some games where not working ,attendant came to 1 and when I ask about the others he said give me a few I asked of I should wait by the other 2 that were not working which were water ducks and basket ball for the toddler he said no just give me a few ,I them asked ik so then where should I wait for you, he then replied just give me a few ,the rsst of my time spent there he never came back to me .my mom told me I should have a party there I said yea no ,alot if games not working I cant go in to the tunnel maze with my toddler so of I let him in on his own I will have to hope he doesnt get hurt but kids that are my size smh so I didnt let my toddler go which upsetting. him so much and disappointed him .the only way I would come back and why I gave 5 stars is because the lady's and attendants for rides where super friendly really nice smiles willing to help,as the last herd me complaint to my mom she felt bad about the game I mentioned not working and gave me some bonus credits for the prizes, we stayed longer spent more money and won prizes we wanted, overall the friendly staff made for a good visit, just be careful of other people my mom had a autistic big kids come up to her and started to what looked like he was waving his arms not sure of he was trying to hit her or push her or hug her but after a few m kh minutes I guess his family member came and pulled him away .

As a child I would never think I would have to write a review. Especially this bad. I went here as a camp trip thinking it would be fun because that was what the pictures showed. It was completely different. As soon as I saw the awning outside. It was broken and the place looked run down, I didn’t think much of it until we walked in. There was a slight smell of sweat and batting cages were absolutely dirty, dusty, and disgusting. We only got 20 tickets and I only played 3 games, including a basketball game that didn’t even give out the balls. The only good thing in there were the rides. They where free of charge and working well. I think the worst part was the seating area where we ate our pizza. It was very sticky in there and it was just weird. The soda was flat and the plates were flimsy. None of the staff were in the room to pick up the mess that was made. The tables were stained and sticky. I also heard from one of my friends that there wasn’t even soap in the bathroom and she had to use hand sanitizer to clean off her hands. I don’t think it was worth the money my parents paid. It was not a good place to go and I would not recommend this area to go as a camp trip or as a family outing. We are kids and all we ask is to have fun, especially during the summer. Please fix this place. Thank you.

This place was amazing! We had our son's 7th birthday party here last Sunday, the owner was so helpful and accommodating, from the first day we walked in he was so helpful, the place was super clean. Paulina called me a few days before the party to make sure all my needs were pleased, also she called a few days after the party to make sure everything went well. My entire family and friends were so happy and pleased to be there, the games were all working, I was a little concerned about that. The cake was huge and beautiful, the inside had ice cream (Chocolate) that was a nice surprise! But I have to say the #1 reason why our party was so wonderful is because of Jovanna's leadership, she made sure everyone was looking when pictures were taking, she made sure everyone was having a good time, she helped me decorated and was on top of every detail. Thank you to the entire staff of Fun Station USA for making my son's birthday party such a success, I hope my daughter decides on having her birthday party here this year, because they give a nice discount to siblings!

Just had my son's 8th birthday here on Sat Nov 5th. My son and all 10 of his friends absolutely loved the place. Of course the Laser Tag alone is amazing...the adults and kids played vs each other and had a solid 15 min of bliss. The rides all worked and the kids loved them. The atmosphere started as hectic, but was soon remedied. The hostess (Alana) although young and limited experience did her absolute best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Speaking to the owner Joe and Paulina was a pleasure and they did all they could to accommodate us...thank you for that. There were hiccups, one host is NOT enough, poor girl was running a marathon between our needs and having to do her part as host, we ordered catered sandwiches but had to wait 30+ min for condiments (fyi..mustard was 2 days away from expiration). I'm not nit picking...we had a positive experience and will likely be looking to do his 9th birthday here (as is his request). Thank you!

This place has a pass that includes 3 rides and bumpy cars. Laser tag, batting cages and arcades are additional cost. We came at the end of the day and bought a two hour pass. They turned off the rides two hours early so in reality we only got an hour. They insisted we buy a pass for the adults even though we didn't go on any rides. The toddler ride was not working the entire time and the AC in the laser tag room was off. My kids were kicked off the climbing structure even though the place was still open for another hour. Although we appreciate that they tried to make up somewhat by giving us a laser tag game and a lot of extra prizes, we were disappointed at the lack of honesty and making us pay way more than we should have. This place has potential and otherwise prices are ok, but the dishonesty and unwelcoming feeling tuned us off. We will probably not be coming back again.

