I visited the Spokane store, reluctantly, because Free People tends to accommodate younger shoppers, but a friend recommended it because I wanted something trendy to wear to a wedding reception. All of the workers there were willing to help, but Rachel (and I made sure to get her name) navigated the clothing racks to help me find a button-down, ankle-length, close to form-fitting dress that is more than perfect for the occasion and I can't wait to put it to work again! Since I was liking the merchandise, she showed me this slouchy button-down top, perfect for casual-no-I-didn't-dress-for-you occasions. I wondered about flouncy skirts, but she said they didn't have them in-store at that time, but pulled some great ones up on their website, which I will certainly look into. I don't recall the other workers that basically waited on me while I was trying on things in the dressing room, but as I said, they were all willing to help. Free People has a top-notch crew at their Spokane store!
This store is AMAZING! ✨ I was visiting from Oregon and the staff was so helpful, set up a dressing room for me, continually checking in on my experience. AND THEN they went ABOVE AND BEYOND... I left my bracelets in the dressing room, they had beads from Africa on them, and my friend had made them etc. I called a couple days later and spoke with Whitney, and THEY SHIPPED THEM back to me on them!!!!! . I’m blown away by their kindness! Eternally indebted. Thank you Free People in Seattle Stewart St. ❤️
Gorgeous clothing, but awful customer service. We didn't receive any assistance and the staff didn't even acknowledge my boyfriend and I the entire time we were in the store. They just glared at us up and down, then proceeded to ignore us. I don't understand why they greeted and helped all of the other customers except for us? Free People is my favorite store, but I definitely won't be returning to this location.
My wife was being followed while walking around Seattle, and after asking the person multiple times to stop without success, she eventually found a safe haven in Free People. The staff took her in, locked the door, and allowed her to charge her phone while she waited for a ride. I really appreciate what they did for her, they really went above and beyond to make sure she was safe!
i think the store is cute and well maintained but the staff did not greet/speak to my friend or i at all. when we walked in they stayed behind the counter chit chatting to the point where it got uncomfortable and we felt low key judged so we left. unfortunate because i wouldve stayed and tried-on otherwise...
HIRE MORE SALESPERSONS Free people dont be SO CHEAPSKATE!!! THERE'S NEVER ANYONE THERE TO ASSIST!! NOT EVEN ON THE CASH REGISTERS!!! AND EVEN WHEN YOU'RE LUCKY TO "HUNT DOWN" AN EMPLOYEE THEY WONT ASSIST YOU, COS THEY'RE TOO BUSY DOIN SOMETHING ELSE or are not interested and will direct you to "HUNT DOWN"
I think the staff here are lovely and their selection vs other stores have such great variety. Side note— If you need help, just ask!! LOL, walking around WAITING to be acknowledged and then writing a bad review because you’re too timid to speak up seems silly to me. Just saying :))
A bit small. Use to go to the one with my daughter in Munich, Germany and they had a much bigger selection. Because it’s smack in downtown Seattle, prices are jacked up. Nice people but there are tons of other places to shop. Three stars for the smiles!
Horrible customer service. No one greeted us or spoke to us at all while we were in the store. I had recently heard of the brand and wanted to check out the clothes in person. Clothes looked nice but won't support a business that ignores its customers.
Looove coming here, it’s such a beautiful space, and I always appreciated my interactions with the staff, so grateful. Also, I like the rotation of outfits they have in and out through the year is on point …
I can't say enough about the staff working here!! They were super helpful. They didn't have my size in store but went above and beyond to get the product I wanted. The store is so cute and well organized!!
Super comfy clothes, great prices, and the sweetest staff. Definitely recommend shopping here, especially if you’re looking for super skinny jeans~ …
i had such a good experience at this store!!! the girls were so nice!!! i didn’t buy anything but the staff was very helpful, i’ll be back!!
Beutiful high quality clothing and accessories. Staff greeted enthusiastically and everyone was helpful.
There jeans are fabulous, 8 love them. Thus store is very sweet and femine. A must do while here.
The clothes are always the cutest, but the staff tends to be kinda snooty.
Love the clothes! Big store with a wide selection! The clothes are pricey!
A limited selection, hardly representative of the Free People brand.
Love, love, love this store I love the clothes!
Beautiful clothing and really nice staff.
