We have been shopping for living room Furniture for the last week and couldn’t find anything we liked until we went to Furniture World on MLK BLVD in Las Vegas, NV. We can honestly say that it is the best place hands down to buy furniture in the whole city. The quality of their products is amazing and the prices are more than reasonable. They have a wide selection of styles and colors to suit any taste and budget. But what really sets them apart from other furniture stores is their customer service. The owner, Isaac, is a very kind and caring person who goes out of his way to make his customers happy. He is always ready to listen to their needs and preferences and offer them the best solutions. He is very flexible and generous with his policies and guarantees. If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, he will do whatever it takes to make it right. He treats his customers like family and makes them feel valued and appreciated. We had an exceptional experience at Furniture World and we highly recommend this establishment to anyone that's looking for quality furnishings and top of the line customer service. My new favorite furniture store. Nathalie is my sales person. I went in the first for hassle free browsing and thought enough of it to come back the next day. That's when I met Nathalie who answered all of my questions. Still I want ready to purchase. No pressure. No trying to keep me there. She was going to call a manufacturer to get some additional pricing and I left. Came back the next day and wore myself out with her help. I mean she learned what I was looking for and made suggestions when I would get stuck on as price or design concept. By the time she was placing my order, she put me in the $8000 massage chair where I feel asleep. Now I text or call if I see something somewhere else because I trust her, her ability to get me what I need in my budget. Now the store had great pieces and great prices. I'm a value shopper but a little particular about what I want. Many pieces come from the big trade show floor sets so the items are unique and procee to sell. Not every item is great, but that just brings me back to Nathalie. I wanted these bomb stools but she noticed they were stayings to crack a little and liked it out to me. By the way, while I was there, a customer brought their whole crew lunch and say and chilled. The next day one of the sales people went and got lunch and was sure to offer me some. Just good people. I've already referred my peeps.

I mistakenly called this furniture store thinking I had called the correct furniture store I had previously ordered items from to sustain my bed. The original furniture store I had ordered the materials from mixed up my order and gave me the wrong materials. I accidentally called this furniture store thinking I had the previous one on the line. A very nice gentleman named Isaac answered and offered his help to come fix it himself. When I sent him the reciept of my order he informed me that I had the wrong furniture store. I believed I had called the furniture store I ordered my materials from ( Ashley Furniture Store ) but mistakenly called this store. To make the story short, the day after speaking to Isaac, he told me the exact items I actually needed for my bed. The day after, he arrived punctually on time to my house with all correct items and fixed my bed for me. Within just a few minutes, he set up my bed correctly and fixed the previous mistake from the previous store I ordered from. He was very efficient and professional and quick. Thank you Isaac!

NEVER AND I REPEAT NEVER BUY A SINGLE ITEM FROM FURNITURE WORLD!!!! IT IS A SCAM!!! Customer service was VERY RUDE and standoff. Their was absolutely no professionalism when my wife and I walked into the store. We ordered the furniture we saw on Walker furniture site from them (because their price was lower). They assured us that it was the same brand and model. Come to find out IT'S A KNOCK OFF VERSION THEY MADE IN THEIR WAREHOUSE. WE WERE ASSURED THAT THE FURNITURE WOULD LAST 10years, so we decided not to buy the warranty. NOW The Furniture is falling apart and it's only been a little over a YEAR. WE don't have kids or pets and I weigh 180lbs my wife 120lbs. So there should be no reason why it's breaking! I called them to see what was going on with the furniture and after I finally talked to someone I GOT THE RUDEST RESPONSE IN MY LIFE FROM THE LADY I SPOKE TO. If you want QUALITY SPEND THE LITTLE EXTRA $$$ AND GO TO A R E A L REPUTABLE COMPANY LIKE WALKER FURNITURE. SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Super clean store great ambience And really nice high-quality furniture. Left the store next-door called Furniture 4 Less because that store was not only sketch It had extremely rude sales reps with really bad quality mattresses. After I left that horrible store called furniture 4 less I found this wonderful hide out called Home Furniture World Store immediately next-door. A complete 360 The store was extremely clean Well lit up spacious with representatives walking around dusting the furniture and smiling along willing to help. The ambiance was respectful and helpful and eager to please. The layout of the store was a lot more welcoming and elegant. And the sales associate by the name of Rick from LA was extremely polite, honest, helpful and was never rude at any point or pushy for a sale. I am so excited for my 2 new plush pillow top Matress’s! Yesterday My partner and I were shopping around for a kitchen dinette Table and chairs. We have been to about 7 stores Already. We finally found exactly what We were looking for at furniture world. A guy by the name of Rick was helping us and as we were walking out of the store to compare it with one more store next-door, he stopped us with great customer service, which held my attention.he was able to work out a phenomenal deal that We couldn’t pass up. Essentially it was the customer service that he provided that caused us to stay and make the purchase there with him. We are so excited and he was able to actually have it delivered today within 24 hours. Rick really knows how to help his customers find VALUE. We just bought a new home and need to start buying furniture from scratch. We looked several other places, but didn't find the value that we found at Furniture World. We bought 3 mattresses, each a different type. We bought a gorgeous captain's bed. We bought a living room set of 3 comfortable and very good quality cloth pieces; sofa, love seat (has 2 recliner seats) and a separate recliner. We bought a great, 'blanket soft' ottoman for the den. Furniture World has a wider selection of living room and bedroom furniture than I've seen elsewhere. value there. Do be careful when you buy here. To get these great prices you have to remember that you are buying as-is, no return. We'll be coming back in a couple of months for more.

