We gave Bill a deposit of $9000 in October 2019 for a roof to be completed by December 2019. It is now February 2022. That was the last we saw of him despite weekly phone calls and emails. Each week he would tell us he would be there the following Monday. At one point a pile of shingles was delivered right in the middle of our driveway. When we filled a complaint with the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, he picked up the shingles immediately. We received some but not all of our deposit back and have escalated our case with consumer affairs. tldr: This man will take your money with no intention of ever doing the job.

Edit: Ive been contacted and assured he will come and have a look and make it right. I appreciate how he was hospitalized and missed a few complaints. Like i said, the rest of the experience was good at the time, so I appreciate the response. Better late than never. Original: Had a leak in the roof afterwards. I know since the water is dripping from my kids bedroom ceiling. Was impressed they finished and cleaned up so fast, until i didn't even get a callback from the voicemail i left. It says warrantied, but they obviously don't honor it at all. Go with someone else and save yourself the aggravation.

Bill was great to deal with when we did our new build. Called him last minute to do a job the next day after our previous roofer bailed. He had materials here quick, no money was asked for up front and the job was done and cleaned up within a day. A family member also used him for replacement shingles, same experience. Quick, painless, clean and professional. Never asked for a dime before the job was complete. Thanks Bill

I had my shingles replaced last year by this company. They were quick to fit me in despite it being the busier season. Price was competitive with other companies. The job was completed quickly and clean up after was very thorough. This spring I noticed something with the fascia and I wasn't sure it even had to do with the roof but asked if they could take a look and they were there the next day.

Recommended by three trusted people in our community. A family business with an excellent crew, they did a superb job installing new flashings and shingles and did an amazing job cleaning up before leaving. Given supply chain issues, we heeded Bill's advice and chose from a good selection of shingles that were readily available. Very happy with the selection and the service. Highly recommend.

Showed up at midnight during a storm to seal a leak to stop water damage inside. within a few weeks they where available to do a full removal and replace including plywood drip edge steel and ridge cap in 4 days.great crew everything cleaned up daily and roof looks great

If I could give them a ZERO I would. Avoid this roofing company. Too many reasons to list. This is my opinion based on my experience with them.

Flat out didn't show Stood me up As a senior citizen I needed their help but they blew me off.
