I have been in the market for a better car insurance rate for some time now and I received a phone call from Mr. Marc Gonzalez out of this location who truly exceeded my expectations not only when it came to gaining more knowledge about car insurance but excellent customer service as well. Mr. Gonzalez took the time to listen to everything that I wanted and was very diligent about finding me the best rate without sacrificing anything. He was extremely patient while I was able to gather the information to send over to the office as well as did an excellent job managing myself who was over the phone and a physical client that I heard come into the office. I've had some pretty interesting experiences dealing with a few representatives while car insurance shopping to put it nicely. So it was really refreshing to finally speak to a representative that actually was knowledgeable and cared about the business as much as he did the customer. I will definitely be recommending Mr. Gonzalez to anyone that is in the market for car insurance. Desde que que llegue a esta oficina me sentí como en mi casa y cada día me siento así.. se me hace largo el tiempo de poder ir a dar mi pago .. irma en especial su amabilidad sobre pasa cualquier servicio al cliente excepcional en ningún lugar lo e encontrado .. si pudiera poner 20 o más estrellas lo haria... ninguna oficina te tratan como aquí Irma y María son tan gentiles amables, rápidas, y eficientes. Ojalá y su patrón le aumente el sueldo ya por que ellas si se lo merecen .. pero como en todo no miro que las traten bien a estas dos empleadas excepcionales..

Marc Gonzales was absolutely professional customer service. At times there was some problems with the computer. Which are out of his control. Also there was one thing that I wanted was a low down payment. But the whole way he was there to help taking the photos of our cars . Setting up the app, the documents and etc... I really appreciate all of he’s help.

They have cancelled me 1x and have sent a cancellation letter but cannot send a letter that states when my payment is due ? I have 2 vehicles insured with them and they put them on 2 different i.d. cards. ? The website has no account mgmt section and the 2x I've called nobody can tell me why there are 2 i.d. cards. No do not recommend.