It was empty. There was no one there. We thought it was closed. $22 for a bracelet to go on the rides. There was the Himalaya, a one that was like the flying swings but more of a bench, bumper cars but the area is so small it's not much of a struggle to hit anyone, laser tag and a jungle gym maze for kids. There's a batting cage which you have to pay for separately. $90 for an hour and $45 for 30 minutes. They have a room in the back for parties. There's some arcade games around. Quite a few of them were broken though and a bee game took the credits but we couldn't play it so we had to ask them to give us back the credits. It's great for small kids but mine were a bit big for this place. I put $20 on a card and we were able to play almost everything so that was nice but Iplay in Jersey was so much better and bigger and had so much more to do.

I brought my son to celebrate his birthday here today and it was HORRIBLE!!! Not only were the staff EXTREMELY rude and completely UNHELPFUL the place was dirty! The $80 bill for pizza and soda would of been fine if the soda was not Flat and had a fly inside of it. None of the staff members were willing to help or at least grab plates and napkins for the kids. I will never come back here! I Don’t SUGGEST BRINGING YOUR KID HERE TO CELEBRATE His or Her birthday. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PLACE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED !!!! My 2 year old fell on the floor where there was water spilled and 2 staff memebera just watched and didn’t even ask if my son was okay and he was crying badly. I can’t believe how TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, and RUDE THIS PLACE IS NEVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND A DIME IN THIS PLACE!!!

Review of the batting cages: These cages would be great if they were fairly priced. The cost is $3 for 12 pitches, but the cost at the staten island outdoor facility is $2.50 for 18 pitches. Fun station is more than double the price. These prices probably explain the empty cages and the loud clang when the coins ( all three of them) fall into the empty coin box on the machine. The only reason I went while knowing it's over priced, was that the outdoor place is closed. I'm going to try NJ or somewhere else. It's a shame because the space dedicated to this facility should be able to generate plenty of income if managed properly. With the above noted, I'll also add that the machines jammed frequently, and they are not too accurate. Distance from machine to plate also is short.

They tried to steal us by charging me 92$ and I look at my bank account and see it’s 96$ but I went to go up to confront her she made up a whole tantrum and got mad I told her it’s not about the money it’s that what she did was wrong and against the law I explained what she did she said got mad and said I’m harassing her I tried saying it I’m the nicest way possible. Please don’t come her and l if I decided to use your card please don’t they will take a few dollars without u know . I had a great time at Fun Station USA. I think it is well worth the price, which can add up if you want to do everything, but they need to keep the lights on and they aren't a big corp like Chuck E Cheese - so you can imagine they are doing the best they can. You are supporting a family-owned business when you come here, so your money is technically spent propping up the community. Plus, they have EVERYTHING -- a soft jungle gym, laser tag, rides, batting cages, arcade games, and bumper cars. You can't beat an old school joint like this one. Reminds me of FUN TIME USA, where I used to go in Brooklyn as a kid, only a bit smaller.

Never too crowded. Friendly staff. Only thing I dislike is that it's expensive, each game is worth different amounts 2-20credits; unlike chuck e cheese everything is 1 credit. They have decent parking in a store plaza. They open late on weekends at 12pm, which sucks for us because my kids are early birds. The maze has got to go, it's so old, dirty and run down. The rides are amazing my kids love them! They have decent deal bundles to rides & maze $20-40; food and games are separate, no longer using coins but play cards. The pizza from next door is good and they are also friendly staff, love that! Thank you.

If you are looking for an all in one summer camp…Fun Station Day Camp- this is the place to be! My daughter is 10 years old and absolutely loves it. This will be our fourth year returning to Fun Station Day Camp. We have had bad experiences in the past but we cannot say enough about how much we love this camp! The amazing staff… always keeping us in the loop about what us going on. Excellent communication and fun daily trips!! Everything is clean and events are well organized. My daughter looks forward to camp everyday! A+ experience.. don’t miss out! I highly recommend Fun Station Day Camp!!

