I bought furniture from this store twice. Both times I got the best possible price, way cheaper than anywhere else whether online or in-store. But warranty support is zero. The first time I went there, I bought a recliner. After trying out all of the models in the store, I fell in love with one of them, it was so incredibly comfortable. I was hesitant about the price, but they gave me an offer so low, I just couldn't refuse. It took a very long time to arrive, (about 4 weeks) which was a little longer than I expected. But there was no rush. I just would have preferred better information up front. Calling the store did not give any more info about when it would arrive. When it arrived, it had some bad scratches in the back, but I didn't really want to bother following up, so I just left it. One of my sons always commented that the back looks crooked, but I didn't take him seriously, it was incredibly comfortable. A year later, I still love the recliner, and decided to buy the matching love-seat and couch. I shopped around a lot, then went to this store again, and they beat every other price by a lot. This time they were a little more accurate at predicting the delivery date. I also closely examined the furniture when it was delivered, and it was all in perfect new condition. So far so, good - now the bad part. The 'crookedness' of the recliner was getting worse, and when I was in the store for the couch, the salesman mentioned that the recliner had a warranty. I did not realize that. I closely examined the recliner and found to my shock that my son was correct (imagine that, a teenager being right!!) the wooden frame of the recliner back was cracked and therefore sagged one one side when leaning back! This had apparently been broken all along, a factory defect. According to the warranty terms, the wood frame is covered by a 5-year warranty, so I ought to be covered. It has now been almost 3 MONTHS and I have been calling and emailing the store to try to get warranty support. They constantly say 'the girl who handles it is not in today' or 'please resend the email with new pictures'. I have gotten NOWHERE with this. So they have great prices, but ZERO service thereafter.

Furniture to Go is actually now located a block or so from previous location. They are 2364 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn. All the sales guys we worked with were very helpful and patient. I ordered 2 bedroom sets, mattresses/box spring, pillow top mattress, formal living room furniture and such a comfortable sectional with ottoman for our family room. We recently purchased a house and we went to Furniture to Go to fill our new home with furnishings. The quality is very good and the price was fantastic. They delivered my items pretty quickly after the sale. The sectional did take a little longer but it was fine; I think the warehouse was out of stock of the one we wanted but the wait was worth it. It is super comfy! I have to say the pricing was very competitive for all the pieces we received. Richie the owner was so helpful and his son, John, was even more so if you can imagine. Every time we stopped by it was like we were seeing old friends and mind you, we never met them before. I love all my pieces of furniture in my home and have received plenty of compliments. We always use to say, we wish our home was furnished a certain way and now we have a home beautifully furnished, thanks to them. We've had people over and they rave how lovely the pieces are and comfortable too. I am disappointed to read some consumers didn't have a good experience because this furniture store was the absolute best to help furnish our home. I couldn't be more pleased. Also, the delivery guys were really great. They were on time and took care unloading then putting together the pieces of furniture quickly and well. I recommend Furniture To Go for your home furnishing needs. Give them a try, they are wonderful.

So I usually do not post complaints unless it is absolutely horrific! My husband ordered a dinning room table set for a new house we have moved into. We were originally told we will receive our item that Friday. The store rep called and stated we will get it on Saturday and then was AGAIN changed to Monday. Today is Monday. No only did we call several times and we were guaranteed it'll come by the evening time. Every time we called we got "it'll be there within an hour" This was several phone calls and several hours later, that we STILL did not get our table. Now, this wouldn't have been such a major issue if this wasn't a dinning room table that is required so that my family and I can sit and eat our meals. The worst of it all, the company closed for the day before even confirming whether the item will even be delivered today. They literally just did not show up with my item!! Not ONLY will I be writing reviews on every single social media outlet, I will be calling the BBB to file a claim against the company!

I was in desperate need of a new couch and I found furniture to go on Instagram. Instagram said they have a fast response time so I messaged them and spoke with John who helped me find exactly what I wanted. I was pretty picky because I wanted to get something I absolutely love and would be completely satisfied with since I’ll have it for quite a few years. John showed me many different options and was very patient with my indecisiveness. I went in to the store and looked at a bunch of different couches and couldn’t decide which one I wanted to choose. The one I ordered is not the one I ended up sticking with. I ordered a couch in store and came home and decided I wanted to change my mind and choose another one. I messaged John again on Instagram and he was super nice about changing my order for me. My couch was delivered within 2 weeks and I love it. Super glad I found this place. Thanks John!!!

