"Took my kids to spend a fun time at fun haven over the weekend but it turned into a nightmare"
"My kids and I adored it, but I gotta tell you, if you want to have fun for a little bit and worth the time, for 3 person it will cost you a minimum of $75 (depending what you do it can last you no more then 1 hour, if you go in jungle gym it's, climbing, roller coster, bumper card it's 35 credits each activity on a card of 110 credits for $25, arcades are between 4 to 10 credits), they should bring prices down a bit! As for the prices at the end, a trip to dollar store would be better"
"I recently had an amazing time at Funhaven and I must say, it was absolutely worth the money spent! This place is a paradise for entertainment enthusiasts of all ages"
"Definitely a great place to have fun over all"
"I went there this weekend with my family and I had a horrible experience"
Took my kids to spend a fun time at fun haven over the weekend but it turned into a nightmare. They got stuck upside down in this play screaming and crying with no help. None of the staff was well trained to take action in those cases of emergency, the technician in charge didn’t have any clue about what should be done. Imagine the poor kids were hanging there until someone called 911 and set the kids safely free. Fun Haven should be closed immediately for re-assessing all their machines, the safety of our kids are out of question and should be taken seriously, their machines should meets the highest standards of safety or else they shouldn’t keep opening with such poor service. I have a full 15 minutes with the kids upside down but google will not allow more than 30 seconds upload.. No one of the management even took out number to call and check on the kids after the incident The girl in the game said to the operator that her headset is loose before the game started but he simply ignored her and started the game. I loaded my card with 250$ and end up the worst experience.. one of the workers said to me when I was checking the balance on my cards that the cards are being charged with every swipe even it says clearly swipe the card to check your balance.. why the balance check should be done on one of the three kiosks if it says clearly on each game “swipe your card to check the balance “ this is another way of scam to take your money.. The owner replied towards one review regarding the accident that it took less than 2 minutes to get the kids down and that the management called 911 but This is a misleading reply, I’m the dad of two of the kids who were stuck there and we had to wait until the fire department arrived, the stuff there was moving around helplessly until one of the parents called the 911 He said also that there was need for 911 and in another reply he said that they call 911 They are trying to give excuses but not to admit the poor service and lack of staff training I have the video proof of my claim and I will escalate that to higher level till the rude staff get appropriate training and the games get well maintained .. our kids safely should be out of questions
My kids and I adored it, but I gotta tell you, if you want to have fun for a little bit and worth the time, for 3 person it will cost you a minimum of $75 (depending what you do it can last you no more then 1 hour, if you go in jungle gym it's, climbing, roller coster, bumper card it's 35 credits each activity on a card of 110 credits for $25, arcades are between 4 to 10 credits), they should bring prices down a bit! As for the prices at the end, a trip to dollar store would be better... the cheapest is 10 & 15 coupons and they are those hard candy with a disgusting taste, and the rest that you can afford are very cheap too and the guy who serves you has no smile or manners to work with customers, as if he doesn't want to be their. Beside that, very well maintained, clean and lots of fun! If prices were lower I would bring my kids more often, once a year is enough, since with food it cost us over a $100 for not long! Oh and parking sucks, not enough spots! Love the fact that they have those retro games like pac-man (joysticks doesn't go well and don't turn when you want to), froggers, space armada is ok, but not like the original, the older bowling game is still soooo much fun, just like at the fair, the dance revolution game is fun, but I kept missing because music is not loud enough and I also find that the timing of the machine is off and not a lot of good songs, perhaps an upgrade is needed!
I recently had an amazing time at Funhaven and I must say, it was absolutely worth the money spent! This place is a paradise for entertainment enthusiasts of all ages. From toddlers to adults, there's something exciting for everyone. Funhaven boasts a wide array of activities and games tailored to suit each age group. Whether you're a kid, a teenager, or an adult, you'll find something that captures your interest. The variety of games and attractions ensure that there's never a dull moment. What impressed me the most was the thoughtful layout and design of the place. It's evident that the management has put a lot of effort into creating an environment that is not only fun but also safe. The staff members were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. The admission fee was absolutely justified given the sheer number of activities available. I felt like I got great value for my money. I left Funhaven with a smile on my face, and I can't wait to go back for another round of fun and excitement. If you're looking for a place to have a blast with your friends and family, Funhaven is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a fun-filled day out!

