What I really loved about this place was the aesthetics, the ambiance, the music, the mood lighting. It was clean, lots of seating available which consists of love seats & chairs. The space is split into two sections front and back with the bar/ vip section. It wasn’t as busy when I arrived but nonetheless the vibes were great. The music wasn’t too loud that you cannot maintain a conversation. They have the regular shisha flavours like double apple, mint etc. They also have other special flavours like island breeze which cost $32/shisha. They do charge for extra coal, the shisha comes well prepared and ready to be smoked. It was a smooth, flavourful & enjoyable experience. Now one thing I have to note, their menus is fixed, you cannot convince them to make any altercation to any item on the list nor request items (drinks) which aren’t on the menu. That leads me to my next point, you cannot order sides unless you order a main. I personally don’t understand why. One may not necessarily want to have a full meal late into the night but nonetheless they would not budge. The weekends are busy, reservation’s recommended and they follow a strict dress code. I do believe they are setting a precedent and catering to a demographic as more of an upscale Lounge. The service was great, server was attentive but also apologetic as she was bound to a strict menu. Worth checking out for the vibes.

Cover Charge Conundrum - A Culinary Lounge? Recently visited this lounge and while the ambience, location, and offerings were stellar, the $15 cover charge left me scratching my head. Upon entry, our small group of 5 found ourselves in a nearly empty lounge – a cover charge for our exclusive party. To add to the perplexity, a menu was suggested to enhance a dining experience. If it's a restaurant, why the cover charge theatrics? The food and drinks were excellent, but the cover fee felt more like a misplaced curtain call. Great place overall, but the cover charge introduction needs a script rewrite. Timing Matters: Adding to the intrigue, I discovered the cover is free before 9 pm. While this might be a saving grace, the optics of a cover charge in an empty venue linger. Perhaps reconsider the necessity of a cover charge during quieter hours; it could make the difference in enticing more patrons to return.

SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. Terrible experience right upon first entry. Out of several shisha lounges i’ve visited, i have never ever had an experience as freaking awful as tonight. We were told we cannot purchase a shisha alone. We were being literally pressured into buying drinks & food. It’s a bloody shisha lounge. That’s what people come here for. On top of that, your establishment was EMPTY on a Sunday night. With tons of tons tables & booths free & wide open. Not to mention your weird as hell staff staring down customers making you feel uncomfortable. Ultimately, if you have customers paying for a shisha & enjoying their time, be respectful. We are also paying customers. Or if you’re that thirsty for business, then make it extremely clear with a large sign at the front door that customers are not permitted to just lounge & purchase a single shisha. Weird establishment. Weird energy. Take your money elsewhere people. Save yourself the hassle. This business is disgraceful to say the least.

The cozy LED vibe is great and the decor and interior are very premium. However, its not your typical shisha spot; they focus heavily on their bar and have too strict of a policy in place for everything. The service was pretty snobby/rude. We brought our water bottle and they asked us to go put it back in our car. When we said okay give us a minute, the manager offered to take our bottles and “keep them” till we’re done eating/smoking. I understand some places don’t allow outside water, however, when we asked for water they offered Fiji water only and when we requested tap water, the waitress seemed very annoyed about it. She brought us the smallest glasses and we never got refills. Plus, they have another rule where you can’t just order shisha, you must get alcohol with it. Since we don’t drink, we had to order something from the food menu. We got their red velvet cake and it was just alright too… The shisha was good but very expensive. No one came to change the coals either. Overall very dissatisfied with the service.

Agree with the other critical reviews, this is a wannabe club with a pretentious lil guy working the door. He's delusional thinking this is some high end place in downtown Toronto, when in reality it's an overpriced bar with an unpleasant atmosphere in a really shady industrial complex. Shrimp dude gave my gf a hard time because she was wearing dressy MK sandals, saying they don't usually take "slippers". Guy was wearing an ill fitting lint covered suit from Winners. I laughed it off and he walked away. Drinks were super overpriced, everyone inside was looking like they were bored, glancing around and waiting for an event to start.. the place stayed nearly empty until midnight. We left and went to Mazaj for some proper sheesha, good food, and a welcoming atmosphere. I wouldn't be surprised if this place will be out of business soon.

First of all, these 5 star reviews are all because they’re telling people to give it to them for a free shot. We had a disappointing experience at the lounge recently. We visited on a Sunday evening when the place was noticeably empty. After sitting and ordering a shisha, we were surprised when the doorman approached us. He told us that we would either have to place additional orders or vacate the premises without us even looking at the drink menu yet. What struck me as particularly unprofessional was the fact that the message came through the doorman, rather than someone from the management team. It was not only poorly timed, considering we had only been there for 15 minutes, but it was also poorly executed. Overall, if this is how they treat their customers during slow times, I can't imagine what it would be like on a busy night. I would recommend spending your time and money elsewhere.

