She did end up finding my receipt so she went ahead and took my jewelry some for fixing and the others for cleaning!! When she came back with the jewelry it looked like before and before,Instead of before and after! The whole time with an attitude as if I didn't pay for the warranty!! I didn't say anything about the "cleaned" jewelry but thank you and walked away"

I have been buying from Fred Meyer jewelers for about 10 years now. Not only have I purchased several rings and other pieces of jewelry but watches as well. I've even brought jewelry I haven't purchased there to do sizing adjustments because I trust them! That isn't the point though. The lack of customer service here is so disappointing. This location however is new to me. I recently proposed to my fiancé during quarantine, I also had purchased a ring online and got a size too big so once things opened back up I dropped off the ring to be sized, the second we walked in between the looks we were given and the way they talked to us also. The girl who gathered information asked the stones in the ring (to which I told her the center stone was Aquamarine, and the smaller stones were small diamonds. She then went over to her co worker and was whispering but she was about 6 feet away from us or so, meaning we could hear her, and she says "she says its aquamarine but look at this" IN FRONT OF US! So naturally my fiancé aske if there was a problem. It took about 40 mins total to just get info to have it sized. Fast forward to pick up. I had put the info under my fiancés name but my phone number info. She had lost her ID that same day, and of course I had thrown away the invoice she gave me at the first visit. They didn't even want to give it to us because she didn't have her ID. I get it for liability purposes but the fact that they just looked at us and were just RUDE. I don't know if it was because we're a lesbian couple or the fact that we're not white. Just so disappointed and I will never be returning and I'll make sure everyone I know doesn't either.
Incredibly disappointed in Soyna’s service today. We walked in because my grandma needed a watch. Unfortunately we were not looking for a luxury style watch. We spent a few minutes of Sonya’s time if that and I have never felt so judged. I get it. You’re commissioned. I’ve been there but I have never once treated a customer differently because of the things I assumed they would buy. I have customers to didn’t buy a thing and I treated them with respect. We did not receive that today. My grandma asked her if she knew where any watches were that may fit her needs better. She said “no”. I wouldn’t mind this but the tone was disrespectful. It’s too bad because she seems sweet but it’s been awhile since I was this upset with an employee.

I forgot my recipe so she handed it to me but the manager interviene and told her to make me new books for warranty!I felt so low after leaving!! I will not be revisiting this Fred Meyer jewelry because of my experience! Which sucks because it's closest to me!!
3 employees working only one said he would be with me after helping another customer...twenty five minutes later the other 2 employees still did not offer to assist me..literally trying to buy a pair of earrings, worthless employees.great job Fred Meyer.
Amazing jewlwr. My boyfriend got me a dimond necklace with my birthstone in the center for my birthday and a G-shock watch. Came with certificates and in a beautiful display box. Very impressed!
Good, professional, knowledgeable, staff with decent prices for sales. Make sure to read the fine print for care service plans as they have necessary cleaning schedule to keep the item covered.
I was going to buy a watch and the woman told me "It's to hard to make an expandable band smaller, you'll just have to wear it that way". No sale.
The sales people are very kind and willing to show you what you have in mind or direct to the right choices you have in mind. Great experience!