Decided to throw my sons 6th birthday bash today Dec. 28th, 2015. I was completely satisfied and extremely happy with the service and the staff. My son and all his friends had a blast and our two hostess were great. It was very organized and the kids went together from station to station and kids were kept together at all times. I had ages ranging from 3 to 13 and every single kid walked out of there saying it was an awesome party so with that said if kids are happy so are we!! Definitely will be going back again!!! Thank you Fun Station for a great experience! My son is still smiling.

Had a blast with all my kids. We have great memories with all the games, lazer tag, rides, bumper cars! This is really a great and friendly place to take your family! The birthday deal is great check them out! Little about my two times here. Me and my youngest two came here when we lived in the Bronx in a shelter at the time, was our first time going. To get away we came here. I didn't have much at the time. had a great memory This time I was able to have all four of my kids and spend money. Love this place go to place for me and kids here on Staten island.

This place was a decent value to play Games and ride the rides. But and this is a big but.... it smells like old pee. Once you get over the smell you can allow your child to have fun. Another issue i had was the redemption of tickets. Any other place 200 tickets can get you at least 3 small toys (pencil, small friendship bracelet, army men, stamp, small ball or misc candy etc.) This place my child could only get 1 gummy candy. That was annoying. My son loved the maze, bumper cars & the 3 rides. The games were mediocre and cheap with tickets.

Best part about this place is that it doesn't cost to enter. You only pay for what you use. I also liked that they have such a great variety of fun stuff to do. Every age and every type can find something fun to do there. Also the place is nice, clean and not packed. Customer service is amazing. I had a issue with one machine that stopped giving tickets, the guy didn't get irritated he gladly came to help and gave my kid some bonus tickets. I will definitely come back and recommend this place for my friends and family.

My 26 year old daughter with autism loves this place. She gets her "fix" of rides in a safe environment. Being indoors we can go in any weather. $25 for a ride bracelet and some game tokens. Rides are small enough for young kids but big enough for adults. She does the 3 rides, bumper cars and mini bowling. There is also a climbing zone/ball pit, Lazer tag, batting cages and arcade games. I see tons of kids at birthday parties while I'm there and they really seem to enjoy it. (So do their parents)

Great place for few hours long fun with your kids. Wide variety of attractions and mini-game machines. Two hour ticket price seems little too high as you have to purchase tokens for almost everything except attractions separately. Very short time given for the games so unless you have million tokens in your pocket you won't be able to do anything. The maze attraction where kids can jump and run around requires socks to enter, which they don't sell here. Make sure to bring pair for your child.

My child attended a party here. The girl giving bracelets wasn’t around we had to find her. Secondly the bowling game didn’t work, rides and place is dirty, not allowed to go up in the bouncy with child. Extremely hot in the laser tag area good for festering Covid. When it came time for pizza and soda the girl was so slow and the SODA was more like syrup and sugar horrible worst thing I ever tasted in my life. Dirty, unprofessional rundown place. I wouldn’t recommend or go ever again.

Super cute place for younger kids I would say 3-10yo. They have rides, a large play area, batting cages and tons of games. I love the games still use the old school ticket way so you cash your paper tickets in for prizes. You do have to purchase tokens but just like any other place. You can have bday parties here but there's no food for sale here. They do have a pizza place in the same shopping center so that is convenient. I will say parking is a pain in the a** so have patience.

Took my kids Sunday and had a great time! Prices are great even though the maze was understandably closed due to covid. They took proper measures to ensure the safety of the children and did temperature check at the door and had hand sanitizer and masks available. I would have given it 5 stars but the Male cashier was very rude to me, other customers and children. Female cashier was very nice as well as the rest of the staff. Will definitely be returning!