Definitely a great place to have fun over all. There are many different arcade games for different tastes and ages and different activities as advertized on their website. The only thing not available was the 10-minute Escape Rooms ehich we had hoped to try. If you plan on going with younger lids, there are not many arcade games for younger children under 5. There is however a small indoor playground which my 4-year-old enjoyed quite a bit. It costs 35 credits (approx. 10$) but it gives you re-entry privileges so you can go in, then play some arcades, then go back. The most disappointing attraction was the Crazy 8. It can be fun for older children perhaps, but it costs 35 credits per person (no half credits discount even on Tuesdays), which means it cost approximately 20$ for my son and husband for a ride that lasted 2 minutes and was fairly boring in the end. Also, be careful regarding promotions details as we asked different employees and they did not all give the same information, so watch out for that. The playground and bathrooms were clean, and there was hand sanitizer available.
I went there this weekend with my family and I had a horrible experience. This was not my first time here but I think they may have had a management change or something. My brother wanted to ride the roller coaster so I asked one of the operators if he could see how much was left in our points card. He SNATCHED it from my hand. We needed more so I refilled it. Went back, tried to get him in with more than 100 points in the card. He didn’t knowledge my presence and just shook his head no when I asked if my brother could ride. So, he ended up going on the bumper cards instead. I spoke with a very nice girl at the front desk. She was kind enough to bring this up with the guy. The guy said that we were trying to get on the ride for free, a complete lie. We are a visible religious and ethnic minority. I have no idea if the guy was being racist or simply just rude. That put a damper on our whole day. Not going back if this is the kind of people they hire.
I’ve been to fun haven a few times but it was my first time reloading credits on the kiosk machine. As I chose to refill my card with the $30 option, I put my $100 bill in and I did not receive any change back so it instead gave my card $100 worth of credits. I was told by front desk that it says no change back. Which I didn’t realize but maybe don’t accept other bills that are more than the $30? Especially if you chose the selected money amount it should spit the money back out. The front desk also mentioned that they have a lot of fights about this issue, my advice would be to take the kiosk away? So ridiculous.

It was a clean place and there was a large area for getting food and sitting to eat. There were massage chairs to relax in. There's an indoor roller coaster, bumper cars, virtual reality games, and a good variety of games. The machines were not all working, I think we saw 4 out of order. They had a great deal on when we were there so we saved a lot on the games. There's definitely something for everyone there. But the card and ticket system wasn't working on some games, so we lost almost 200 swiping our card but not getting to play.

Definitely puts the “fun” in funhaven. I went on the half off day, which was great and gave you some good bang for your buck. Laser tag was super fun, we got started quickly and without a hitch thanks to the wonderful employees. The arcade was packed, luckily every machine but the guitar hero cabinet was open. Didn’t try the food, but the appearance of a fully stocked bar with bottles of Jack and Malibu was a little jarring next to the kids roller coaster. If drinking at a kids birthday party is your thing, go to town.

I took my son today for the first time! We got lucky as I didn't know Tuesdays after 5pm was half price! We showed up at 4 the lady at the front was kind enough to give my son a jungle gym pass so he was able to play there until 5. With the half price we were able to try the bigger attractions. Bumper cars was fun! The roller coaster was great! The Lazer tag set up is pretty Awesome. We will definitely be back on a Tuesday night. I was disappointed by how many tickets you need for prizes tho. We tried the poutine and deep fried pickles! They were both fresh and delicious! Oh and the ice cream!
This place has definitely seen better days. While there are some great gaming choices it is overshadowed by the fact that there are so many that are out of order. Each time I come there are more out of order games than the time before. Some games are only half working, while others are missing parts. Out of order isn't usually a problem but do the work to get them fixed - don't leave them out of order for weeks and months at a time. This place needs to rejuvenate or eventually there will be a competitor that will blow this place out of the water.
Its a nice arcade that has rides as well and loads VR game selections and also a ball pit for younger kids. Definitely enjoyable even though it can get pretty busy. I took of 1 star because during my visit i observed many customers standing around looking for employees for info/purchasing tickets. Employees were mostly not present at the booths for help. Many times i found myself going back and forth looking for the. Definitely need more employees

My son and I took the 2 grand kids here for a treat and to burn off some energy. A really nice spot. Lots of amusement like a small rollercoaster, kids playground area, bumper cars, laser tag, interactive Zombie shoot as well as a snack area. Great place to visit but 3 issues- not all games were working and what were working had short play time and that leads to the third issue- expensive- you can burn thru money really fast...

Good variety of games and activities for everyone. The exchange rate of $ to points and the tickets redemption values are really bad however. Even on half-off days and with the maximum reload value, you really have to be aware that 100$ doesn't buy the family all that much time if you're interested in ticket games. All you can play days are the way to go if you don't mind not getting tickets.

Funhaven is a great place to spend time at. It has a lovely atmosphere and offers plenty of fun activities. However, parking can be quite difficult during peak hours. To improve the experience even further, I would suggest that Funhaven offers more games and arcades. Sometimes, there are long waiting lines for popular games that only have one machine available.

