Only call this service if you DON'T value your health. We called for a GP at 6PM. We received an unintelligible from a GP (supposedly) 90 minutes later asking if we needed a GP - we assumed they would come after this. After two hours I called GP2Home again, and they sent an SMS to the GP, who apparently replied that he would contact us. When he didn't bother I called again, and was told GP2Home had done the best they could do. And that's really not great. It's now 9:30PM. Our 14 month old is in bed, and the patient is going to bed. We'll be going to our local GP tomorrow - this wasn't just a bad experience, it was worse than waiting in the clinic. Not only did they waste hours of our time, but now the local clinic is closed we have no option other than to wait for tomorrow to see a real doctor. Amazed that these people can claim medicare benefits. Sorry, that should have been "appalled".

Amazing! Googled late night bulk billed doctors and stumbled across these guys. Called at 9pm. Doctor arrived by 11.30. Called and notified me his movements and started the consultation over the phone and was in and out by 12.45. Even gave me an antibiotic to start fixing things. Thank you!

Called them up for my wife at 7.10 last night and the doctor never called and no one showed up. What a waste of time. They take all the details and make you feel doctor will show up. Please avoid them and try to report these guys too. I am sure you will have same experience.

Do yourself and your health a favour and do not ring this company they are a scam and you’ll be waiting for nothing. I rang at 10am and kept calling to see if the doctor was coming at 8pm it’s now 11pm and still no doctor. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS DODGY DOCTORS

As of late GP2Home has offered a pretty decent experience. Doctors typically arrive within a few hours (the fastest I got was 20 minutes), regardless of the day and are friendly with the ability to prescribe medication.

When you are looking for a doctor at 06:00 (or any other time) DO NOT WASTE TIME with this service, go to the emergency department
