Wow The Team at Gravity Rajen, Nitesh and the crew blew my mind on service. They were the most helpful professional group of people. Durban should be proud of having such Caliber of people. We did an installation of A PA SYSTEM on a Bakkie, no fault of theres we took the vehicle 3 x back and they serviced us with a smile, incurring expenses that was for our account. Due to the nature of our work they offered us the extra work Free of Charge. Now dont get me wrong their service and cleanliness of their store literally one could eat from the floor. This was my first visit to Gravity Audio, I was welcomed at the door by Nitesh. He assisted me with advice and a demonstration of the equipment that I was interested in. Nitesh's attitude and knowledge was awesome. I successfully purchased the equipment and was even assisted with placing my purchases in my vehicle. The variety and prices of Dj and car audio at this store is top class. This is definitely my favorite one stop audio shop.
