Paul and Cindy are it's owners. They're an awesome couple. Talk about Power Couple, they personify power. In that, they both share the workload and it's not one sided like some companies that have husband and wife co-owners. Paul is very handy: if the machines break down, he doesn't leave it for the next day, he's on it right away. If you need your pants hemmed or dresses shortened Cindy is the gal. They have great positive energy. The place is always organized and very clean. The machines are well priced. If there's no machine available that tells you right away that they have an excellent client rapport because no machines mean lots of business. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who likes a clean and comfortable environment like I do. There's plenty of parking in the back parking lot. It's so close to restaurants and shops when you're waiting for your wash or drying to get done. Thank you.

Cindy, & her husband, are the best, she also does my clothing alterations for work. Just make sure you take your stuff out of washer or dryer on time - other ppl are waiting & like all laundromats there's always that someone who comes in and takes operation of six machines - thanks for thinking of the rest of us who plan ahead - &/or bring your two kids (standing around) & a dog. Leave all three at home, they aren't helping so no need they be there - also no need in standing inside WATCHING the machines, please leave & return in 35 mins, set your cell & come back instead of taking up the limited space - we still have COVid, please be thoughtful for the safety of yourself & other customers.

Rude! I have used this place for couple of month but I decided to stop. Because the owner woman was always not nice. She scared my child when he touch the machine and she yelled at me and accused me rudely for a small things, ex. I didn't put my unbrella into the bin. Tonight, I went to the store waiting for using dryer, she told me to get out the way. I told her that I was waiting before her so she needed to wait. She bumped a cart to me to cut in line and took a dryer. Her husband was nice but I had many bad experiences because of this woman's bichy & bossy attitude. I don't know what's her problem, I won't come back here these reasons.

First time in the laundromat and was impressed with the number and various sizes of the machines, the cleanliness of this business and how busy it was. Had a queen size duvet cover and a bulky bedspread along with pillow covers and pillow shams and did not know what machines to use or how long to wash or dry. Couple there were very friendly and extremely helpful, showed me what to do, got me started and I was done in no time. I highly recommend this laundromat and I will be going back the next time I have need of a laundromat.

Extremely kind and friendly owners!! My first time going to a laundromat and they were really helpful of the situation (I am stupid) and went above and beyond. I like the atmosphere in here as well. I don’t think the owners are old enough to be my grandparents but they give me friendly grandparent sort of vibes. :) can’t say nice enough things about these guys. I’ve never done this so I don’t know how prices compare but I found it to be very affordable and convenient. I will be coming back here with more laundry!

My brother and I Dropped off laundry there for almost 9 years everything was amazing, the lady always returned everything back Andy we never had any complaints. Now I sent clothes separately because it’s me and my husband it’s been more than a year. For this month it’s been second time that our socks are not there, either just a single sock and or our expensive socks are disappeared. I am sorry we used to bring laundry all the way from Surrey not doing that anymore.

I love this place because the owners make costumers' experiences stress-free. For a token extra fee, they assist customers in putting their clothes into the washer, dryer, or both. So if you feel the need to go do others things, you don't have to worry about your laundry getting done or having any extra delays. Just let them know how long you'd be gone for and when you return, your laundry should be ready (depending on how long you're gone for of course :-)).

Took 2 pairs of new slacks to have about one inch trimmed so heels would not drag in the rain. Both pants shortened at much higher amount. One at around 4 inches. And other at about 3 inches. Neither can be worn because the hems are far too short and both legs on the pants are not even either. Had to demand a refund for the hemming. And still now have about $70.00 worth of pants I cannot wear. Be warned.

I brought in a boat load of laundry for their drop off and pick up service and I am extremely impressed. Everything smells clean, all my clothes have been neatly folded and segregated! My socks were also matched! The lady at the front is the nicest and sweetest. Also it was inexpensive and worth the money. Highly suggest this laundromat

Very impressed with this spot. I used their drop-off/pickup service & everything was taken care of for me, the laundry was even folded up and sorted very nicely. Very much worth the $1/1lbs price considering their great service & the convenience off picking up the folded laundry later.

The woman who owns the laundromat is very nice and helpful. The machine break down here and there but that's life and sometimes some of the our black clothes have little bleach specs on them, which sucks but it's not like she can change what ppl put in their laundry

I adore this place. The lady is cheerful, friendly. I do the drop off wash and fold when I’m super busy. I’m not kidding the amount of time and coins it would take me to do in my apt building is robbery compared to this magic place. They save me time and money.

Previously I had gone to another laundromat in the area, but after my experience here today, it’ll be my new place! The woman working at the counter was super friendly and helpful! She is absolutely amazing with customer service!!

Great laundromat. Clean place with lots of machines. Decent price and the machines worked amazingly. Got 7 large loads washed and dried in just over an hour. Plenty of parking in the back. I definitely recommend this place.

Great Place, Clean and Professional. One of the best Laundromat I’ve been to Unlike in Surrey it has more wash cycles, I’m not too sure what’s the exact term is. But clothes get washed much better here 100% recommended.

The owners are control freaks they tell you what to do and you feel like you're walking on eggshells at all times open missed calls this not this hard not too soft but your basket here put your basket there

Brought in 2 large down jackets for cleaning. $30 each. Came back really clean and odorless. Other places were saying $50 each so was very glad to have the cheap and exception service I got here.

Took my karate uniforms here, The english was not amazing but the service was excellent. My gis came out sparkling white and not a sign of any blemishes. Quick and fast work at a great price !

Really friendly owner, she can make change whenever you want. Not a lot of seating, only a few old garden chairs, but it's cheap. 2.5$ for a small load, and 50c per 6 minutes for the dryers.

I only visited once so far, but the laundry facilities are very clean and the owner is a lovely; very kind and cheerful and willing to help. Definitely a gem in the area.

I only use their drop off service but it’s a fair price and they do a great job. My only pet peeve is they don’t have debit, I hate having to go to a bank for laundry.

Friendly staff.clean place .25 cents/5 min, 30 min wash for triple loads so its very quick. In and out in about an hour. Parking in back to so its convenient.

I come from Joyce. Lots of places around Joyce but This place does everything. For a fair price. Washs dry soften fold n seperate. What more can you ask for.
