Worst experience and a nightmare I have ever had with a dentist office. Went in because I had a tooth ache, thousands of dollars charged out of pocket and from my insurance and I ended up with a tooth crown that is completely different color than all my other teeth. Not to mention that the temp crown fell off twice after few hours and I went on without a temp crown for days and my tooth has moved and was bleeding everyday. The manager never got back to me when she said she would and she told me the dentist knew about the temp crown falling off again but never provided a solution. I asked if they can expedite the permanent crown and her first response was that there would be extra charge for that. Again I reached out for an update and finally got the new appointment date. When I went to the appointment the dentist said he was never informed that my temp fell off again. Everyone seems to pretend they don’t know what is doing on and patient’s health and well being is not their first priority. At the end I was told it was my fault for the crown being different color since I didn’t ask to see in different mirrors even though that option was not given to me and the crown didn’t match what I chose originally. Janet the assistant who suggested that told me to get teeth whitening with them to match the crown color with the other teeth as their solution to their mistake and charge me again. They took no accountability for their mistakes and to add salt to injury they made everything my fault. Extremely unprofessional team who only cares about charging the patient the maximum amount and provide very poor service. They do not care if you’re in pain or you’re tooth gets infected. So I would definitely recommend to avoid this place because it’s not safe. I am hoping this crown doesn’t fall off before I find another dentist to replace it with a correct color. I also have to wait until my insurance gets renewed since they maxed it out twice now.

Moved back to LA and I was in search of a new dentist. I found this spot because of the amazing Yelp reviews. The reviews definitely live up to all of the positivity and praise. Jen and Dr. Matt Tabanfar helped me so much with my dental cleaning today. Honestly, it's been a long time since I've encountered a dentist who actually cared. Dr. Matt was attentive to my deep cleaning and checked if I was in any pain. He gave wonderful care full of patience and kindness, refusing to let me apologize for a thing. Leaving the dental office today with a full heart and clean teeth (I can't believe I'm actually saying that ) I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone and am so glad to find a dental team that I can trust and go to. Bonus points** Scheduling staff is wonderful! Super easy to schedule!

Let me tell you… the dentist is not my favorite place to be. But I really enjoy my visits to Fuller Smiles. The front desk staff is always warm and inviting. Sara, the hygienist, is an absolute rockstar. I really have a hard time when it comes to teeth cleanings because of the sounds of the tools and she always makes sure I am comfortable and okay. I really appreciate that. She truly loves her job and you can tell just by her energy. She is also GREAT at her job and has so much knowledge. I didn’t see my doctor this visit but he is amazing as well and always explains things thoroughly so you are not left in the dark. Thank you everyone for a fabulous experience every time!!

I always try to give credit where credit is due and I must say when I first called to set up an appointment they were great and had many openings. Arriving to the office love the location and the office is well kept. Everything was explained to me and what could be be done on that appointment was done so professionally. My second visit was just as great. Some upgrades have been done to the office. I’m glad I found this dentist office

Run away! I was botched by the dentist, then again by the specialist who was supposed to fix the root canal the regular dentist messed up. The dental assistant who took my X-rays was so ruff I asked her to slow down a little and she yelled at me. I started crying and couldn’t believe that happened when there were so many good reviews. I think the practice was sold in 2022. New staff possibly. Horrible experience.

I am a new patient , my teeth have never been so clean!!! It was just great fun to leave with clean teeth after years of not taking care of them. Many thanks to the Dr. who was so gentle with me in the treatment and to Jen. They were also very expert in their instructions for follow-up treatments based on me being pregnant. Dr. Matt is easily the most genuine dentist I have had. I’ve gone to other places where I am quoted thousands of dollars for unnecessary work. Dr. Matt and his team make sure I am getting the best care possible and maintaining my teeth and smile! Everyone in the office was kind and accommodating. I really appreciate them and their team.

Went in for a routine cleaning. I moved to California two years ago and didn’t find a dentist until now. Dr. Tanbafar was very nice and speedy. He cleaned my teeth and filled two little cavities, fixed my old silver filling, and took off tooth gem residue all in under one hour. The office is very cute as well and runs efficiently.

I had a good experience overall. hygienist was very nice and gentle with me. Felt a little rushed by the Dr. Wasn’t able to discuss further into issues he mentioned as he had another patient to attend to. I liked how front desk gives you breakdown of pricing with insurance coverage and there’s no hidden bills or surprises.

I have been seeing Dr Matt for a couple years. The hygienist Sara (I think) is amazing. I don't like getting my teeth cleaned but she is fast and no pain. The front desk people were very accommodating to help get my insurance settled. I will definitely stay with Fuller Smiles.

I had been going to Dr. Shannon for years. Now his office is Fuller Smiles. It has been a great transition. The changes in the office are very nice. The people in the office are friendly and helpful. I went in for my cleaning, it was quick, thorough and painless.

I got a cleaning and my cavities were filled. The doctor did a great job and I believe it was Sarah who did my cleaning. They’re very sweet and always check up on you to make sure you’re doing okay. Everyone is accommodating and i’d definitely go back to them.