I had the greatest experience at this furniture store. They have so much to look at, it gets kind of overwhelming. My family and I needed four beds and three couch sets for our new home. Sales associate, Ruben, was our guy from the moment we walked in until we purchased everything we needed. We explained to him what we were looking for and he guided us to various options and price points. We were there for a good two hours. Ruben wasn't pushy one bit. I would recommend him and Nathalie to my friends and family over & over again. They gave us a good deal and we walked away extremely happy. Five guys delivered all our furniture and were super careful not to damage our freshly painted walls & accommodated us by wearing shoe covers on our new carpets. We will be returning for sure!!

I spent $5,000 buying a dining table set and a bed just after thanksgiving in 2019. Early in August 2020, out of no where, the bed frame made a loud noise and collapsed while I was on the bed. Bed foot frame broke and it’s leg fell. I called the store and I was directed to take pictures and email their warehouse. I did exchange emails with them for about 7-10days. Outcome: they want me to bring the bed to their warehouse so they can look at it. Really Bottomline, I was told the furniture has 30 day warrantee and they would charge me an an arm and a leg to send their guy out, look at it, bring the bed back to their warehouse, fix it, bring it back to me.... Them asked me so what do you want to do? I said I will never shop again at furniture world.

Rick was amazing assisting us with our couch-hunting goals. We could not believe the insanely good deals at Furniture World—you pretty much can find deals that would normally cost the price of one couch at a mainstream store. Go check it out to see for yourself because they always have new merchandise flowing in and out. Service is impeccable and variety is extensive. Thanks Rick for getting us out of our camping chairs! Update: Our couch recliner started operating poorly by snagging at the bars underneath less than a week of having it. We emailed the video clip of the issue and it has been over two weeks and no one has come out to fix it. The whole reason we purchased a recliner was to use it not to leave it unplugged. 5 stars down to 3.

Rick And Claudia helped us out when were in a bind. The furniture company that we bought our furniture from told us on the day that it was supposed to be delivered That it would be delivered a month and a half later. We had company coming in a Two days and didn’t have a sectional or anything else for them to sit on. We walked into Furniture a World and Rick and Claudia promised me we would have furniture between 10am and 8pm in two days. I asked them to get the furniture here before my guests arrived. At 4pm my furniture arrived. My guests won’t be here until after 8 pm. Their delivery guys were very professional and made sure we were happy. Jenn was awesome. What a great saleswoman. You will leave a facility feeling like you got ripped off or like you got the best deal ever. I got the best deal ever. The dedication to finding what I liked the dedication to making the customer satisfied was everything. The quality of the furniture the selection and the people helping you are awesome. Rick Jenn’s boss went out his way to find a specific sofa I wanted although it was discontinued he provided me with great equal options. From the minute we walked in we were greeted by Karen and she gave us the layout of the sales floor. We were also welcomed by a lovely very fit young man with an accent and as we made our way around by a gentleman named Brian. All of the salespeople were very Informative without making us feel pressured. Karen was exceptional and really cared about how we felt about our choices fitting with our current furnishings. I’m so happy me and my husband bumped into Furniture World. We were in a bind and needed to get a couple of pieces of furniture. The salesman Bobby was very patient and accommodating. The prices for both pieces were awesome. The pieces we needed were efficiently delivered and the delivery men, both James and Warren were very friendly and helpful. They both ensured the furniture was set up exactly as I wanted. Great store, great pieces, great prices, fantastic services, highly recommended! Just beware of the delivery man, he can get a little inappropriate, please make sure your guy is home with you if you are female... hopefully he does not work there anymore

I bought a lamp here at this place for $300. The lamp didn’t even last a month. The outside of the lamp started melting. So when I called I talk to Rick and Rick keep giving me the run around ...Rick was acting as if there was nothing they could do to help me. So I asked him if I could talk to some els & He told me there was no one els that could help me. So I hung up with him and called right back. Thank God someone els answered the phone & long story short the lady said she was able to assisted me. I will be taking this lamp back today I wish I could post a picture but the lamp was cheap & the cover of the lamp started melting...

I hate furniture shopping but loved my experience with Rick! I had visited multiple stores before coming to Furniture World and couldn't find anything decent, in my price range and in multiple stores couldn't even find an associate to help me. Rick from the time we walked into the store helped us with everything we needed and gave me my best options. I'm getting my sofa delivered today and can't wait. We had been searching for a few months on a new living room. We looked at other stores and were unhappy with the service and quality of furniture, not say the crazy prices!!! We stopped by Furniture World the other night, Mark greeted us right away and helped us through the process. Let him know what our price range was and NEVER pressured us with higher priced furniture which we loved!! And gave us all the details on every item we questioned!! We got an amazing price, and will have it delivered FRIDAY!!! definitely going to continue to shop with them.

