I purchased extra chips with my order ,but to my dismay the extra chips was not placed in the packet which I opened when I got home . I immediately called the store and spoke to the person who served me and informed him of this . He told me that unfortunately he can't do anything and was sorry his name is Avinash . I told Avinash I need to speak to the manager and he then informed me that he is the manager. I have been very inconvenience by this poor service delivery as I cannot make a trip from Parlock to umhlanga to fetch the chips . Which they failed to put into the packet . It will really help if the management of Galitos could get there act together by ensuring that they staff are properly trained so as to avoid another customer going through this.

The restaurant takes well over 2 hours to deliver, the food comes cold, packaging is soggy and falling apart. The owner probably doesn't want to hire more drivers to resolve this problem, you can really see they cut corners with their delivery as a Mr D driver delivered an order placed on Galitos online. R420 order and they have not refunded me for the food which has been sitting in the driver's car/ bike for over an hour, the food took 2.5 hours to reach me and the restaurant is 5 minutes away - driver excuse was that they gave him too many orders to do.

Poor service. Asked the lady how long my order would take as I was on duty. She said 10 to 15 minutes so I ordered and it took them 45 minutes to get my order done. Not to mention that there was a customer who came after me who ordered the same thing I ordered and got hers 1st. Eventually i got mine drove to work when I get to work my order is incorrect I had to drive back. I wasted tons hour about 1 order. I will never order from them. poor service. They don't deserve even the one star I gave.

Second stupid experience at this branch. They have staff that can't give me any information on deals they running. Resorting to shop at this galito's outlet after terrible service from the steers next to it I was greeted by a smiling face and felt welcome. The staff and service was prompt. I am paraplegic and the cashier helped me to the car. I thought that was a great and humble touch. Not to forget that the whole chicken that I purchased is burating with flavour. I would recommend this food outlet with 10 stars . .

That meat tastes nothing like Galitos meat. I have had galitos from thohoyandou, some filling station towards Louis trichardt,Pretoria north, sunnyside,bosman,parktown and they all had a consistent taste. The pap was also not well cooked and the relish was tasteless . It was a bigggggg nòoooo. Please take your staff for training in other franchise stores. There should be consistency in the brand

If only I could give a zero star. After all the business I've done here. It took 1 time to ruin it all. Placed an order at 12.30. No food delivered eventually I went to the branch at 13.52 and the manager says it looks like it just left there branch now and that I can go back to my property and receive it. Pathetic service.

The African ladies at the tills who were working 02 June 2021 around 13:00 are extremely rude. Absolutely no respect for customers, management needs to take these ladies to customer care training so that they know how to treat clients and customers. Eventually they will run that restaurant into the ground. No client wants to spend their money where they are not respected

I phoned in my order to Adam, my order was taken down in a jiffy, went to the Umhlanga branch and my order was ready for collection, an outstanding and efficient service from galitos. And the special is just as good, well done and keep up the first class service and quality tasting chicken, definitely give the other O's a run for their chicken.

Had to send my meal back to be warmed. It came back with only a portion warmed. Had to send it back again.The chips didn't taste good ( over used oil). The whole process took a while as well. I have eaten here before, yes! Will try them again and great price on the 3 piece special.

Don't ever buy from them they cut your order down. Been buying for months. Bought today for the new year and I received almost no feta and very little chicken Manger days they made a mistake. Then says it's what the system says. I asked for a new order to be made and I received the same thing just cut in little pieces

Very cool funky store. The branding is 1st class. I had a chicken prego which was a toasted bun shaped with a chicken breasts and sauce. Disappointing. Chips were spiced , something I personally hate from all franchise. Rater give plain chips and an option of salt or spicy salt that one can add yourself

Placed my order online. Chose the option of paying in store for my strips and rice with extra sauce. The meal was so saucy and tasty. Love the fact fact the extra sauce is poured into a container for you to use as desired.

Very Disappointed. I've ordered their Chicken about 2 weeks and it was so lovely and had a lot of sauce and ordered it again today and it was dry, no sauce and looks very unappetizing.