Best camp! I was skeptical at first but i was surprisingly impressed. The director runs this camp efficiently. He is organized, consistent, experienced in working with children (he's a teacher) and excellent with communication with the campers, the staff and parents. It is a relief that the children are safe and involved in activities that keep them engaged! Did i mention that there is bus service too? Love it! Definitely will return!

I wanna love this place but from entrance walking not even halfway towards the bathroom already urine stinks and the maze jungle gym is kinda dark like I don’t understand. Love the rides wish the bump cars has more room to drive around :( I’ll have to rethink to go there if I can take the smell of the bathroom that day ugh Staffs are pretty nice so that’s a plus My kid had a great time so that’s what matters

My biggest issue with this place is the lack of air conditioning. I'm surprised no other reviewer mentioned it. I also think the arcades aren't worth it at all. It has the feeling of a public park while being a private establishment. Just feels dingy. I'm never coming back. I was very uncomfortable inside this business. It was disappointing to me giving them so much money and having to put up with zero air conditioning in July.

We just had our daughters 8th BD party here last weekend. It was awesome. All the kids had an amazing time! The rides, the laser tag and all the games were so much fun. They handled everything perfectly and smoothly. The food we ordered through them was delicious and so was the cake they supply from Kiddie Cakes. Everyone working the party (Lexi) was amazing and personable. We highly recommended having your child's party here.

So it's a great place to go however never go during a holiday vacation, weather Jewish or legal.. We waited for an hour and 40 minutes to get in! Once inside it was so packed the lines for rides were 10 minutes each ride. However my kids loved it (be prepared to spend.... I bought $21 tickets per person for 2 hours for rides plus they give 10 tokens per person. Then I spent an additional $20 for 100 more tokens....

Yes, I being my 2 kids there all the time, but last week. As my son was using using the batting cages, One of the “Wrestlers” scared my son making him cry… I don’t recommend this as a place for children as Wild Grown Men with Purple colored hair are screaming at kids… My son was told to leave the batting cages for these Wrestlers to walk through! I will be further filing an injunction against Fun Station & Staff

If you are planning to go there to use the batting cages, don’t bother. When I recently took my team there, only two cages were available and they both constantly broke down (7x in under an hour) making it impossible for the kids to get in any kind of rhythm. Finally, I asked worker if the kids could get a partial refund since they were wasting their time and, not unexpectedly, the answer was “no”.

Had a birthday party here a month ago, and I loved it everyone was so helpful and so worth it. I booked the vip package and it was amazing. The kids and parents had a great time. Food was amazing and so worth it. I definitely recommend booking your children’s birthday party here. Came in 2 weeks after and my kids want to come every single weekend. Staff was great and prices are very reasonable.

Was here for the first time with the family, kids had a great time there as there's a lot to do, bumping cars, rides, laser tag and lots and lots of different types of fun arcades. Staff was pretty cool, I'd say best time to go though is either early in the day or later when people start to leave, mid day (especially when it's rainy outside) this place gets really packed, too many people today.

The bathrooms were very dirty, napkins everywhere. Garbage overflowing. The place wasn't busy at all, And the service wasn't great. I brought my son and his cousins here to celebrate his birthday and it wasn't worth it. They were not allowed to go on the ride unless other people went on it too. How could that be when we were the only ones there? I would never come back here and spend a dollar.

This place is good for kids 5 year old and up. Has many indoor activities like rides, bumper cards and arcades. It was reasonable to pay the rate that includes both things. My suggestion to the manager is to include better prizes in the exchange area; the ones they have for the amount of tickets obtain from the arcades are cheaper and the kids dislike it due to multiple tickets required.

Place needs an update, not all arcades work, no ride attendants , everything is dark and they don’t offer food inside you have to order an entire pie from place next store. It’s out dated, I think they would get a ton more business if they started revamping it up a little , place has been there forever , would. Be nice to take my little ones someplace on island instead of traveling off

Staff use foul language Totally non accommodating, it’s like their doing you a favor, when you’re the one paying. I witnessed a child waiting 45 minutes to enter the batting cages, he entered and ready to start and the owner kicked him out because the time of his period was up. I felt terrible for that kid. Suggestion to owner don’t go into children business if you can’t be nice.