I went with my disabled son who purchased a mattress, bungee board and frame. Unfortunately, the frame started to break after a week. We found out that not only is the frame poorly constructed, the assembly team used a screw bit on a drill where they should have used Allen wrenches. Not sure that we will be able to reinforce the frame, but if I wanted to build a frame, I would have done so. I read in the other reviews that this location does not honor complaints. I will stay far away from this business and suggest that you do the same.

Well, since moving into my new home a month ago, I would get off highway to avoid traffic and pass the store every day, so I finally decided to take a look. I needed a dining table and chairs and a small bar for my coffee corner. The staff member explained the stores concept and It’s inventory. I found a dining table and chairs that match my other new furniture already in my home. That was yesterday and today my furniture was delivered this afternoon, it looks fabulous. Thanks I will be back in the near future for a few more pieces.

This is the 2nd time I've been to Furniture World. The first time was for myself personally & this 2nd time was for my parents. The customer service was outstanding, Rick A went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable & not under any kind of pressure which is exactly what my parents needed to make a sale. I was able to find exactly what I needed and the style and color was perfect. Rick was encouraging, professional and very personable. He also accommodated me with compassion. We purchased a bedroom set from them and when they didn't have quite what my husband wanted on the showroom floor they happily helped him custom order it. Initially they delivered the wrong set to our house (my fault, I should have rejected the items on delivery but I didn't know quite what pieces my husband had ordered) but once they knew about the mistake they corrected it the very next day without fuss and at no additional charge. Would definitely work with them again

my friend and I went to go get her a couch . we visited all the furniture stores in this vicinity. We decided on furniture world.They had thee nicest furniture and best pricing. The Moroccan guy was very friendly and helpful. infact both gentlemen were very helpful. What she didnt like was that they never said thank you to her for spending her money there. i on the other hand felt they were very kind and patient. i would shop there again .

Great place to run to when you order furniture online from Amazon thinking it's a good deal for a bunkbed but they don't tell you the mattress or the futon mattress aren't included. They hooked me and in 15 minutes I had what I needed paid and they loaded it in my truck. My daughter was happy I was happy you should of seen the look on her face when it was delivered in a box full of pieces and no mattresses they really helped me out.

I called Furniture World and was given a quote for two twin bed mattress sets. I went down there and the quote that was given me was false, but none the less I still got a decent deal. Rick handled the transaction and was very nice and made sure that someone was there at the warehouse to help me because the warehouse was closed already. In my opinion he went out of his way to make sure I was able to get my mattress that day.

Very large selection of furniture. I found a unique TV wall unit I was looking for. Nathalie the sales rep met us at the door and let us know to contact her if we needed assistance, we shopped without any interference, Nathalie was available when we did have some questions. Prices were less than the other 3 furniture stores I had been to. Delivery and set up services available. Overall an excellent experience

I had Ray as my sales person and he was a complete gentleman. His service and Knowledge of the furniture was exquisite. We were at several furniture stores before we stopped at furniture World in the experience was exemplary. There was definitely more unique furniture pieces in this store compared to the other stores we encountered. We will definitely be doing all our furniture shopping at furniture World.

Rick A. is an AMAZING salesman! Went to Walker Furniture across the street first to see what they had to offer....was bombarded with high pressured sale tactics. Looked across the street at Discount Furniture and figured "Why not". From the moment we entered we were able to relax. Take our time. Were treated like family. I was on a mission to find a specific size couch or bench. Natalie at the store was super helpful…showed me to the various pieces, helped with measuring and deciding on a final selection. Very efficient, easy process and she was not "salesy". I also like that they carry pieces from the World Market Center, so it's not the same run-of-the-mill furniture. Great price, too!

We went to the store on MLK Bvld and was greeted by Rick. It was an amazing and effortless experience. He talked us through what we wanted and made suggestions. My daughter bought 2 whole bedroom sets from them including buying the extra warranty, nobody told her she would have to jump through hoops to use the warranty she paid good money for. Nothing was explained properly so now she's stuck with broken furniture and it's only been a year. Terrible experience! Terrible customer service! Don't waste your money!

We bought a lot of furniture from them, but their follow is horrible. One item came damaged and we've been trying for month to contact anyone to help us out with no success. The store people just tell us to email them, but they never respond. It seems like a good place with good prices, but they will abandon you as soon as they have your money.

Sadly, they didn’t have it in stock because of delayed shipping all over the world but Rick helped me find a similar couch that fits in my living room perfectly that was delivered the following day! Found a great sectional for a great price. Rick greeted us as we walked in. He answered all questions we had and even helped us rearrange couches to see if they would fit in our livingroom. On Sunday, my family came to this store to buy two recliners. Rick was fantastic, and he helped us find two wonderful recliners. Everyone at the store was helpful and kind.
