Absolutely the best service out there. Great guys. Honest, hardworking, top-notch professionals whose work is not only superb, they also know what inspectors require, making their advice invaluable! My old building required a substantial amount of work to pass inspection after a few not so great plumbers had created a mess..and it was just one mess over another mess.. Gregg knew exactly what needed to be done and did it all for a very fair price. I was also particularly impressed when a faulty earthquake valve had turned the gas off for all the units, William came back to the building after hours to ensure all the tenants would not be without hot water that night, instead of waiting until the morning, which I thought was pretty considerate. On top of being time effective and highly knowledgeable about their trade, these guys were just incredibly kind, respectful and non-intrusive to the building's tenants, I loved their laid-back Jamaican style and trust me, you will too..they have my highest possible recommendation for their outstanding service, fantastic work and best prices - they got the job done right - the first time - and kindly made the work affordable. Here’s the truth about FP. Greg runs the show and he’s pretty much succumbed to grouchy old man syndrome. Albert is the skilled plumber (Caribbean man) and he’s a very nice, very good plumber who knows what he’s doing. Their youngest apprentice is also pretty nice but has a ton to learn about plumbing. One of the garbage disposals he installed went without him tightening any of the efferent or afferent hoses...imagine the mess. I hired these guys 6 months I go because I just moved into the neighborhood and I wanted to support local business. Turns out, not a great idea. It is impossible to hold Greg accountable and he makes a lot of promises on things he doesn’t deliver. Two weeks ago, he came into my home and switched the lines on two sinks without my direction and ultimately ended up reversing hot and cold on both sinks. I called him and he said he would be back the next day, it’s been two weeks not a word or a sighting. Obviously I will be moving forward with a more corporate structured plumbing company because at least I can hold them accountable. It’s just a shame though, I guess they haven’t figured out how to do business in 2019.

I give them a 2 star because they were quick. Although these guys are scammers, I needed a Thermocouple changed out and they charged $200 (they quoted $250 but when I asked after they were done if it really cost that much, the older guy (Gary?) wanted to make it out like he was giving me a deal. The whole time Gary was complaining how difficulty it was to do, this and that - even the screws at the end were so difficult to line up to get screwed back in I thought it was going to give him a heart attack - they even tried at one one saying we might need a new water heater, or they needed to rotate the heater to gst to where they needed to be - absolutely bullshit. We do have hot water again but I am pretty positive I could have done it for at least half that price. Save our money and look elsewhere.

Service took place a few weeks ago but they left such a good impression that I had to come back around to leave a review. Called them to look at a few issues we’d been experiencing in the kitchen and bathroom. Fully expected to book about a week out but they came within the hour! Good sign #1. They found that they actually weren’t the right folks for the job and transparently told me so. Great sign # 2. Because we’d been having such great convo, they offered to fix what they could in the kitchen (it was a manufacturing issue) so that the trip wasn’t for naught and they DID! Excellent sign #3. Have since referred to family and friends and will continue to use any time we need a plumber. Very appreciative!

I called them up about a year ago to install one of those Pelican whole house water filter/softeners and I can safely say these guys do the job right the first time! They were able to schedule the installation within a week of coming out to do an estimate, which itself was one a day or two after I called, got the whole job done in a reasonable amount of time and pretty close to the original estimate (stuff happens underneath old houses with old pipes and then suddenly you need a new section of pipe; it is what it is). No problems with the filter since and, if I have the need in the future, I'll definitely call them up again. Plus they are locally owned! Love supporting neighbors!

Absolutely the BEST plumber ever! “Greg” arrived on time as scheduled, inspected the kitchen faucet’s continuous running and the leaks from the on/off knobs. But, before I could voice my other complaints about the faucet, Greg had immediately identified & explained the cause of the issues in a clear, concise manner. His price quote was very reasonable, to my relief, and he completed the work in approx 30 minutes! My kitchen faucet now looks like it’s new and works like new, thank you very much, Greg! I appreciate his fair pricing, professionalism and, most importantly, his high level of expertise, knowledge and his strong background of experience. I highly recommend!

I very rarely write reviews, but I'm really compelled to do so because of Fraser's excellent service. I called multiple plumbers in my area (Leimert Park) and got voicemails, and the run-around. Finally, I tried Fraser's...and found a real family business where they picked up the phone and made me feel that my business was appreciated. Beyond this, they came out super quickly, and did great work fixing a water heater and getting me ready for an inspection. And the price was reasonable. Thank you!

Fraser plumbing gave exceptional service. I placed a call for unknown water leak at approximately 11:45. They gave me a call back, assigned the plumber and completed the job by 1:15. My plumber was knowledgeable and friendly. He educated me on the source of the leak, how to identify it in the future, made the repairs and confirmed the water pressure to my home was accurate. Without breaking bank. I highly recommend their service!

Had a bathroom I needed repiped, which was a semi-urgent project for me. Fraser plumbing repiped the whole bathroom for me that same day. Very fast work! I had used them before for a major bathroom and kitchen remodel, and again they were very fast, and have not had a problem with those pipes since. A bonus is they would call me to let me know they would be late, a courtesy that a lot of companies don't consider these days.

I called Fraser and Greg took down my info saying he'd be out within an hour or hour and a half. He came within the hour to fix a clogged kitchen sink. It took him like 25 minutes and it's good as new. I appreciated Greg's quiet and straight to the point demeanor. He didn't leave a mess and his price was also very reasonable. We will definitely call them next time we need a plumbing service.

I am from Houston,Tx visiting for the holidays. The plumbing decided to have a mind of its own and not in a good way. I called a few plumbers, however, Mr. Fraser was willing to come right over. He not only came right over, but fixed the problem, was courteous, very professional, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Fraser Plumbing, I wish I could take him back to Houston with me.

Service tech came out to fix my water heater, which was not lighting up because of moisture from rain, said that there are too many issue (really did not name any) and then suggested replacing the water heater as it is "too old". It is about 5 years old only. He left without fixing the problem. Wasted my Twitter me and his. Really poor experience!

I had a hot water pipe leaking underneath the house. I called the company and Greg promptly came over. He and his colleagues replaced a water pressure regulator because it wasn't working and replaced a portion of the copper pipe that was leaking. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service.