Garbage overpriced place. If you haven’t been - don’t go. If you have been you’d know why. We had a group of 15 people and we reserved a booth. Over the phone they said they’d be able to accommodate us. They also said we’d have to spend $800 - which is fine we agreed to it. Place was dead - they started charging cover and they clarified that wouldn’t be counted towards the total. Why are people that have bottles paying cover? To add to it - the most smug and unprofessional guy works in the front. We had no space and people were standing - Asked to move - took over 2 hours and a lot of arguing to move us. They tried to up our bill and increase gratuity and charge things we didn’t even get. Coal changes cost money? Since when are people charging for a coal change? This place is a scam. Don’t go. Easy to find location. Excellent service. Amazing staff. Nicely laid out and various seating and setups. Unlike other similar venues this one is classy from the moment you enter. Security is polite and professional and for those seeking a fun night this is definitely a place to visit. Great attention to detail. DJ is in one area in the back, so you can control the volume and exposure to music as you desire. The most impressive part was when the establishment closed for the night. The last time I came here, Fume didn't really know what it was supposed to be; now it's an upscale sheesha lounge you'd actually want to visit again. The food was flavourful and well presented, also a good portion for its price. The sheesha was strong and one could easily be shared by our group of 7. Good place overall. I came from Toronto to try it. First challenge was entering. I was wearing sweatpants that I got from a luxurious store near Dundas Square. The staff made it impossible to enter. After many discussions, they finally let me in. I directly went to the website and couldn't find any place mentioning "No sweatpants!" Anyhow, staff told me to keep my jacket on to cover my sweatpants and that I can't stay here long. It was very shocking, yet things got better. Food was delicious, waitress was very friendly and cooperative, music was good vibes. Overall, it is a good place, and like the lights and colors.

BEWARE!! This place is a gimmick, so money hungry with an overpriced menu that isn't even good. I ordered the salmon, it wasn't fresh, it smelt like a fish tank. I was so disgusted I had to send it back to the kitchen. The quality is terrible considering the price. Staff are rude and disrespectful, giving me dirty looks all night and management is unethical. Attended Fume last Sunday night since it was a long weekend. Let me tell you. The food was out of this world & the host was amazing joking & having fun with me & my girlfriends. He got a nice booth & we had one of the best shisha ‘ Island Mist which recommended by Sarah. I don’t understand some of these bad reviews but I guess can’t please everyone. Chicken wings were good but the rest of the food items we ordered didn't taste good. Rice tasted bitter and the sauces used were mediocre. Shisha was good however the service was very slow. We asked to be moved to a couch when almost the whole restaurant was empty but they didn't respect our wish. More seating with couches would be nice because the chairs made our backs hurt after an hour. Desserts were a 4/10 for taste. Nice presentation though!

This is a must visit spot!!!! Food is hot and fresh and drinks are amazing!! Make sure you try The Pink Cloud!! It’s to die for…. The ambiance is so chill and music selection is great!! I visited on a Friday and they had a live DJ around 10:30 pm great music!!! Shisha was also great!! The staff are very attentive and kept checking in which I found to be great customer service!! If you’re looking for great food, music and a chill vibe this is the spot!!! Ohh and the Red Velvet cake is amazing!!

This place is beautiful and an awesome atmosphere. First time checking out this place and I have to say I am pleasantly surprised. The new owners have made improvements to the decor and revamped the menu as well. Shisha is now no longer offered here, which personally I think it’s great as a non-smoker Cool vibes, delicious food and drinks, and prices are reasonable. What’s not to like? Really beautiful hookah lounge. The venue is super chic and the music is always on point. They have a great bar menu and the food is very flavorful we will definitely be back. Went there for my son's birthday with a large group. The vip experience was amazing. We had such a great time and my guest were all so happy. We danced, drank and lived it up. Loved it! If you go on the weekend there is a small cover charge. They are slightly over priced but the vibe was good. Had a live DJ who was on point! My server was trash but I didn't use that to judge the establishment as I have had good service in the past.

My favourite lounge in the area. Amazing shisha that doesn’t require fixing, and does not get harsh. A bit loud to talk, however great club kind of vibes for a party! Amazing food as well!

Beautiful interior design, live DJ, & friendly staff service. I would definitely recommend. They also went all out & surprised us with an anniversary gift!
