the managers special and added $4 dollar tire shine. When the wash was finished I noticed that the tires were not shinny. I waived down Auggie who works there and he took care of it no problem. It's customer service like that I really appreciate it. I'll definitely be back next time.

I’ve used this wash a couple of times but have issues with kiosk either rejecting the paper money or not taking the card I use. Today it would take neither and when using the “help” button, there was no response. Poor business practices. If you can find somewhere else, use them!

This place was so nice! From the people to the wash itself was amazing. They don’t make you feel pressured into a membership like most places and they really try to know who you are!! Definitely worth coming here whether you live by or far away :) Keep up the great work guys!

Staff was so helpful with getting the car washed. My Atlas had dead bugs on it, and the AZ ants were going after the vehicle. Had to wash it twice to get ants out of the front of the car. It came out spotless, and I love the powerful vacuum cleaners!

I have tried repeatedly said email after email contacted this company directly by going down there and they still refuse to cancel service with them and they still get my debit card every month even though I sold my car months ago

Vacuums are weak and barely work. Some of the attachments are broken off. Had to go to a different car wash to vacuum the car after the wash. Will not be going back and most definitely not purchasing a membership there.

Whew! Don't go here now !brushes barely brush, water pressure is very low, same with vacuums,and air pressure,no towels, I had to rewash my truck elsewhere, givin current circumstances still doesn't add up.

Place is really good,,, I go there every time my car needs a wash.. Vacuums work REALLY good,,, going through the wash... excellent!! Lots of soap..rince,, dry... I highly recommend …

this company is trash they trashed my car in the was and would do nothing to help resolve the problem would never use them again the was does not work right and will mess up your car

Was excellent, got a $10 for free, gave us towel for windows, had free vacuums, air hose, and towels to use ourselves. Best wash my car had since I got my car!! Will be returning!!

Love the free car wash but y'all need to take that that big ol Blue Monkey through there cuz it's dirty as hell or you can pay me about $50 out so I'll sign up for you real well

More often than that there is no towels to dry off my wet car . I'm here again I checked eight of the bins no towels I checked two of the air hoses and they didn't work

From 3 dollars to 3 minutes. The car wash stopped in the middle, then on the way out went backwards and forwarded was nervous if another car was coming behind.

Met the handsome manager Chris. He was very kind. All I know is he must have an awesome mom that raised him right. Probably we’re he gets his looks from too.

Easy place to get a wash. If you get the tires detailed make sure that it is done. I've not had it happen twice. If you pay for it make sure you get it.

The vacuums have sucked everytime I have been there and they never have rags to dry in the clean rag box...The car wash part works pretty good

Tried the $12 managers special with bug zapper after a road trip. Not impressed. See pics. And it took two tries to find vacuums that worked.

The vacuum area is always clean. And employees are always nearby for assistance. The car wash does a great job cleaning my car.

Fairly quick in and out. Credit card machine was temperamental but it eventually worked. Clean building and surroundings.
