Worst place ever don’t waste your time I’m not sure if it’s a scam or what! I placed a order in store 1/27/2023 I was told it takes 3 days to ship from the warehouse to the store then I’ll be called to pick a day for delivery . I HAD TO CALL THEM ON 02/07/2023 in order to ask where my order is while also finding out other people never received their order so I requested a refund. I was told I can’t get a refund unless a manager is present which makes no sense since a manager wasn’t needed to swipe my card. I came to the store after being told the manager would be coming in today 02/07/23 to be greeted by disrespectful Ana who also told me to go back to my country in a heavy accent. I proceeded to ask for my refund while they kept claiming the manager needs to give the refund. Daniel was the one who helped me place my order

I ordered a bedroom set, the customer rep in store was ok, and the delivery (albeit a bit of back and forth calling) wasn’t bad and the price was reasonable. However, after the bed set was dropped off and fitted up, i realized that the mattress I paid for wasn’t the same one they sent. The bed was a bit inexpensive but I ordered a nice priced mattress to compensate for my active teen, but they give me a different mattress. I was super disappointed and had no energy or interest left to call and exchanged etc. I just wished that there was honesty and transparency in giving the customer what they paid for. Other than that, things were ok. I don’t think I’d shop or recommend them though. -( sigh. You build a customer base by giving what’s paid for, coupled with excellent service. Furniture direct did not deliver as promised!

Honestly if I could rate this store 0 I would. In my book, customer service is everything. When I first walked in the store, both female and male sales agent looked at me and then turnt the other way not even acknowledging that I’m in the store. No greetings nothing. I literally just moved and need a bed set. I then made it clear that I am interested in the bed set, sales agent then started finally speaking to me but with an attitude like I wasn’t going to buy anything and was wasting his time. I urge everyone to stay away from businesses like this we’re people will spend there hard earned money and not get any respect in return. They need to work on there customer service skills!! I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AND I URGE YOU NOT TO EITHER ( STAY AWAY FROM BUSINESSES THAT DONT SHOW CUSTOMERS ANY RESPECT)

My purchase and delivery experience was horrible, waited over 2 weeks for the sofa then a U shaped sofa was delivered which was too big for my apartment and a couple days later what seems like a used sofa peice was delivered (the second time they came). The sofa has a rip on the side and that one peice (I ordered a L shaped sectional) the 2 seat peice of the sectional which was replaced on the second time and after almost a year of having sinks in more than the original long peice (the peice that never left the apt from the beginning). No one ever aplogized for the mix up, there was no sympathy from the company. I wouldn’t shop from here again as after a year I need a new couch so I wont sink in.

Natalie was such a pleasure to work with!! She’s very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to find what you’re looking for instead letting you roam the store and “consult” yourself like other stores. When my sofa was on backorder, the owner, Yassir & Natalie made all the necessary phone calls to expedite the process as much as possible!I finally have my new couch, it’s comfortable and everyone from family, friends, and even the maintenance man compliments me on how nice it is and how comfortable it looks! (It feels just as amazing) I will definitely be back for new additions to my home!

Very good experience. Customer service was top-notch. I was in the store with my wife for about an hour and a half, and the gentleman that was helping us was very friendly/ professional and patient. Did not try to force us into buying something to make a quick sale. The place is pretty big a huge variety of furniture to choose from. The prices seemed at minimum competitive with others in the market if not cheaper. The owner is very serious about making sure the customers are satisfied with the quality and price of their purchase. Will definitely recommend .

I highly recommend this location for all your furniture needs. If you want some one that knows what he doing and also give good pricing Lenny is the best. He welcomes you in to the store with a nice greeting. I was looking for a bedroom set. Even with a picture that I had, he knew exactly what it was. He got it to me faster and a better price then where I originally saw it. You want quality and image, he can certainly help you. Thanks Lenny you are the best. The couch i order was actually to big to fit into my elevator and both staircases in my building was to narrow however asem made it possible for me to get my couch into my apartment he had a guy take apart my couch in the lobby and rebuild it in my apartment like a magician. It was truly a miracle. I love my new couch and i love how furniture direct worked with me was patient and came up with a solution and made a way to make me a happy customer. I will only be buying my furniture from them my experience today has gain direct furniture a loyal customer

Place looks large on google maps compared to other stores, but it's really small, not any variety on display. Despite the size of the store I went in and no one asked me if I needed aistance the person in charge just stared at me for like 2 seconds and decide to talk to someone else. Worse thing we on Covid-19 alert and no one wearing a mask in the premises or inforcing it. Pretty unsafe and unprofessional. I love furniture direct but this store is the worse. For your safety and business try other ones in Queens or Bronx.

I went with my mother Maria John and we went to this furniture store. Oh wow, this store has such beautiful things. We made a huge purchase of $10,000. The salesman that help us was Lenny. He is great, we highly recommend him.he was a great help. Even after we received our delivery one of the dresser came damaged out from the box and when I called Lenny he told me “don’t worry” he stood by his word and got my dresser exchanged. He is a great and honest salesman. I am truly happy, thanks so much Lenny!

I came with my boss to this furniture direct , and I literally can't complain about anything. Their lighting fixtures are beautiful as well as their furniture. This store is huge so many options. I'd recommend anyone looking for a beautiful chandelier to come here if nothing in the store is to your liking the sales assistant " Mo " will gladly help you find something in they're catalog books. Furniture Direct on Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn was the best! The staff at the store were pleasant and very kind. They helped me search for the perfect bedroom for my daughter, answered all of my question and beat every price offer given to us by their competitors. So I just left bobs Discount furniture and was not satisfied with the price of the mattress. I came to Furniture Direct and saw a great quality mattress I wanted. The price was above a $1000 but I was unwilling to go above $1000; that’s when Mr.Jordan worked his magic and match the price that Bob’s was offering. I am very happy that, not only did I got the mattress I wanted but the price was taken down below $950.

I went to this furniture store, because my brother in law bought his furniture from there. I can only say that I do not regret it at all. Very good family owned business. My friend and I purchased a bed back in august of last year i took lone to get mine she got here on time. Now we are both complaining about a piece under the bed we work and are barely home for to sleep on the bed we mostly take naps when when she reached out to them they stated that warranty was not added.After so much money spent back to ikea i have to go

I came to the store about 2 weeks ago to look for living room sectional and bed frame. The sales personnel was very professional and knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing living room set and bed frame with storage. The furniture was delivered in good shape and assembled by the delivery team. I've been a customer of Furniture Direct for a while now and in different locations but Brooklyn Staff makes everything to keep the customers away. They didn't deliver furniture on time and they have absolutely no knowledge on how to keep the customers satisfied. I wasn't much surprised when I read all the bad reviews this store is getting lately.

My wife and I were looking for a a grey velvet couch for a very long time. Asem (Alex) at the store was patient enough and spent a long time with us helping us choose the right size and right product. After we placed the order the couch was ready and delivered to us within 2 days and all for a reasonable price.

Went in the store to make a purchase. One of the workers was too busy having an argument about a delivery to answer my questions without an attitude and the other employee never even bothered to look up nor acknowledge me. If folks are having a bad day then don't come to work if you deal with the public.

I had the worst experience at this store. Don’t recommend to anyone. Sales person Alex is totally clueless about running the business, unprofessional. He doesn’t understand nor cares for client needs. Simply trying to make a quick sale and definitely doesn’t care about repeat business. STAY AWAY!!!

Bed did not come with all parts required to assemble. Missing various parts and pieces. The store ended up giving a full refund. Giving 4 stars because of hassle, but otherwise the customer service was ok.
