I’ve been seeing the freebird adds in instagram and these stylish boots caught my eye! So I started drooling over the Crue boots and wanted them so badly!! I have what they call wide feet, I was blessed with these oddly shaped feet from birth haha.. with that being said it’s a little hard to shop for shoes and not try them on. So being I have special feet, my worry of not trying them on and ordering them online got me a little scared! That was until I found out the Green Hills mall had the FreeBird store, I decided to trek the 3 hours from Memphis to visit this store and get my long overdue shoes. Boy oh boy did this store NOT disappoint me. From the moment I stepped in to the moment I decided to ask my wonderful new BFF Cadey to try on multiple colors and multiple sizes to find the ONE!!! I got my Crue in a gorgeous multi brown color and it was all thanks to Cadey. I want to thank you for being the most amazing person, you are truly a GEM! I’m now a FreeBird lover for life, looks like I’ll be adding a few pairs to my collection soon!

Bought a pair of boots for around $200 and the zipper on one doesn't work right. It makes it near impossible to get my heel into one boot. Contacted customer service, sent video, pics, etc and they wouldn't let me send them back since i bought them on sale. I was going to purchase 2 pairs of full priced boots, but changed my mind after that experience. I've been seeing LOTS of similar reviews on the freebirds swap pages- customers receiving damaged items, 2 different sized shoes, etc on sale and freebirds refusing to take responsibility for it. Maybe buy in store, but i don't recommend shopping online. The hit and miss quality and poor customer service isn't worth the hassle or money lost. Blows my mind that a company would rather lose future sales than take care of customers willing to provide loyalty to their business.

I had been looking at a pair of men’s hiking boots with the name, “Maddox”. They looked sharp and of great quality at a good price. The first pair I tried, the laces snapped in my hands whilst tying them. I was presented with another pair and again, but worse, while tying the laces, the eyelet tore off the leather itself with shocking ease. I have had a pair of Freebird boots before several years ago and they were rather resilient given the duress they were put under and frequency of usage. I would steer clear of making purchases at this store. The quality as of late, is beyond suspect.

I absolutely LOVE my new Freebird boots! Like everyone says, THEY ARE BADASS! My husband is the best and they are the best Christmas gift I could have asked for. There is no doubt in my mind that I will have more of these boots to come. So well made and so comfortable. They didn't even have to be worn in. I wore them out of the store and have had them on every single day since Dec 26th. They look great with everything I've worn them with. If you have the chance, get some. I'm on cloud 9 about mine!!!!

Was visiting my daughter in Nashville and have seen Freebird on line and decided during my visit to check out the store. The selection was outstanding and I was determined to take home a pair. The young lady who assisted me ( Ireland) went above and beyond to please. I must have tried on EVERY pair. Finally found exactly the right pair. Ireland offered to ship and I received them in 3 days. Will definitely return on my next visit. Great shoes and great customer service. Thanks

I had a wonderful time in the store. The sales ladies were very kind and helpful. This is my second freebird item and I love them. The first was a pair of sandles and the 2nd is a pair of off white snake boots that tye up in the back with leather over lay. I plan on buying more and thanks for the 20% off sale. That made my choice easy. Now I'm looking at the snake with pink that tye up in the back. Thanks for the tye up style because they fit my legs, lol

As I was looking for a pair of boots the manager on duty (Thursday, around 4 pm) was very rude to the musician (Noah Garner) that had me in there drinking and hanging out. I understand you’re a boot store but you also have a bar and make money that way, right? Either way, he was playing a song I asked for and she was extremely rude to him. Lost a potential boot customer and definitely a bar customer. Extremely disappointed.

Wife and I went there Sunday to look at boots for her. They were busy I understand that. So we waited patiently, another younger lady walk in and the sales lady went to her just passing us over, she asking the younger lady does she need help. That so so rude what we look like we can’t afford your shoes or we to old. That is ok you lost a good sale. Never again

Great styles & hand made. The sales person was very friendly. Sadly they don't come in half sizes... either break in your feet stiff like new cowboy boots or too big like wearing someone else's. They do offer to stretch them and being handmade maybe one fits better then the other? My options weren't ideal I left with no boots …

I planned this wonderful shop as our 1st stop on our trip to Nashville. Had seen photos (of course on Pinterest) and HAD to see in person!!! My incredible ♥ husband had to get in on the action and we immediately bought 1 pair each!!! Super great customer service. Highly recommend …

After buying Freebird's for over 6 years, I was absolutely thrilled to go to Nashville and visit the "Freebird" store. The service was outstanding and very helpful in finding the right fit. Only damage here was what I did to my checkbook... My life was complete. It is a must if you are a Freebird fan.

This was not one of my favorite stores but the customer service was so good the store was so clean and the shoes were beautiful they're just not my style. I was with a group of friends I did love it. If you are into the fancy boot type of shoe then freebird is your store.

My husband surprised me for my 45th birthday a trip to Nashville and shopping at the Freebird store. Whitney greeted us and made the whole experience just amazing. I ended up with 3 pair of birds and my husband left with his first pair. I’m already planning my next trip!

Wife has been looking forward to a new pair of boots. She has been looking at multiple pairs on the website. Trudy helped her during the visit. She recommended a pair my wife instantly fell in love with. Her recommendations were spot on and input was very helpful.

I bought a pair of boots here about 2 years ago and they have held up AMAZINGLY. I’m not the guy with 100 pairs of shoes in his closet so these have been worn very regularly. Customer service here is top notch. Highly recommend their boot…

I was visiting from Seattle and finally went into the Nashville store yesterday afternoon to try Freebirds for fit. The three ladies there were so engaging and helpful. I know what size to buy now and will wait for the fall line up.

Phenomenal service, quality, and overall experience. The staff is amazing, and if you know their products, you will be amazed of how many deals and offers they always have available. Hope the put half the effort into the men's line.

This place is where all my money goes. I have multiple pairs of Freebird shoes now and I cant stop buying them. They are so cute!! High quality, handmade leather shoes. Be prepared to spend some $$ and fall in love.