Awful service. Most of the arcade games were broken. When we requested help they kept on putting us off. We kept on losing tokens. Some of the machines ran out of tickets and weren't replaced right away. One of the ride attendants was eating cheese curls, licked all his fingers then preceded to buckle and unbuckle the children getting on and off the rides. Total turnoff

The lady on the phone is awesome. All of the workers really are. They need to do better with letting the customers know the hidden fees. They advertise 1 price but once they billed me it was almost $200 extra that they just charged my card and said nothing until I called asking what’s going on. Never again. Also the place is not even that enthusing to cost that much!!

I love the staff. I love going here with my daughter and husband. I would give five stars because I love it here, but all of the games were broken. Like almost every single one. They did reimburse any tokens that the machines ate, but I would much rather have played the games. Great for parties and basketball. It's really fun when all the games are working.

Although the advertised rates seemed to be a good deal, when we showed up, we were informed that everyone has to pay, including the parents/ children that aren't planning to go on any rides or play any games. This was NOT written anywhere in the ad and was very misleading. Please be aware BEFORE you head out that you will need to pay for EVERYONE.

The pictures are a lie.. looks nice but it's really not. I mean it wasn't a lot of people but it's very run down and dingy. People were ok but they didnt seem interested or cared. They looked more bored than anyone else like.. "why am i here?". Definitely don't recommend this place. There is also no air conditioning in this place.

Went a few weeks ago wasn’t crowded my son and I had fun . You can bring food or drinks there’s is a place to eat next door pizza place and Chinese Mexican across the street arcade games were working everything was clean hand sanitizers all over & the staff was amazing we will be back this is our new go to place during quarantine

This place is certainly amazing! Every time I come here, I love all the rides and I have so much fun! The staff are okay and I wouldn't say the place is nasty or very dirty. The only thing that I don't enjoy is that there isn't staff at every ride and that is a bit annoying. After all, i really enjoy my time when I go here!

This is the stingiest place I've ever been to. No AC. OVERPRICED - staff is LAZY - bathrooms were DISGUSTING - no one operating the rides, had to go FIND an employee so my kids could go for a ride - the entire building needs to be cleaned and updated. 5000 arcade tokens gets you a candy or eraser. I won't be returning.

More then 60% of the video games do not work. At one point when a game was broken, it was fixed the next day. My son likes a game called Dump Truck and it has been broken for over 2 months. This place went from 5 stars down to 2 and I will not be returning here anytime soon, let alone have my son's birthday party here.

Took my son to Funstation Saturday and he had a blast, I purchased the 2 hour unlimited ride special and it was worth it! They have over 6 rides to choose from and over 100 games to play. After his wristband was over we played a game of laser tag and did a couple rounds of the batting cages. Definitely coming back!!

The maze is a good size and a good amount of options of rides for kids. Barely a wait to get on the rides and the length of the ride is good. They should clean the rides after every time customers get off. The staff is friendly. It's a good place to go to enjoy some time with the kids especially if it is raining.

Funstation shouldn’t be more clean his kids there they get in there and The bathroom a dirty they have no hand sanitizer for kids to clean their hands the party room is very smelly workers is very mean I don’t think I will take my kids anymore that’s it no more should give you stars because you don’t deserve it

They need to upgrade the games. As a kid it was amazing, but taking my kids everything is the same. Literally. I'm 28 the machines broke down and ate coins the whole time we were there. Laser tag was still awesome. Over all my kids had fun so no complaints from them, they actually are begging to go back.

Do yourself a favor and never go there. Boring. So dirty abundant. They don’t have attendants at the rides. You have to go and ask at the front desk every ride you want. There was no other people there for a reason. We left before our time was over because of nothing else to do! Waste of money and time.

A lot of the games didn't work and the prizes are VERY expensive. They also don't count the tickets they with them which I've always found to be a lot less accurate. Either way they were very nice and have us the tokens back that didn't work in the machines, which is why they're still getting 4 stars.

