This is the place every one go when they come to Colombo. It is open 24 hours. No charges. But you have to pay for parking vehicles. Can go to the sea. Good place to relax at night. Day time is too hot in Colombo. Short eats only available by street food cabins. Crowded place. Very crowded In festival seasons eg Christmas 31 December new year days Wesak festival season. But overall it is a place to go.