Been here a few times. Went with our two toddlers on a Wednesday night which was perfect. They have an unlimited play deal which works out really well specially with toddlers who think swiping the card is more fun than the games. Also fun for the adults since the kids are easily distracted so you can also play games.

Super fun outing. There are arcade games with virtual ticket wins ...they do not have physically tickets anymore, bumper cars, racing games, small roller coaster, laser tag,a jungle gym etc. There is a booth to redeem your ticket wins.Super fun times for the whole family. Prices were reasonable Tuesdays after 5 enjoy all u can play for 25$!! Also check out their daily specials. Will definitely visit again
Regular attendee here with my son for many years and can definitely say they have stepped up a lot of the games and it seems they have also adjusted some of the games prices to be a little more reasonable on the pocket. We were certainly happy to see the mini virtual bowling lane game added and some other cool new to us games as well. Happy to see them updating and adding more games! Keep it up! 4/5
My daughter went to a birthday party there. My daughter enjoyed the games. The only problem was a lot of times the games wouldn't award the tickets you had won and there was no one around that could help with the issue. The indoor climber was small, my daughter went down the side twice and was bored (and it cost 35 credits to enter). More
My coworkers and I have been here a lot after work. Tonight, my friend and I came later in the night. Mike helped us so much! Very positive attitude and had a great sense of humour, we had a great experience. Thanks for all your help.

Crowded on a long weekend, limited food options, but the place has a lot of options for games and other activities. To get your car loaded with credits,it would take a while. Good fun and enjoyable place. Not so expensive, well organized.

Laser tag is top-notch! 2 levels and plenty of hiding spots. Lots of arcades and a small bar if you get thirsty or want to grab a bite. I hope to try your escape room next time. There is also plenty of free parking.

Pretty fun for kids - lots of activities, points get spent fast though so it’s kind of expensive . Staff was very nice especially the guy with curly hair and glasses. Overall would go again. Can get very busy.

Most games with joysticks are very loose/defective , you have to find the person to activate the ride on or VR games cause they're not at the ride. For the little amount of tokens you can win on any game the prizes are so overpriced.

Fun, but rather expensive for what it is. We would come more often and spend more time there if it wasn't so pricey. The 2 of us blew $30 in 1 hour on the cheapest arcades and activities.

It’s a fun place for children and adults. There’s a lot of arcade games and other activities like lazer tag, miniature roller coaster, bumper cars, a 4D interactive game, and another 4D experience. It’s worth a visit. There isn’t many places like this in the city More
I recently had a trip to Funhaven and had an amazing time with family. Laser tag, dark ride, bike n games, et al are some of the fun games which are worth a try. Good pricing and offers. Fun arcade. Really fun time! Neat and clean...well managed!!
It’s not what it used to be. Honestly there’s too many hazard games that are impossible to wins. Only to get your kids accumulate credits them for very cheap Dollarama stuff at a high credits cost. It’s basically becoming a casino for kids.
Pricing to buy tickets has been the same for a while, which is fantastic. However, the tickets it cost to play each game are getting really expensive. Can spend $100 worth of tokens in about 30 minutes now. They used to have more variety of
Went twice, first time was ridiculously. Spent $50 on games. Won tickets and even a jackpot and got like a kinder surprise as a trade in prize. Only play for like 15-20 mins, cost to play time to prize trade off was absolutely terrible. More
My family and I are new to the city and wanted to look for some last minute fun before back to school. My girls had a blast! The arcade, rock climbing, and jungle gym kept them super busy but the laser tag was definitely the cherry on top.
Always a good time to be had at Funhaven! My son loves when we come here. If you’ll be spending a good chunk of time at Funhaven, the cost can add up pretty quick; sometimes you get what you pay for though. The bumper cars are super fun!
Really enjoyed this place. It has good packages where the kids get to play on the bumper cars and rollercoaster unlimited for a specified period of time. I also like how clean and obviously well taken care of the facility is, all games
It is indeed a fun at funhaven. So many fun games, laser tag, dark ride, bike n car games and what not! Won so many tickets & I would definitely go again to have lots of fun at funhaven ️️ PLAY. EAT. SHARE. …
Half the games were broken . Prices were not bad but the amount u earn from games is not worth the tickets prices. Best thing about it was the dance dance revolution . Would go back to play that game More
Fun arcade. Clean and well managed too. Great pricing and offers. Good location too. Our family enjoyed our visit.

Pretty mediocre. Check in and token refill takes a long time, especially if there is a line. The whole place is rather small with not many arcade games.
