Here’s the short version… take your money somewhere else. I paid $130 for two formal dresses to be dry cleaned through an alterations shop who outsources dry cleaning through this place. Absolutely terrible experience, after 3x of refusing the wedding dress that had not been touch (red tape marking spots from shop 1 still intact all 3 times), I visited with an employee from the alterations business and we talked to the owner- I think his name was Ben, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. Said, “this is why I don’t work with brides…” even though they advertise dress restoration in their shop. He spoke over me and the woman with aforementioned place while trying to explain what was going on and that we’d both previously called and spoken with Carla and that we’d had issues trying to get this rectified speaking with her. While explaining that my frustration was also due to the fact someone from out of state was trying to purchase my dress and that these spots not being treated were holding me up, his response was, “I think someone coming from out of state to purchase this dress is a mistake”. Don’t bother with these people, if they screw up no one will take accountability or even apologize. I did finally pick up my dress (after the 4th time), the spots were mostly done, and so was the red tape, proving they didn’t touch it the first 3. They didn’t say a word, hung my dress on the hanger and left the room. Dude seems like just another boomer complaining about how younger folks don’t have any respect for anyone, he was so disrespectful toward their ampoules that the alterations shop is looking for a new vendor Phots aren’t really of the stain but you can see a small portion of the red tape- this was after the 3rd time. It was placed on inside of shell for easier spotting.

I've been a customer for 6 years I don't come in much due to the fact that I live in Waco Texas oh when I'm in Fort Worth I always visit Fort Worth laundry and for the past few years they've done very good honest work but the day I picked up 11 shirts that they shrink when I called and asked them about it they said no problem bring them in and we'll see what we can do the gentleman that I spoke to probably told me that it was not their fault because of shirts didn't shrink I simply had a fitment issue and I needed to buy larger shirts so I will no longer you doing business with this company due to the fact I have to replace 11 shirts almost all of shirts I own out of pocket at one time #body-shaming

Without a question, worse customer service. I dropped off clothes on Wednesday to pick up clothes on Thursday. I came in too earlier on Thursday to pick and it wasn’t ready, I was asked to come by at 4:30. Well my luck, there was a tornado warning with real tornado action and hail. I didn’t make it before closing time. I tried to go the next day, well they close for St. Patrick’s day?! The clothe was for my proposal (very important day). I had dropped off new clothes I purchased so I had rush and buy new clothes again. When I finally come in on Monday to pick up my clothes, the person told me, sorry but you should have came in during the tornado. Seriously?! Worst dry cleaner experience.

Giving this business a 1 star after they failed multiple times to take any accountability. They lost my shirts. I gave them multiple opportunities to come clean and every time the manager Jeri covered the lies with another lie. She first claimed that she gave me all the clothes, but i clearly had brought back some shirts that didn't belong to me. She then tried to claim that she found the shirts and was giving me back the same ones i had just dropped off. She became very uncomfortable when i called her off on this lie. They do a good job cleaning, just be aware that customer service is subpar and you might not get back all your clothes.

Lost an item and continuously blamed my wife for them being irresponsible. Dropped off my items and they took their own initiative to add her name to only one set of pants which made it "our fault" the item got lost. I thought the reason i give my name and number for the the items i drop off is so i can use that same name to pick up? Need to get rid of the un-worthy management or the lazy irresponsible employees. Would not recommend, unless you want a scavenger hunt to find your clothes.

My husband takes his dress shirts to this cleaners. On his last pick up, the shirts had been pressed but the collars still had visible dirt on them. I asked the clerk about the visible dirt on pressed shirts. She told him he would have to request special treatment for the collar area. What?! That was the sole purpose of him bringing the to the cleaners - TO HAVE THEM CLEANED. The answer he was given and the amount of visible dirt on his shirts makes no sense. Will not be returning.

I have 2 sister's work there and they have been in the laundry business since National Linens Service was open and when they close down my sister's went to Kells Cleaner and from there to Fort Worth Laundry and I know that they do an excellent job cause they take pride in they job. Just not a first class operation. They were not able to get my laundry done due to a machine failure and they were unwilling to do anything to make it right. They didn’t notify me and it took a long time to figure out what happened. It looks like they have a good operation but they just don’t seem to prioritize customer service.

This business provides excellent cleaning services for years but poor, quality work environment for their employees. With TX having some of the hottest temperatures throughout the year they provide no a/c units for them. With all the money we as customers have been given them for years this is unacceptable.

I've been coming here since 1964. ROTC got me coming here for my uniforms. Since graduating i was in a business in the early 70's til my retirement in 2020 I used NFWL regularly with my bill being in the 30-45 dollars a week. Never a lost article of clothing nor a stain that wouldn't come out.

The staff here is extremely accomadating and definitely very sweet. They were able to get my fathers Marine uniform nicely pressed for his funeral within a short time frame. Thank you so much for the kindness and ability to do this so quickly. You all are awesome!! ❤️ …

I have used Fort Worth Laundry & Dry Cleaners for years and they do a phenomenal job. Especially if you have uniforms and other articles that need to be pressed a certain way, they are always correct and well done. Prices are very fair and reasonable. Highly recommended.

Dropped a shirt and suit off. When I got it back it doesn't look like it was ironed at all. The shirt came back with visible wrinkles. Tried calling the place a few times and the phone rings once and goes to voice-mail, even though it says the place is open.

This is the best dry cleaners that I've used across four states. They generally turn things around same day. I've had some very tough stains on items that I thought were ruined. Fort Worth Laundry was able to get the stain out. Can't say enough great things.

Ft Worth Cleaners and its employees are truly a great place to take your laundry. Pleasant folks, convenient, and they do an excellent job of taking care of what we wear.

Always have received a first class laundry and dry cleaning service whether you're a hometown local or several hundred miles away you're always made to feel like family.

Only place to get pants starched unless your headed to Stephenville and going to Wills Cleaners. Awesome either place and its only place i go

Always prompt with my dry cleaning. Alterations are awesome as well-turn around time is less than some of the other cleaners in town.
