They’re pretty good with their service and are indeed friendly and have decent pricing but they need to train some of their newer staff a bit better in discretion. I was standing behind another customer in line and that customer handed over a note from their GP with the name of an over the counter cream for vaginal issues. The staff member looked at the note and loudly asked “what’s it for?” The poor customer looked like she didn’t want to describe the issues with a line of customers behind her. Thankfully the pharmacist came out, took one look at the doctors note and immediately got the medication. Like I said, they’re generally very good, been using them for years, but that seemed a bit sub par.

Diksha, Nicole, and all the staff always greet me with a smile. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Having an experienced onsite naturopath (Suzanne) is the best thing this pharmacy could have done as well. I trust them all implicitly. I get free Webster packs and I never have a problem with my prescriptions nor my membership/discount card (all left on site) which makes it easy for any of my family members to access. I have been a customer for many years and will be for many more!! Totally lives up to its name. Thanks guys.

I love this Pharmacy which is local to my elderly father - they handle all his medications and pharmacy care. Ange and team are fabulous; they prepare (and even delivery) his Webster Packs free of charge. They are always helpful and take the time to discuss and co-ordinate Dad's needs with me. In addition to this, I love their Discount Club which offers quite a substantial saving on every product in the Pharmacy. Wishing I had a Friendly Pharmacy in Bathurst where I live!

Always been happy with the Dural pharmacy. There are several invalid negative reviews here by ignorant people that don't understand that prescription prices are highly regulated and mostly based on your PBS Safety Net or Centrelink status. You CANNOT be charged $5 at one chemist and $20 at another for the same medication unless your Safety Net or concession status changes.

I was able to get my medication but the pharmacist cut me off while trying to explain which ones i wanted. They kind of made me feel like a child... I also usually pay MAX $30 (normally $15) for 1 month of my meds. At friendly pharmacy i paid $80. No clue why as they gave me the same brands i usually get. I probably will not be going back for any prescription medication.

Called up asking if they had a product, was told yes and that it would be held for me, drove nearly an hour to get it and discover that they never had the product to begin with, and that nothing had been held for me at all, bad service and a waste of time.

I would not use any other pharmacy, Ange is an amazing pharmacist always going out of her way. All the pharmacists and staff are friendly, efficient and caring. Reminders and ordering on the app are very convenient. Thank you to all.

Service was friendly. One of the prescription was not available so I asked both of my prescriptions back. Only one was given back. Had to contact the medical center again to confirm the prescription. Very unprofessional.

Absolute rip off! I payed over 20 dollars each for two antibiotics that cost just over $5 at chemist warehouse.. Why? Because I don't pay a yearly membership umm OK.. Only use this chemist if everything else is shut

I had my flu shot at Friendly Pharmacy Dural. I called in advance and made an appointment. Popped in, had a painless shot, paid and left. Extremely friendly staff, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

It's after 8 and the place isn't even open like it says on their business hours. I need to get something before work desperately and I can't even get it, this is taken at 8:10
