Below Average food. We tried their Deal that included one tarragon Steak, 1 Mighty Zinger, 1 BBQ Wrap and 2 Drinks in 2300 along with the Koyala Chicken handi (1150) and garlic naan. (Approx 600 for 3 Naan most expensive garlic naan in town) 1. Steak was over cooked the taste was below average. Vegetables served with Steak was cooked instead of stir fry. There was no salt in tarragon sauce, completely tasteless sauce. (1/10) 2. Zinger was like any other regular zinger burger taste was just ok. (6/10) 3. 1 BBQ Wrap was below average. Again no salt in sauces. (4/10) 4. Koyala Chicken Handi: Not cooked properly. Excessive Oil was used to cook the Handi. Again the cook forget to add spices in it. Very tasteless. (1/10) 5. Garlic Naan: They said they don’t made it in-house and they will order it from outside. The Garlic naan served to us could be anything but not garlic naan.(-1/10) Ambiance (4/10) Only one Waiter. Food severed after 60 Min. Incomplete Cutlery was served. Not Recommended at all.

Ambiance.. The roof of the cafe was leaking even though it rained about 16-17 hours earlier. I don't know why the hell these cafe's think they can put the volume of music/qawwali through the roof and that will create a good atmosphere. Quality of food: I ordered a karak chai and a doodh Patti. Could not tell the difference when I got the order. Both were same. Reminded me of the tea that I used to drink when I was a kid (90% milk and 10% tea). They served a plastic spoon with a hit beverage.. not small plate with the tea cups. Looks like they are short of crockery. Final thoughts You must have really good company to enjoy a place with loud with tasteless tea. Just enter the place, give them your money, go sit in your car and enjoy a chat with your friends and family

Worst ever place. Zero customer care. We visit cafes for relaxation but Funkariyan is just a garbage for your peace of mind. I recommend everyone to not go there as there are more better options at the town. I went there with my colleagues for having meeting regarding our work. All they said that rooftop is not for everyone , only for families. But as all knows, every cafe has their rooftops open for everyone. After that, manager didn't bother about.

It was nice experience.. went there for tea with family.. sitting arrangement is comfortable but not clean.. Prices are little bit high but the live music compensates it .. overall good experience

Funkariyan indeed got to be one of best restaurant in Lahore offering widest menu, ambience, food, presentation everything admirable. I am just in love with the café theme. Highly recommended place to visit. Best food quality and rich in taste. Above all, the staff is highly trained which is hard to find in newly opened restaurant.
