I had the pleasure of being served by Tarun & Harman during my visit to the hookah lounge, and I have to say, she made my experience truly wonderful. From the moment I sat down, Harman greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor that instantly put me at ease. Throughout the night, she was regularly checking on us to ensure I had everything I needed. She was knowledgeable about the menu and made some excellent recommendations for drinks and hookah flavors that I thoroughly enjoyed. What really stood out to me was Harman's level of professionalism and dedication to her job. Despite the busy environment, she always had a positive attitude and made sure that every customer received the same high level of service that she provided to me. Overall, I can't recommend Harman enough. She is a beautiful server both inside and out, and I look forward to returning to the hookah lounge and being served by her again."

It was absolutely wonderful and I was very happy I visited this place while I was visiting Toronto. Please don't get fooled but the outside look.Inside it's very spacious and very bright.The customer service is definitely great and you get your order very very quickly.I had Priya as my server and she knew what she was talking about and she had very good suggestions for shesha and other menu items. She did come back a few times to make sure everything was okay and I needed anything else.She had a smile and patience as I was going through the menu while I was ordering. Check this place out if you are in this neighborhood, and don't forget to try their Indian milk tea that tea was the reason I went the second time. I liked this place definitely worth exploring if you are in the area.

We were looking for a new place where we can try a good shisha and drink some fresh juice or smoothie. So, we decided to visit Fusion Lounge located in Mississauga, ON. Fusion Lounge is a lovely place. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city ️ in spite of being in the city . There’s an ample parking ️ space around the building. The place has the huge indoor seating arrangements and the seating arrangement is super comfortable and spacious. 

The staff is really nice, friendly and kept following . The shisha menu is great and there are many flavours to choose from and they also offer quite a lot of small bites options to choose from.

Pricing is decent, good value for money and the place is more suitable for a group of people.

love it here. This has been my go to shisha place since 2017 and is my favourite spot. The place looks really nice inside, the service is fast even when it’s busy, servers are friendly etc. Last time I came here with a friend and Priya our server was very kind and accommodating. It was busy and there were few tables left, the first table we sat down at was not our first choice but Priya assured that she will change our seats once a new spot was available and she did. Great service from her and the rest of the staff! If you’re looking for a classy lounge this is the spot :)

Went on a busy Saturday to this place! The place was jam packed. Waited for almost 20 minutes. Got a table and then literally had to wait for 15 minutes to make an order that too after calling the servers multiple time! Sheesha is good, food and specially the Iced Cappuccino was amazing. Downside is their service! Every order is served very slow! Ambience is not that great. It was too loud. Overall ok ok place to visit just because of their service and ambience. Can be avoided! Went there only because Sheeshalicious was too busy that day

I had an amazing time at Fusion Lounge! The hookah flavors were outstanding, especially the blue mist and peach. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ensuring that our hookah was well-maintained. The Turkish coffee was also a highlight - rich, flavorful, and the perfect complement to the hookah. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable, making for a great place to relax and unwind with friends. I highly recommend Fusion Lounge for anyone looking for a great hookah bar experience in Mississauga!

The vibe here is great. The customer service is very good as I had a waitress named GARIMA/GAREEMA and she was super helpful very nice and attentive, working at a good pace. I had the tacos as well and they had such a good flavour with them I was so satisfied with the taste, would try it again. The shisha a was also very nice. They have Greta movies here with big TVs and a PS4 set w/ soccer. They also sell boba/ bubble tea which is a nice addition to the shop. Quite spacious as well. Would come back!

I have visited this place twice and had a great time. The place is huge with plenty of seating. The customer service is always friendly, quick and attentive. Every food item we have tried there tasted amazing. I would prefer this place any day for food and beverages over any other restaurant with similar menu. The fries are second to none. Best fries I have tasted in the GTA and USA. The other foods we tried were: Chicken wings 5/5 Chicken Tikka 5/5 Iced coffee 5/5

We went for the very first time reading the reviews for hookah and good ambience. And I must say place definitely had a great vibe, amazing l friendly and humble customer service offered by Harman today. I will give 5 stars and kudos for being proactive and at the same time being cheerful around.. The food and drink options are quite good with affordable pricing. Will recommend this is all my friends and for new folks who like hookah must go to place!!

Would have been 5 stars except for a disappointing experience with the wings and the bill. My order was to go but the server was great and very friendly. I took her suggestion and tried the burger which was great. The wings were good but only got 7 not 8 as promised and nothing else came with them and they charged an extra $1 for the hot sauce on the wings even though menu says they come with sauce. I’ll still go back but won’t get the wings.

Great place to spend the evening with your friends and have hukka. There are variety of flavours available but Pan blend with mint kiwi was our choice and it was amazing. Quality of food was great. I think it’s not a place to try mock tails, so order accordingly. Service was bit slow and staff needs to be organized.
