I went there about 3 - weeks ago . It was a gloomy Saturday afternoon and it seemed as if the Lights were turned down . So I tells the the Assistant I wanted to make a payment . Upon further Review , she questioned why I was making a payment so far in advance . I wanted to reply with a Fllippant or at least Pragmatic Retort . Naw , I keeped my Pie Hole , Jibs . Lips Sealed . Here's where the Ca ,Ca hit the Fan . I wanted my Due Date changed 1-day (LLL that's 2-Dys. Less Than The " MINNOW'S " Cruise Time) . Couple days ago I gets this notice . By-Gollie-Gee-Williker's the gosh - darn Due Date was still , the second.of the Dad-Blasted Month . Okay , nows I'm praying , then I start repeating my TM (Trancendental Meditation) Mantra , over and over , then I start (my newly acquired) Deep Breathing , Pausing 3X's , finally I'm saying The Mantra with the Deep Breathing . Okay , then I had that (3-Stooges) " MOE - LARRY - CHEESE " holy grail of Calming Down Moment (God-Freed-Danials) . Long Story Short , very bad experience here and looking to make Amends ! I may never take a photo here ?

I want to start by saying freeway insurance is the way to go this company is part the upper echelon this owner and this location is going to help lead the way for freeway insurance to be top three insurance companies in the United States the owner's are nice and their team of insurance representative are excellent and very professional if you need vehicle insurance and you're near their location on cermak and Western stop in one of the agents will gladly help you the representative that helped me her name was Isabel Lopez we need more workers like her in the insurance field thank you Ms Lopez you get ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and thank you freeway insurances

I definitely give this place a 5 star, but mainly to the worker Margarita for her amazing service she provided to me. Thanks Margarita you made my visit go very smoothly. You where very very informative, very polite, and most definately had tons of patience with me with the 101 questions I had and not once did you get bothered or annoyed and helped and answered all my questions and concerns in a great manner!!! Which in most cases, the workers many times seem to get bothered and you did not!! I definitely recommend this location but ask for Margarita she will def take care of you and is amazing!

Was taking my eldery mother to get a qoute and found the smell of urine surrounding FREEWAY INSURANCE sickening. If a business cant maintain basic cleanlyness im doubting they pay you quickly if you buy insurance. DONT encourage businesses that think lower standards are acceptable in minority communities. Clean up your mess like you were on Michigan ave.

I just need to say that Esmeralda Rubio from the Western Ave location in Chicago Illinois was nothing but PATIENT and AMAZING!!! They kept asking for more and more information and she got the best and most reliable quote for me and my family. Freeway needs more staff like her working for them. Esmeralda Rubio, was very helpful and answered every question i had for her with swiftness. Every time I go here, I have a great experience thanks to Ozzie. He always addresses all of my concerns and questions and is very thorough. I could go to locations closer to my job or home but I always go here because I feel like Ozzie goes above and beyond.

They take advantage of desperate people. I've tried to get things covered under my policy and then they insist that they cannot find my policy and that it will have to be outv of pocket. It has happened multiple times.
