I feel terrible for even giving this company 1 star. This has honestly been the worst experience I've ever had as a broker dealing with an insurance agent. Two months after a claim was filed, the people here at Gain still have yet to ever give me a call back when asking for a simple update on the status of the claim. When you call, they immediately say they'll call you back while refusing to put forth any effort at all to help you. I've heard all the excuses you can think of: The person you need is at lunch (at 9am), my computer just crashed, I'll have to call you back, we have sent the claim over to the insurance company...I ask who that company is and what is a good contact for them...oh my computer won't pull up the info I can't give you anymore details. Truly pathetic service. 2 months now and we still can't even get a claim number, adjuster name, reviewing agent name, date filed, etc. Nothing. To any truckload carrier looking for a good agent, please look elsewhere.

I am very satisfied doing business with Gain Insurance Agency for the past few years do to a lot of reason, Especially working with Nancy Nersisyan. She responds back to all messages and phone calls right away without making you wait for your insurance certificate. Everyone at gain insurance is very professional, fast, polite, friendly, helpful to all customers, and they know what they're doing. We've been in business for 10 years, and these guys have been my agent since the beginning. They have always written all my policies with A rated carriers. They're always nice and courteous when our safety department needs something. We get our cert holders done online instantly though Gain's online portal. Too much time placed on hold, every question I had regarding my coverage I was placed on hold to get the answer. An emplyee calling himself "Jacob" seemed put off by my need for answers. I work for someone else and simply follow directions, following a list of questions he wanted answered before we make a choice on fleet coverage. Thank you John "Jim" Lydon

Pablo is the best at Gain Ins. On very short notice before my previous Insurance was about to expire. I contacted Pablo he got me coverage and saved me $400 bucks on my monthly payments and I only had my authority for one year. Garbage of a company. Hard to get a hold of, cant believe they actually call themselves an insurance agency. No answers anywhere and these people have no urgency. They never get back to you and its impossible to get a hold of an adjuster. Wish the person that hit my car actually had decent insurance.
