DO NOT GO HERE. I’ve had suspicion in the past of them stealing my clothes and stopped going there for a while . They’re right next to my apartment building I go back and gave them 5 days to properly wash my clothes . They didn’t get any of the makeup stains out which I can literally get out with dish soap and my exoensive favorite clothes are missing all they gave me back was my lounge wear . All my tops are missing . My socks are missing . My towels are missing o had about 6 towels they gave me two back . My favorite black and white silk top that’s a tube top and ties in the back is gone . They literally steal all of your nice clothes and don’t even properly wash them . I WARNED YOU DO NOT GO HERE .

I've been coming here for a couple of years for drop-off service and dry cleaning. They are always professional, nice, and make the process easy and convenient. My clothes have always been ready on time. I've especially appreciated them keeping drop-off service available through this tough year. Highly recommend their services! At one point, like most businesses, they adjusted their hours due to covid impacts, pretty sad that 00comm's is complaining about that.

Small place but congenial, helpful owner. I have yet to see a large laundromat in this neighborhood). Best to come in early on the weekend. I was self-laundering while in town for a residency. So few people bother to review laundromats unless they have a problem - not useful in my opinion. This place does a lot for its size, including taking in neighbors' packages. The positive reviews offered by long-term customers here seem accurate to me and were helpful.

Took a tailored (42R) suit in to get dry cleaned. Received the suit back with a different jacket (44L) that was the same brand. When seeing if they had the other jacket they just kept asking if I had the dry cleaning tag which proved nothing. They offered no other help beyond checking with other employees, physically or monetarily. Very unhelpful and unprofessional service overall.

I have been doing my laundry and dry cleaning here for 24 years. I put a very expensive coat in for dry cleaning and when I went to pick it up the person working there said that they do not have the coat and that I do not have an account. She barely spoke English and she threw me out of the store. Horrible! I lost my best coat and they won't help me.

Moved to the neighborhood in March and needed to find a new laundromat. G & M is it! The kindest staff with excellent service (drop off only). Thank you for making our laundry days so easy, breezy, and wonderful.

At first, I went for convenience, but I go back for the quality. Wonderful staff who adhere to your wash/dry/fold preferences. Very reliable and very friendly at a cost effective price. Highly recommend.

Super responsive and helpful with any of my concerns regarding any of my laundry!! Even if there’s an issue, they always strive to solve it and offer tips on preserving my clothes!

Called to check if I could get alteration done. Took a cab only to find out the information I was told on the phone was untrue. Complete waste of time.

Very nice and friendly people. Have miraculously gotten rid of terrible stains while not promising anything, always have been on time too.

Closed Sunday and other times. Google store hours are wrong. Just locked storm doors, doesn't even look like it's in business anymore.

Cheap prices, they don't lose your laundry, and the owners are nice. This review is for drop off service & dry cleaning.