Where do I begin....I ordered furniture from this facility back In 2008 and loved the service I got! Fast forward to 2018 ordered a bedroom set which I was told by Woody that I would receive In 1-2 days. I was super excited, they ran my credit and I was approved. After 3 days he called me and said the set would not be available until 3 weeks(I’m sure he knew that before I placed the order, he just wanted to make a sale)! Anyway, after calling the actual company they informed me that the set was on backorder and probably would take 2 months. I asked Woody to close my account after hearing this news and low and behold 3 weeks later and the account is still open. On the brighter side of things I ordered my bedroom, living room and dining room set from Furniture Center on Flatbush Ave and received everything the same week! Ask for Danny. He is AWESOME:)

This really is the "to go" furniture store! Amazing salespeople, particularly John, who helped us with our furnishing needs. He is incredibly patient - will answer all of your questions and will do so promptly. Such a pleasant person all around, unlike some salespeople who get irked when you don't but something right away. Also, he, along with the other salespeople we dealt with, don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. I 1000% recommend shopping here, not only if you are refurbishing, but also just getting cute decorative items for your home. Did I mention that no one can beat their prices? I will definitely be coming back here when I need something for my home. I found furniture to go on IG and reached out to them, John responded to my enquiry and made my transaction with them super easy and efficient. I had ordered a sectional and coffee table set from another furniture that who wasn’t delivering on time , so I wanted to try another furniture place that will deliver ASAP and I have Furniture to go. The other store was charging me $1900 for one sectional and coffee table set, John was able to give me similar and better sectional and same coffee table set for $1400, saving me $500 and they delivered within 4 days. The sectional and coffee table set was beautiful and look same as pictured. John customer service is top notch and kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much for saving me money and for a high end quality furniture for our living room.

Made a purchase for a bed frame, sofa, and coffee table. Woody the sales person help me out. He told me the sofa is the only thing that’s backed ordered. They called me 3 days later saying that the coffee table is not available anymore to go to there website and pick something else. So I did. I called her back and told her what I wanted. She said not a problem. Debbie called at lease once a week for the past month with a different excuse on how I don’t have my furniture yet. On top of that after a month pass the delivery truck shows up to my house with my furniture and side swipes my vehicle. Oh and they gave me the wrong coffee table also, beside what i picked. Don’t feel like going through the hassle no more. Would never do business with them again. Just horrible!!!

Worse company ever, I spend 5,000 dollars in furniture bedroom set, living room set dinner set and from the start it was off I had issue with the delivery and set up the first time delivery came item were missing second attempt delivery guys never show up and finally when everything was set up the quality of the furniture wasn’t durable and good material like they advertised after 5 months my bedroom set look like it was 10 years old I was so disappointed but I’m glad it happened because now I know I won’t do business with a fraud company like this the manager never was there to face me always running around and giving me excuses just beware of these company because I saw all the negative reviews and comment and I ignored them but I know better now

DO NOT PAY OR GO HERE TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. If i could, i would give this company negative stars. One of their third party salesmen quoted me a price. When I agreed on it he told me to call the store and give his name. The store refused to honor the price which was quoted- that should have been my way out but I stuck around. I payed the extra amount for the bedroom furniture only for the delivery to be over THREE weeks late. Not only was it late but they sent the wrong parts. It took them a month to finally get the parts again only for them to deliver the wrong parts AGAIN!!! i am not joking! The manager wont take my calls. The company's line is always busy. I now don't have my bedroom furniture and lost all my money.

I was recently in the market for a brand new couch and was recommended the Furniture To Go store in Brooklyn, NY. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. After walking in the manager who runs that store Johnny was extremely helpful and patient with me. He helped me find what I needed under the budget I was looking for. He took his time walking me through the store to make sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for. After finding the couch I wanted he also helped me with the delivery process and everything went very smooth. Once my basement is done I am definitely going back to Johnny at Furniture To Go in Brooklyn to help me with what I need for my basement. 5/5 I definitely recommend this store!!

