I've ordered pizza from here a number of times over the last year. The food has always been done perfection, and tasted excellent. Today however, the pizza was a little bit late. I rang to ask where it was. After about 5 minutes (they rang back), apologized for the driver getting lost and sent out a brand new fresh order super fast. The food was incredible as always. Things don't always go smoothly, but they handled it very professionally, and with many places serving good food, the service as well counts.

Big shout out to Mr. Julius. Thank you so much for delivering the perfect pizzas as per the order. It was so difficult to get the combination required but I thank you for your patience and ensuring that we got them exactly the way we wanted and on time. Will surely come back for more. Thanks.

Vegan and without cheese at all

Excellent gluten free pies! So happy to find this on our way to Dubai. Delivery and prompt and friendly and the pizzas we're piping hot! Very easy to order online but if you don't know Dubai well, you'll spend some time searching for the part of town your building or hotel is in. Would be awesome if the app simply asked for your location on the map and sent the order to the correct Freedom Location. No matter--excellent pizzas!

Amazing Pizza. Bit expensive but taste awesome. Should lower the price of Pizza. Good stuffing and good staff and customer friendly. Good Service and they have amazing App to order. Have delivery option but have to pay 5 AED Extra. Have amazing collection of Pizza Try their Signature collection. Based out in Dubai Studio City Food Court. Recommended to have delivery option or take away.

very tasty delicious pizza.. and reasonable price. its basically an outlet inside a food court with common sitting area. nice and courteous service. we ordered half n half Meat eater + Saatchi flavor. they don't have ketchup though they have sauces we took mayo garlic.

Excellent service, this is the 2nd time we have ordered with Freedom Pizza through Ashlee John for our large group team meeting. A group of 28-35 people to be delivered in our residence within a specific time. Very professional, on time and pizza delivered hot and fresh. Thank you for everything. Till our next order!

Last Thursday we received a flyer through our villa promoting the 'register with us and get 2 free pizza's ' promo. upon downloading the app the offer was not there. The restaurant confirmed the deal may have expired. Good Pizzas but bit misleading when your sending out offers/promo's that are no longer valid.

It's located inside the Studio City Food court. Parking is free for two hours. Had the smoked chicken pizza and the little one absolutely loved it - smoked chicken with a sweet note. The plant eater pizza is also nice. Not much seating since it's a pickup place majorly. Friendly staff too

They got the best pizza in town with gluten free options and very healthy options of ingredients. Overall an amazing and healthy option in town.

I had pizza.. i always does.. found an insect inside the pizza box! This crossed many red lines and they did not even do anything when I took it back unless ‘sorry’

Medium pizza starts at 33aed/- yummy thin crust pizzas are yummy. Mention them not go for too oily. Else, the flavours ate great and cooked well.

Average sometimes Good Pizza. Horrible delivery service Not very consistent in quality and taste. I didn’t enjoy their service

Great salads, sandwiches & pizzas. All the ingredients are fresh. Recommended for lunch! Flawless delivery service

Pizza is not a junk if you order it at Freedom Pizza. Real good ingredients even a non vegie eater would love.
