I took two busses and a train to get here and I was not disappointed. The store has an awesome selection and the prices were by far the most competitive I’ve come across in two months of shopping around. I bought one couch I was really excited about but it unfortunately didn’t work out due to the awkward dimensions of the hallways in my buildings. The store didn’t have to work with me at all but they still bent over backwards to get me a substitute item to make sure I was happy with their business. The delivery guys were a third party service that were extremely polite and professional even through the frustrating parts of the experience. I am so stoked about furniture discount Pdx and will absolutely be using them again.

Honestly couldn't think of a better place to shop. The furniture pieces here are absolutely stunning. They have furniture for every budget. The quality is so great and sooo many to choose from. I would highly recommend you check this place out first, honestly it's a one stop shop and you will not be disappointed. The owner is very sweet and definitely takes pride in her business. I’ve been shopping around for a new sectional sofa for a while now. Nothing convinced me because they were way too expensive or not of good quality and so I had to compromise by either getting a cheap bad quality one or go out of my budget for a nicer one. I finally found one here where I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. Very nice quality at reasonable prices. Customer service was great, Erick was awesome! He went out of his way to make sure I took the one I wanted home today. I will be recommending this place to everyone!

What a relief!! Erick helped me out and saved my family a big savings. My day started bad with people just getting mad behind me in the drive up ATM for just waiting 3 minutes. The last thing I needed afterwards was to go shopping and seeing more upset people but it was completely different the minute I walked into furniture discounters PDX. Erick was awesome. McKenzie is amazing. We came to snag a bunk bed and sleeper sofa and she was super helpful. She asked what our time frame was and helped us figure out which items would meet our timeline. We also came close to the end of the day and she was very kind about our indecisiveness and didn’t make us feel rushed. She even sweetened the deal with a Starbucks gift card. Thanks McKenzie! Then I brought my friend here to find a couch and rug. She used Angel who was just as wonderful and helpful as McKenzie was. I’ll bring everyone here!!

As soon as I walked in, someone offered to help me find what I was looking for, without being pushy about it. She really listened to what I was looking for in a couch and showed me all the options she thought might meet my needs. I soon found the perfect couch, at a really good price, delivery was arranged, and now I’m sitting on my brand new couch and could not be happier. I looked for a couch for a year before going here- couch shopping is hard! Furniture Discounters made it easy. Next time I’ll shop there first.

Workers are very nice and will help you find what you’re looking for but the quality of the couches just don’t match the price. I paid $1600 for a couch and love seat & I’m not too satisfied. Yes it looks nice but it’s not very comfortable to sit on and it’s very weak. I feel like if I step on my couch to hang pictures I’m going to fall through. Their furniture is definitely overpriced. I had to have my ordered so this is why I didn’t know about the quality and stuff. But like I said they have great employees!

My husband and I stopped in to look at couches, not knowing what to expect. We were immediately greeted by Josh who helped us from start to finish. He was always there to help guide us, and answer questions, yet he gave us enough space to make decisions on our own without feeling pressured. Great experience! They greeted us right when we walked in and answered all of our questions about stock, delivery, price! Erick the store manager helped us and got us a great deal on a sectional that we would probably have to wait at least three months for through Ashley furniture. Purchased it on Saturday and it was delivered three days later! Would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future if I have the need!

I absolutely love purchasing from this location! Not only do they work with you on the price but they are fabulous about getting it to you as quickly as possible. We have purchased 3 or 4 times and we love the financing options that work for anyone and anyone's credit. Even if you just want to look around they are so incredibly helpful and never make you feel pressure to purchase anything at all. My definite number one stop.

I love this furniture store. I have bought from them over the years and I always know I am getting the best deal in town. Tania and Basem, the owners are caring and thoughtful through the whole furniture buying experience. I love how they work with my wife to get the style and design she is looking for while they look out for my desire to have big comfy furniture. They are great. You must check them out.

We came into the store today to just look around at different options for our new house. We arrived at the store and Eric greeted us and was very kind. He helped us on deciding what would fit best in our space. He showed us several different options that would fit our space and liking, he is extremely knowledgeable. We will be coming back and highly recommend talking with Eric!

Over all experience was super great, the front desk women explained her self to any questions or concerns I had. I’m leaving today a happy customer. I did the 90 day option and filled out a online application and was approved instantly. Can’t wait to get my couch. I’ll be paying a small fee due to the style I wanted but overall will be recommending this place to friends.

We were having a bad day today so my partner and I came to do some retail therapy. Mackenzie promptly greeted us as we came in, so friendly and helpful. she was willing to answer all the silly questions I had and made us feel very comfortable trying out our future new couch. the whole place is such a vibe. beautiful furniture, good music & good service. i love it here.

Worked with Josh in person and on the phone and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the couches we were interested in. Stayed close to answer my husband and Is questions with out being pushy or hovering. Hopefully won't need another couch any time soon but if we do we are Definitely coming back to see Josh and the other staff here first.

Angel was super helpful in getting us the info we needed to select the best reclining sofa and loveseat combination for our purposes. She explained everything about the furniture and the purchase process clearly. The warranty sounds amazing and we haven't gotten the furniture yet so we'll update this review when that happens.

I was shopping over at Ikea for a couch. Wasn't very impressed. Google led me the short distance here, and I found the perfect couch! For the perfect price, even! The discounts here are unreal! They also have a great selection of many different styles! Stop by and have my guy Josh help you out! You won't be disappointed.

Erick is so helpful! He found us the perfect r couch for a great deal. Our sectional with chaise was over 500$ cheaper than every other store we found. We even got a free rug for our purchase today. After a disappointing Ikea trip we decided to stop by furniture discounters- needless to say we should’ve saved our self’s time and came here first! The owner, and the entire staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The sectional was easy to set up, and is already very comfortable.