The place has not been updated since I had my daughters 1st birthday seven years ago. And even then it needed an update. Party rooms are nice and sizable. Trains hasn't worked in years. Arcade games often take your money but staff will give it back. Laser tag was cool. All-in-all the kids enjoyed it.

I came here as a teenager & this is a kids place but i looooove Laser Tagging & the Laser Tagging upstairs was fun. My advice DO NOT wear white shirts in Laser Tagging or get spotted very easily. This place Laser Tag is like a maze with plenty of places 2 hide & i really enjoyed it

The rides are beat up pretty badly. Some have taped up seats and some are just in-operable. A lot of the games were out of order as well. However it served the purpose and I was able to burn some of my kids energy up. I wouldn't come here expecting much but in a pinch it'll work.

This place was great! The games and rides were so much fun and the people working there were so nice! It was clean and spacious. My son had the chicken fingers and fries and they were really good. Definitely will go back soon and play laser tag next time. Decent prices too!

Love the batting cages and the entertainment. They have a basketball court(to rent out) and 4 batting cages for pay per use or to rent out. They also have an assortment of games and rides. I gave a 4/5 due to the look of the place. It's very out of date and run down.

Great place for kids. There is a jungle gym, bumping cars, and 3 other kiddies rides. 2 hour band is $25. Buy one and get second for half price. Laser tag, batting cages and arcade games are extra. Was lots of fun! The whole family really enjoyed this place.

Very nice place for the kids and adults could have a great time also. Plenty to do and a fun time for all. Had my nieces Birthday Party there. It was a very well done. Great service, great fun, and a great package. Rides for the kids. and really nice games.

Fun experience for my 3 year old rides are for all ages. Needs to have a major deep cleaning though the maze has lots of chip bags and spilt juice its closed off so the kids can't get in but it should be cleaned up thats how mice and bugs start creeping in.

I always liked Fun Station as a kid but I'm giving it 5 stars because of the staff tonight (2/26/22). They're so incredibly friendly and accommodating! I am impressed by them as people and as employees. Hats off to you staff members and thank you.

It's dark and filthy. More than half the games are broken in some way. There are a million children running around everywhere with seemingly NO supervision. The prizes have gotten smaller and cheaper. The is a very large staff of teenagers

We had our son's 5th birthday party here and it was a great experience all around. The staff is friendly and the management team is very accommodating. The games are a bit dated but kids still have a great time. We will visit again.

Fun station is clean well organized. They have great staff. My son loves going there and playing all the games and going on the rides. The camp in the summer time the best. They care about your children. It's a safe place for them.

This is my son top favorite places. My son has autism and it’s a nice place that never to over crowded that he can have fun peacefully. Not to mention the staff is always helpful and kind which make the experience that much better

Walked in and walked out. We went at 9pm. They wanted us to pay $15.95 plus tax just for being in the area! We wanted to play a few arcade games but I'm not going to play $70 for that. Such s dingy place and so freedy. Yuck.

Definitely would not go to this place again. Drinks are overpriced and expired. A game of air hockey costs $2.50 which is ridiculous! The rides are disgusting. It is insanely hot in there aswell.

It was nice an empty we basically had the whole inside to ourselves. And its clean, my kids enjoyed it plus the fact since it was empty they got to try out everything that was open.

It’s a great arcade and and a few rides for children. It seems small from the outside but is decent sized. Staff was mostly friendly, a little expensive and dirty.

My daughter goes to camp here. Speak to Chris who runs it. Prices are reasonable for what you get. My 12 yr old has enjoyed it the past two seasons.

My kids have gone to the day camp for the past 2 summers and they have a blast. The day trips are amazing and the staff is the best!

Fun place to spend time with your children although I wish the VIP room for birthday parties was more cozy. The staff is nice.

The games were fun and everything was easily accessible. Definitely recommend if you want to spend time there with the kids .

Horrible Experience!!! Place is Extremely old and the Attitude is even worse! Not coming back ever again here.

Came for a wrestling match. The place needs more bathrooms. It can also use a bar.

Staff don’t want to do anything , many games don’t work.. staff is so bad
