Absolutely disgusting people working there was directed by family to go check out the store bc they had bought a lot of furniture from there and when I told them how much they paid man starts calling them a liar saying he don’t care what customer says and had a fit arguing for no reason. Other worker same thing that’s no way to treat people especially when we just said how much they paid nothing else needs some serious help and learn to talk to people surprised they even know how to run a place for this long. AVOID AT ALL COST

Omg this place exceeded my expectations especially in a time like this where most of our life has been put on pause I ordered a bedroom from these guys on Monday and by Thursday the order was here and put up quick and efficiently thank you furniture direct I will recommend and come back to you whenever I need something best place ever

This is by far the worst furniture store in the Bronx, we ordered an item about 2 months ago, we were suppose to receive it in two weeks now its more than a month late and have not received it. Please dont waste your money at this store. And customer service is trash. Rather go to another location. 0 stars. Dont recommend.

Don't shop here. They're scammers. They make assurances about deliveries but you have to keep after them and fight tooth and nail just to get your delivery or a refund. I'm nailing them to the wall. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and I won't stop until they're out of business.

HORRIBLE,TERRIBLE ATTENTION O stars They lie,,the customer service is HORRIBLE,,the perfect excuse pandemic tume,,and they always mention God,,the item came broken and they did not want it or return the money,

Bought the pc desk not even 2 weeks, and it's gone. The keyboard tray came off with some small metal ball. May be the owner and sales lady's ball. Check out the pictures too.

Bad customer service. Attitude behaviour rude I got few home stuff but didn’t receive on time and I called police to solve this problem( in short )

Good customer service. The delivery appointment was not kept. Requested after 5pm due to me working they came earlier.
