Just had the worst experience. My hair has never looked this bad before. Asked for a blowout and the texture and end product was so bad that I just want to get to my hotel and wash it and dry it again. It looks so dry and without any type of shine. The ends look like a broom. Super sad since I am on vacation and have plans for the rest of my day. The only good thing is that the staff were really sweet, and I think they noticed that the result was very bad and they were trying to fix it. I felt bad for them but they should have not charged me anything at all. Really sad. Last picture is my hair days before for reference

However, I must say that G Bar exceeded my expectations. The brow specialist, Svelana (apologies if misspelled), dedicated nearly an hour to perfecting my brows, which was a new experience for me. She took her time and ensured my comfort throughout the entire process. The warm welcome and offer of drinks added to the positive atmosphere. I'm thrilled with the results and eagerly look forward to returning!

I've had a wonderful time here. Stylish design, nice atmosphere and great playlist. You will always be offered tea, coffee or just a glass of water. And the professionalism of the masters is at the highest level! After visiting the salon my hair looked like from the cover of a magazine. Will definitely come back here again!

Wonderful beauty salon. I went two days in a row while visiting Rome over Christmas week first for eyebrow shaping and then a gel manicure and pedicure - all excellent. The team is super friendly and take great care of customers - very clean facility and offer tea, water, etc. Highly recommend and I will be back!
