After watching a plethora of Arkady's YT videos, I recently decided to change firms. This was a difficult decision for me to make after 4 plus years with a different team handling my personal injury case. Nothing of consequence has happened yet as the firm just received my transferred files, but Arkady has been personally in contact with me for any of my questions and concerns. One of Arkady's paralegals, Denis, has been particularly kind and helpful in guiding me through this process and easing my anxieties. He is efficient and prompt and never makes me feel like the PITA that I probably am! I look forward to continuing to work with him. He's really proven himself to be a gem in such a short time. It's really nice to know that someone will get back to you and they don't seem miserable to do it. Only a few weeks in but I feel like the proverbial burden has been lifted from my shoulders with this team. Even one less thing to worry about helps me feel like I can breathe a bit easier through this ongoing hell of pain and oftentimes, genuine anguish that is my life now. This alone is with is weight in gold.

Unprofessional phone staff. I called to inquire about potential retainment of a lawyer and was told to share the personal details of my case with receptionist. I didn’t feel comfortable, and she said to me she cannot connect me to an attorney without knowing the details. I have never heard of such a thing. Why would I share the details of my case with someone who is not an attorney? Hire better staff please, because you’re losing potential business.

From what I heard from friends who got injured, it can be a harrowing and scary experience. This is not my name on my case just google. Well i tell you what i wouldnt refer no one to use them. My lawyer are has been very unresponsive. I call some tells me someone will call you back no one ever does, I email my lawyer he never gets back to me. Yet I get emails sent me about injuries on contruction sites etc. Dont send emails on nothing if you cant get back to your clients like you should.
