Awful quality leather sofa. Paid nearly £3000 for Missouri 3 & 2 Seater Leather Power Recliner Sofa (Plus £280 for insurance) which did not even lasted 6 months. We have our sofa delivered just before Christmas and the leather started peeling off in July which report to Furniture Village and the insurance company. The top layer of leather is peeling off for both sofas. Our old leather sofa lasted for years. Really bad leather quality. I expect leather to last longer. Furniture Village refused to replace or repair the sofa even though it is still under the so-called warranty. Furniture Village is highly not recommended. Really poor after-sale service. In the store, the sales team will make you believe every leather sofa is made of real leather but in reality, it's not. I was asked by Furniture Village to provide the order details which I did but nothing happened. I am taking them to small claim court and consumer court.

Cannot recommend enough! Paul Heer was our salesman and he could not do enough for us.. we did not feel rushed and their was no hard sale.. He was very patient when we kept changing our minds. He even left us to chat and decide, literally there was no pressure.. Our decision was made easier by the knowledge Paul had on the sofas available.. he answered all questions and was thorough in his explanations on the various sofas.. it is nice to see someone that knows his job well and obviously enjoys what he does. Always an added bonus to have a lovely coffee and cookie whilst deciding. From experience we know the quality of Furniture Village is high compared to other furniture stores.. we found that out the hard way! In short it was a pleasant experience shopping at Furniture Village Ruislip.. I have spend well over 4000£ in furniture, the furniture is nice and good quality but after you pay, all the nice and educated (helping behaviour) it goes with the payment. I was expecting a delivery for 2 tables and I wasn’t home I called furniture village spoke to Issa and he was rude, and not willing to help, he called the delivery company only after I argued with him, as he told me I have to call them as it’s not Furniture village who is delivering it. But I did purchase it from them. After all he call them they said the delivery have to be rescheduled I don’t know when or from who and to finish he told me I have to pay the delivery fee again. I real shame and very disappointed. You are looked looked after only until you pay after that horrible costumer service.

We went to the furniture village in Ruislip looking for a new sofa. I was pleased that we were left to browse without being approached by a salesperson straight away. When we had been sitting on the sofa we liked for some time, Paul came over and started chatting to us. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. He answered all of our questions without putting us under pressure. We left without buying the sofa straight away. He gave me his card and was still professional and courteous. Even though I could have purchased the sofa online, we decided to return today to purchase the sofa from Paul as he had made such a good impression on us. I was very pleased with the whole experience and cannot thank Paul enough for his help.

We have purchased a couple of beds from furniture village with the assistance of Rajesh Reddy. Rajesh is extremely helpful and knowledgable, he helped us choose both beds and mattresses with no trouble. He understood what we wanted and directed us to the best products, we are thankful for his recommendations as we love the beds we have purchased! Rajesh is very friendly and has great customer service. In fact we enjoyed working with Rajesh so much that we have referred two other family members to him, who have purchased items with his assistance. Rajesh is a great credit to the team and we have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Bought a table and chairs from here. when it arrived the bench seat cushion was a different colour. we went back to the shop to let them know. "no problem" the guy said, tapping his keyboard, new one will be with you in 4 weeks 8 weeks later we go back in and tell him still no cushion. "no problem " he said tapping his keyboard again, itll be with you in 4 weeks. here i am 6 weeks later telling the purchasing public to spend their money elsewhere, somewhere, where little errors are sorted out, not just false promises. ill be going back again to talk to mr keyboard.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff especially Essa. He was more than willing to assist me with my purchase without being pushy or overwhelming. Essa showed genuine interest in helping me find the perfect dining set for my mother as a gift. Taking the time to understand my preferences and needs. I cannot emphasise enough how much Essa had helped us with our option of furniture, he was very well spoken and respectful. I will give them a 0 star if I can. Avoid this company if you can. I have purchased furniture from them on 14th June 2023, but guess what, I am still waiting for one item now, today is 28th October 2023! After numerous contact and complaint, the broken item was supposed to be delivered on 9th October, I got a call from the driver, asking if I am waiting for the item, I confirmed. But he didn't turn up! It was such a pain to deal with them!

Really great experience in store with Essa. He was patient, kind and very knowledgeable about everything. We would not have considered the sofa we got without his help. I hate furniture shopping and he actually made it a good experience! They have a good range of items and a nice store layout. We had a helpful, polite and not too pushy female member of staff. The processing of the order at the computer desk took ages but this was an IT issue apparently and we were compensated for our time with coffee while we waited. They also do cook on demand (so warm!) Very happy with our sofa and chairs. We had the old ones taken away on the 7th, by 2 quick, professional and friendly guys and the new ones arrived on the 9th. I purchased a reclining G Plan sofa. On using same I noticed that the seats are not in alignment. I had somebody visit me who told me you have to push them back in alignment after use which I am unable to do. Ridiculous. Bad design. Do not buy. Avoid this store.
