They no longer allow any dogs, including companion dogs into the store because some random dog bit a child in the store. It is a shame because this is my local pharmacy and even though they are much more expensive than Priceline, I go there for the convenience and to support small business. It's a shame when a beautiful placid companion dog who the staff have always greeted happily gets banned even though he hasn't done anything wrong. Twice in 2 weeks they have been out of the prescription medication I needed and they have wanted me to come back the next day even though I have mobility issues. This chemist used to be great but if a companion dog is unwelcome then I feel unwelcome too. I hope that a blind person with a guide dog is not affected by the new ban but the lady did say "ALL" dogs.

Joseph is the new owner and he and his team are fantastic. Very personal service, knowledgeable and ever helpful. My Uncle needed urgent meds and I could not get help from his big name Chemist, but Tina came to the rescue late on a Friday...Thanks Tina. Tina the phamacist is nothing short of amazing. She knows everyone by name and actually cares about customers. My sister suffers from migraine and she is always so helpful and thorough if I lived in Sydney this absolutely would be my pharmacist. A small (not a third ) margin higher than discount chains but discount chains give you discount service. My health and well being is worth a few extra dollars a year.

This pharmacy is exceptioinal. Tina has an incredible depth of knowledge about pharmaceutical products. Her and her team are helpful, insightful and engaging to deal with. Tina is on a first name basis with all of her customers and remembers everyone. I have moved out of the area but still return here for all of the family's pharmaceutical needs.

Updated review. Usually have a good experience here. Lots in stock and fairly priced. Was treated unfavourably once re. an out of date prescription (which was my mistake) but chemist was very curt and unsympathetic despite my having toddlers in tow and being visibly distressed. That said, recognise it's a pandemic and we're all pretty stressed!

Staff were exceptionally rude, older woman serving. I've never written a review in my life but had to come online to share my experience as I left feeling really terrible. It takes more energy to be abhorrent than it does to be pleasant... we all have bad days but what on earth does it add to the world to inflict that on someone else!

I’ve lived in the area for years and this pharmacy, by far has been the most helpful. The customer service was amazing and genuinely felt like I was being looked after. I was assisted immediately and they had exactly what I needed.

The new owner Joseph the Pharmacist and his team are all super friendly professional and helpful. Great to see new products coming in that are spot on for families and last minute gifts. Tx for your amazing care and service.

Absolutely brilliant customer service. I had a reaction to my vaccine and was home alone with a fever and they delivered the necessities to my door within 45 minutes. Always helpful and informative when in the premises.
