Since the new management this post office has gone down hill! There is a man at the posting desk who is rude! No manners! Not helpful! And was intimidating towards my daughter! She suffers with autism and needed help in the store. He did nothing but shout at her and made her feel uncomfortable and nervous. She was unsure about posting an item and came home upset and in tears.I’m very upset and disappointed in what has happened as this is my local post office ive been using for years and is known by the staff, they obviously did not know she is my daughter because i know for a fact she would not of been treated in such manner!

I took a fragile parcel here for Parcelforce to collect. I was forced to leave it in front of an open fridge, which I did, unwillingly. I then changed my mind, and wanted to take the parcel out as there was no delivery anymore on that day - to bring it back next day. I wasn't allowed. The parcel reached my client damaged, which causes extra work for me. Customer service here can be good, but depends on the person serving. I feel better going to Muswell Hill Post Office now.

The previous owners were great and efficient. The ownership changed at the end of Nov 2022 and the new owners are unsatisfactory to say the least. The older guy at the P O counter is OK but the youngster on the front till is useless, rude and unfriendly. This one grabbed my phone and changed the settings without permission and never says please or thank you. This Post Office will in due course close as the new owners are driving customers away.

Always ready to help you with kindness and smile. I have visited many times this post ofice and shop and every time the service was amazing. You can find envelopes, tapes, wallets, stationery but also some snacks and drinks. Outside there is a free drop off point that you can use if you send prepaid shipping or returns. Trustworthy, quick, kind.. what else?

I have tried to return very small parcel , the gentleman there said to me I have to buy big sellotape to stick a small return label , absolutely unprofessional and rude way to sell something to your customers, after that he tried to explain for this reason is the shop to sell sellotape, when he understood I was dissatisfied he offer me free sellotape

Ive had to change this review due to new ownership of this place. The new owner answers personal calls whilst serving customers - made me wait 5 minutes whilst he had my post in his hand with a huge queue behind me. Ridiculous. Younger guy at the front desk has visibly checked out, does not answer questions or care about what he is doing.

Absolutely love this Post Office. The owners are so friendly and knowledgeable about anything you’d need. They advised that I should set up a Drop and Go account with them for my small business and its one of the best decisions I’ve made! Couldn’t recommend them more highly. Quick and efficient service always!

It sould be considered when reading older reviews that there was a change of management in 2016, and in my experience the new owners couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. And I've seen them stay polite even when they've been subjected to abuse from some very unpleasant people. It's a great Post Office.

The man who works here is so nice and friendly but the lady serving on the shop part should not work with the public. On so many occasions I’ve seen her talk to customers so rudely about queuing. I can’t get over how many times I’ve seen her argue with the public. She should change her job.

First time leaving a review but felt the need to. The gentleman, yes gentleman because that is what he is an absolute credit to what customer service should look like, even when under pressure he has always shown the upmost in professionalism. First class service by a wonderful post master.

This Post Office was just amazing during the height of lockdown. No other word for it. They were one of the few places who took the pandemic seriously - only letting one person in the shop at a time. It's not my nearest PO, but I'll be happy to support them with my custom in the future.

This is the best Post Office in the area, I drive from N8 to come here as it so good. The staff are always really friendly and the service is efficient and reliable. The greetings card selection is excellent as is the variety of crisps and snacks. All Post Offices should be this good.

The lovely and very hard working young couple running this post office are highly knowledgeable, efficient and friendly always providing a 1st class service to all their customers. They are a shining example, providing good value for any money spent - who could ask for more.

Excellent post office, so much so that I use this one on a daily basis instead of going to a nearer one. The staff are always friendly, ready to help and extremely efficient and I can't recommend them highly enough. If only all staff in all shops were like this.

This is the best post office ever. Most of the post offices are so busy with just ond or two persons who are mostly either very sad or unhappy at a counter working but this branch is so different. There is barely a queue and the staff are very nice

After the change of management in November 2022, the new manager and staff have destroyed what the previous owners built. After 6 years of using this post office daily with no problems - I have had enough and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I wasn’t expecting to write a review, but I just dropped in here to mail a package and pickup a snack, and was very impressed. The shop is beautiful inside, and the service was super fast and friendly. Highly recommended!

The man who works here is polite, patient,friendly with smile even during busy time, unfortunately I’ve never seen smile on lady’s face who works here, and she seems impatient. Come on ! Try to have a smile on your face.

When your post office closes at 6:30pm, It is unacceptable to be told at 5:30pm to come back tomorrow for a passport renewal counter signature service because it will take half an hour! Rude, discourteous and lazy.

We travelled over from Hampstead Garden Suburb to use this post office on the strength of the reviews here. We were not disappointed. Extremely friendly and efficient service and well worth the trip.

I like this Post Office, however the last few days I've needed to go in before work, they're supposed to open at 7am, still not open by 7.40am, each day! Stick to your opening times!

I Dont use any of the post offices in west or North finchley which are more local to me as there not good. Purposely go bit further to come here, kinda and swift service
