Been there yesterday for my queen mom birthday party. We ate on the roof and personally I have to say the service could improve a lot they takes ages to bring the things we ordered. Firstly me and my queen we ordered some snacks and asked if fish fingers is available and waiter told yes but will takes 30min...that's sad you want something and they tell you this thing which could improve that. We ending ordering samosas which took us 15min to get them and 2 tusker ciders...we thought if they were making the ciders lol. The samosa was ok about flavor and meat seemed ok but the weren't crispy at all which should be. Then we ordered nyama mbuzi Choma which wasn't Choma was fry and dry and no too juicy at all which I didn't like it too much. Then chicken fried with tomatoes sauce and that was nice and tasty. We also ordered some sauté potatoes was really tasty and well done. Also some masala chips they were too spicy but good tasty in general. Then ugali that was cold and chapatis that was dry and no too well cooked we ordered the lunch took 1h 20min and then also flies comes over which could improve that because is quite annoying. The hygiene of the fork and quality was poor my hands was more clean to eat. Then we ordered ice which we thought they went to the hills for them ...took 2h to come the ice..apart of this the garden is nice and was feeling ok there with good view from the roof. Finally we could enjoy our cake mom birthday. My thoughts they can improve about hygiene and services and then the place would be nice and no lies when there is not Choma BBQ and serving fried meat instead. Would good then !

Funcity is one of the best open entertainment centers for family fun in utawala which is our neighbouring town. my family and I usually visit here frequently since the place is near, for those who lives in surroundings of utawala ,ruai ,embakasi , mihang'o n chokka. Their prices of Rides are affordable for everyone and you can try some delicious snacks here too and for kids as well. Along with the swimming pool, merry-go-round and because of its open area this place is more fun for the kids. This place is totally ♿ Accessible for people with different abilities with its accessible Washrooms and Ramps at the entrance. Although the parking lot sometimes becomes congested due to the crowd of guests, especially during festival season. It's indeed a fun city of Utawala Lunar pack, on the opposite side, is also amazing, where you take your kids for gaming, car and motorbikes rides, all you need is a card, for 100 bob, and a top-up of which ever amount you want the rest is fun fun fun. and on top floor bouncing Cassel and choma zone, the prices are pocket. And a safe place for kids, even though the inside arena is not accessible ♿ friendly, I highly recommended.

The Good 1. Chicken dry-fry is finger-licking good. Loved it 2. Service is unbelievably excellent - thumbs up to the staff. 3. The swimming pool is good - clean, well manned and fun The Bad 1. Nyama choma - please ask a customer first if they would like their choma marinated or not. Reduce the salt, too 2. The music choice is good but INSANELY LOUD. Makes conversation impossible, especially in the outdoor spaces. Use the volume controls. Pleeeease. The UGLY The games arcade has a good variety of activities, though the allocated time per game is not short. - IT is BRIEF (Sh. 300 for most of the games, lasting a blinking 2 minutes). That is harmful to wallets and future possibilities of returning to the games facilities. It is a good place to go have wholesome fun, creatively put together. Just carry enough in your wallet if you have kids. I will try to visit again

The place is nice ,very good for kids and even adults ,very economical and one is guaranteed to have a good time at the place .The service is the best ,for a young child who is not old enough to enjoy slides one is give a free testing to see if the child will enjoy and that is the best service I have seen .The place has activities like swimming and games and also space to chill and hotels that servers food of every kind .The position of fun city makes the place very accessible to the public .when one visits the place be sure to have a good time .as we say we are here for a good time and not for a long time .I would highly recommend the place

What a lovely place it is, I came during a time of the week when it was not that busy, and from my understanding, it is usually packed on weekends. It was actually my third time here (says a lot about the place), I tagged along my friend this time, and I loved the growth and expansion of the place. We begun at the Restaurant then the Utopia lounge, where I enjoyed the customer service. Then decided to have some fun at the Fun Park, well, there's definitely some thrill, be ready for some adrenaline rush. If you do not get scared on the first round, ask the management for some refund, lol.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I went there with my two daughters accompanying me and at first it was alright until the game arcade. The workers were so pushy!! My daughter was winning a ball at the claw machine then a worker purposely made her fail. They won't even let us pick our own game.. Then we went to eat as my daughter was eating she found a cockroach in her food. The waiters couldn't even give us some sauce and it literally took them 20 minutes to bring our beverages. I called the manager and he only apologized. Worst expirience ever..

Good swimming pools, good security, the food is good and on point. The best place to be especially with the kids, there is a good place for kids and adults. The main challenge is for wheelchair ♿ since it's not accessible. One of the most courteous supervisor is Maria, during my stay at Funcity garden with the kids she proved to be the best at her work.

Lovely place to be at. Small enough to do lots of activities without feeling overwhelmingly lost. The full day charges of $10 (Kshbe1000) was well priced to allow kids enjoy most activities. Only downside is that at the time I visited in March 2019, most of the machines at the indoor place were not working. I would certainly visit again.

A one stop fun activity site for the whole family. Kids playing area, swimming, food and Berber shop. A 7D gaming and movie lounge and bar for the grown folks. A car park lot but you pack at your own risk. The food is delicious but above average in price. The drinks are also quite expensive in the lounge.

Horrible horrible experience. No one is available to serve you despite requesting for more than an hour, yet i had small kids. I literally had to serve myself food and drinks from the counter to the table. Perhaps ensure your staff is not overwhelmed by outsourcing for more so that customers are happy.

I was a bit disappointed with the play area in 2nd floor. You have to pay 150shs for every game and you just get to play for 5 minutes or less per game. A bit costly for my liking. In less than 20mins, i had already spent 700shs. Go with enough money if you want to get the most out of a game.

A great place for kids to play...quite many games to choose from..but normally very full...waaaay to many people..no any form of order from management.. no security..less parking...but not sure if it's only on holidays but I didn't like that about the place.

Great spot with a dedicated indoor and outdoor kids section with all manner of bouncing castles and slides and games. A pub and restaurant right next where one can enjoy a beverage while watching the kids. A performing live band can be a bit loud though.

Great amusement park for the kids and whole family. Rides for both adults and kids. A big swimming pool and a kid's swimming pool too. They have alot of fun indoor games, bouncing castles,go carts,7D cinema, trampolines. Also the food is really yummy!

Poor customer service, horrible food,undercooked ugali,attitudious waitress you guys should also have ready food aki it took 40 min for chips to get ready and y'all should work on your food it had a foul taste and it wasn't the best of it

The place is nice but the music is extremely loud and is not suitable for kids. The music is all the music one hears on the radio, it's not censored for kids and is very loud. Otherwise it's an ideal kids Funcity.

Visited them for the first time. Great activities for children, however kinda pricey. 5 mins activities 250 bob! Place quite congested due to high demand for the services in the area. Parking at your own watch.

Lots of fun here, the Funcity meals are awesome, pocket friendly. We arrived at 11am and by 6pm, my kids didn't want to leave as fun were real. Congratulations to the owners of this wonderful facilities.

Nice place to go with the kids. You can try out the different swings that they've got. For adults there is a pub with a pool table. The food in the restaurant is good and affordable.

Well it's a good spot that's perhaps poorly managed, the parking is the best and the general aesthetics aren't very good especially for the charges...
