Mr Printess at the South Carrollton location really put a big smile on my face today. I was feeling down because insurance is high by me having a Kia and today Mr. Tate really help me with an awesome rate actually lower than the current rate I am paying so I was able to switch and im happy I came into the office today as a new customer Thank you so much Mr. Tate!!

The worst experience with any insurance company ever! I was paying my bill every month until I found out they cancelled my policy three month before without notifying me and they were still taking my payments and now I have dmv fines that I'm still trying to get them to pay. Think twice before you deal with these underhanded liars.