Simply the best furniture store!! Ordered : 3 days ago, received my furniture today. It is my 3 time ordering from them, I will never go anywhere else. Went to a big name high priced furniture store, they found the same furniture for 1/2 the price. I told them the mattress I ordered a few years ago was getting soft in the middle. Sent me a brand new one with my delivery no charge. They even delivered furniture to my daughters new house in PA. If you buy furniture from anywhere else you are making a mistake. Best prices, perfect service and delivery & they told us we had a 10 year warranty on our mattress without being asked and just added a free mattress to our delivery. Amazing !!!

TERRIBLE BUSINESS! Not only did I have to wait about a month for delivery after being promised a week delivery, they delivered the wrong size. The delivery driver never checked the invoice to ensure he was giving me the right product. Then they gave me a hard time refunding my money after I decided it was terrible business. The owner Richie couldn't care less about his customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS. Raymour & Flanigan is right up the block. Save your self a lot of time and frustration with them. If you have time to be driving back and forth to this store for their poor communication and lack of good business ethics, by all means.

I recently used Furniture to Go to furnish my new home. To say I was happy with my experience would be an understatement. The sales team was always ready to help at my fiancé and I’s beck and call. With my fiancé being the perfectionist she is, we had to change the order multiple times and the sales team could have not been any more patient and helpful. I am truly grateful to them. The delivery men were also very careful and respectful of our home which topped off our excellent experience with Furniture to Go. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I furnished my entire house using Furniture To Go. They have a HUGE variety of furniture to choose from and were so helpful in the selection process. I am a very picky person and they were more than happy to help me find what I was looking for. The prices are extremely affordable. You'll pay double for the same quality pieces at any other establishment. As far as delivery, I received everything in a timely manner. Super professional and accommodating! I will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend this business for all your furniture needs!

The staff are friendly and willing to help. My only drawback is that even when things are in stock you have to wait up to 2 weeks to get the item. Seems their storeroom is in California. But their furniture is durable and they have excellent firm mattresses that don't cost $3,000.00. Actually my mattress was less than a $1,000.00 and I've had it for over 2 years. It hasn't shifted, no broken sides no dips where a sleep. It looks and feels like the day I bought it. Bought my second storage sleeper from them. Very comfortable as a couch and a bed.

I bought a floor model recliner. It was delivered without a power cord. The delivery guys were going to leave it without even telling me it had no power cord. They knew the power cord was late and never gave an update to me. The store almost two weeks later still haven't delivered the power cord. They also haven't contacted me back yet I always have to call them. The manager hasn't even tried to call and remedy this poor situation. I should've just went to a bigger franchise. You don't get these same problems at bigger stores. 1600$ wasted.

I honestly don’t know what some of these people are talking about. My husband and I purchased our furniture here and my sofas and tables are still in perfect condition even after a few years (even though we have an 90Lbs dog) all the furniture still looks brand new! I've had nothing but good experiences with this store. I've ordered from here for years and they have never disappointed me. (Jay, Woody, Johnny, Onofrio) they are all very helpful, they’re like my family now!! Thank you guys, and I will definitely recommend them to anyone.

The female that answers the phone is nasty, hangs up on you and place you on hold indefinitely until you hang up from frustration. Then when you call back it's a busy signal. I'm still waiting for my sectional and can get no customer service as to when it will be delivered. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

The furniture broke immediately Nika gives the run around she says she will help you and then she doesn’t answer the phone. Its not nice to cheat senior citizens. Shame on your business.

This place is the worst. Do not pay for anything with cash. When they make an error they claim its not their issue and the delivery people try to charge you more. Nothing comes assembled and if they need to carry it up they charge you a hefty fee. I asked for refund because of this and because I paid cash I cannot get one. So disgusting!

Recently purchased a bedroom suite. They have an amazing selection! Quality is excellent. Looks beautiful in my bedroom. Everyone from the sales person to delivery person could not have been nicer ! Got great financing and after this is paid, will definitely be purchasing a new livingroom set from them. So happy I found Furniture to Go.

They have poor customer service skills and will charge you a delivery fee every time you try to exchange a product even if it was their fault for sending the wrong item. They will blame it on you as to why you didn't just "refuse" the product even though it was their own fault.
