Post office
"Very unprofessional workers"
"Friday 24th november: When trying to use the post office counter, this absolute joke of a manager called Raj tried to tell me to stand outside to wait despite me having a sick child in the buggy"
"They keep changing the closing time of their post office service while they advertise on Google that this service is available until 10pm"
"Believe me this is the worst place you could be in London! They don't provide proper postage and are super rude! One of the staff member was extremely rude and almost shouting not to give a sticker to write an address on top of the box! I came to this place before too , when none of this was an issue! Although they weren't the best or practical then either, I thought I could give a second chance which was the worst ever experience! Even the two memebr of staff argued because of how I was treated! I will file an official complaint against this so called post office! I wouldn't recommend anyone even to go past in front of it! (Even if this is the only place that is open in entire London)"
"Very rude customer service"
Very unprofessional workers. So I had to return the new iPhone 12pro within 21 days of buying it as I wasn't happy with product, I was sent a package to pack the phone and to pay for next day delivery. I did the same as instructed and went to this post office handed and paid for the next day delivery, next day after work I come home and find out that the package is delivered to me to which I understand is the mistake of the royal mail drivers and not the post office workers but when I went there to ask them why all that happened and what happens to the money I paid the guy told me that it's my fault for packing it in that bag (again the package was sent by the iPhone warehouse with instructions which I followed) he took the package from me and said he will again give it to royal mail but can't assure me that this time again there will be no mistake. I told him to make sure it goes and I will come next day to speak about the money to the owner, unfortunately from next day I had to self-isolate myself for a week due to Covid exposure but during this times I called the iPhone warehouse, royal mail and my network provider about the returns and none of them had any idea about where the package is by than 10days were passed. Finally I thought I will go to post office and ask if they have any idea, to which owner said it wasn't given to the royal mail because I didn't turn up the next day and they were worried about the package being expensive or getting lost or blah, blah..... So for 10days they kept the package with them without notifying the owner, even though my address and phone number was there in package and not only that the owner tried blaming me for everything. And because of his and his workers unprofessionalism till now I haven't got my refunds and I have been already informed that I will not get the complete refund because of the delay in returns, which again is not my fault. I did the way I was instructed and the iPhone warehouse said it never happened before as the same process is been followed everytime, same from the royal mail- they said the first time was there mistake which would have been corrected if post office acted professionally the next day. So above all I lost my money because the people working in post office don't know how to do their job. They don't even know how to talk forget about apologizing. I hope this review reaches them and they understand how their laziness affects other people and they start doing their job right. The incident happened on 1st of December to 12th of December. I stopped going there since than.
Friday 24th november: When trying to use the post office counter, this absolute joke of a manager called Raj tried to tell me to stand outside to wait despite me having a sick child in the buggy. He has no heart. The way he spoke to me was uncalled for, i believe he was racist also because why would you get so blown up when i was talking to you calmy? A previous review has even highlighted that you are racist so it cant just be me! All of the bad reviews on here are true. I didn't want to join the queue because the aisle there was narrow and i would have to push past alot of people with my buggy. This would have been disruptive to other customers. I sent my daughter to join it for me and was waiting for her to get to the front and he said go stand outside and he was very rude and abrupt. He said if i dont go outside i wouldnt be served all because i was trying to stand inside the shop to protect my baby from the cold while also attempting to stand out of people's way. Very petty and heartless. He should not be allowed to work with the public. Fulham council need to seriously review allowing this man to have a shop! Even if i was paid a million pounds i would never go there again after this experience and i would advise you think very carefully before taking yourself here.
They keep changing the closing time of their post office service while they advertise on Google that this service is available until 10pm. Some days the service is available until 10 pm, the next day the service closes at 8pm, the day after at 7pm. When I arrived today around 7.30pm to hand my parcel, I was simply told :"post is closed". When questioned about the reason why this service now closes at 7pm on weekdays, the person behind the till doesn't even bother looking at you or responding to you and simply continues counting his coins! No joke! A total lack of manners and not a single inch of respect for the customer. DO NOT bother wasting your time NOR your energy with these con merchants. They're just rude people TO SAY THE LEAST!!!! If you need a post office service, not far from there on Dawes street is another post office with respectful persons who unlike these con merchants do value customers. DON'T SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED!
Believe me this is the worst place you could be in London! They don't provide proper postage and are super rude! Very rude customer service. They refused to post my parcel one by one which I needed because of tracking number. They repeat to me few times "I'm not going to do that. Go to post office." Like they are not post office? I went to big post office and got explanation that even small shops who are post office have to do on a way that customer asks. No any respect for customer in front of other customers. In the end when I came back they did only one parcel separate as the others gone abroad. Again they refused to do my parcels separate so it was on their way. So rude, so unrespected,so same. Zero point for customer service. Disappointed.
This place is a scam. The post office services via QR code only opens on Monday from 7am-6pm, as if everyone here is unemployed so we can make the returns on a weekday from normal working time lol. And always the excuses that their capacity of parcels are full. Plus the post office service never opens until 10pm, they’re just scamming about the open hours and still not updating it on Google maps when they’ve already received so many bad reviews and keeping wasting everyone’s time.
EVERY time I have to post a parcel I google what the cost should be as they always charge more and I then have to show them. Well today's price should have been just under £5 she tried to charge me £12 and didn't even tell me the price until I asked after she stuck the label on. I told her to take it off and I showed her the quote on the Post Office website and she ignored it and handed back my parcel !
Mail acceptance changes on the way they feel on the particular day. NOT open until 10pm! Just came after work at 7:30pm and they already didn’t accept any mail anymore. I have a return that needs to go out today. Them not adhering to their advertised opening times is causing people to lose money. Such bad service! Would rate 0 if I could.
I don't understand all the bad reviews. These guys are hard working, always busy and still provide service with a smile. They're also knowledgeable and provide helpful advice when needed re which postage option to choose. Much prefer this post office location to others nearby so I've used it many times and the service is always good.
Post office website says open on Saturday and weekdays till 10pm. I went there on Saturday and they said it's closed on weekend, come on weekday. I went today (Thursday) at 7:45 pm, and they said it's closed again and closes at 7pm. Such a bad service!!! Avoid at all cost
Royal Mail needs to seriously reconsider the staff they employ to run this post office. Their attitude to customers is appalling. They are rude, unhelpful and discourteous. I would rather deliver my post myself than ever use their 'service' again.
I was over charged and my parcel never arrived at its destination!!! Royal mail should be ashamed at closing down it's official post offices so we have to use these untrained substitutes!!!!
Hours are inaccurate and I carried a heavy box 40 minutes there. They laughed and said it was my fault but admitted their hours weren’t updated online yet. Also, everything is very dusty.
Service is ok but it never seems to be open. Opening times and days changing constantly. If you need to receive something fast, send it to another post office :/
DO NOT DESERVE CUSTOMERS. Quote from the shop owner “we do not want these customers so we changed the store opening times”. Absolutely APPALLING INDIVIDUALS
This is real - a post office open 7 days a week!! It is really appreciated that we could use the service this Sunday. Thanks! ☺️
Pick and choose when they feel like taking parcel returns or not as a post office "open 7 days" as the sign says on the door.
Didn’t accept prepaid parcel only can buy another postage there
Always pleasant ,helpful and efficient thank you
even sending a letter to them is difficult!
Today saturday 11 july is closed
They are definitely racist
Great Service :-)
