What an excellent gym with two passionate and lovely trainers. They were both super friendly and pushed you hard. Thier gym overlooks the beautiful Springside nature reserve which means every morning you go for a session you have an incredible start. Compared to the dark dreary dungeons of the UK's inner city gyms it's an absolute treat!
