It’s such an amazing mall with everything carefully thought about. Clean spacious and beautiful. There is a food court with a repertoire of cuisines to sample from. The children secure play area is an amazing place where you get to sign in your small little bundle of wonders to pick them up later after your shopping. They have quite a number of ATM machines strategically placed just Incase you need to replenish your cash reserves. Most of the staff in the shops are friendly and quite handy . The management is always around Incase of any concerns raised in regards to anything. Nice mall. Security at main entrance is lax and so is second security check at main entrances. It's a one stop mall as it has eateries, banking facilities including ATMs, restaurants, supermarket and clothing plus electronics shops. Recently updated to include a Maasai market section near the entrance from Magadi Road. They might be pricier than the usual Maasai Markets in CBD that are open at the High Court Parking bay on Sundays. The bathrooms need an update. Would be ideal if they put non contact taps plus soap dispensers, in line with covid 19 developments.

Galleria is one of the most beautiful uniquely built malls in Nairobi. The top of the buildings are made to look like huts. It has an ample parking space. Multiple business shops are located here. Carrefour occupies on of the major spaces. There are multiple food stores; urban burger, KFC, Pizza Hut, Gallitos, Chicken Inn, planet yoghurt, Java House , just to mention a few. You will find most of household staff and clothes. There are several gift shops selling Maasai artwork in different form. Their environment is amazing.

I liked Galleria Mall. It has several restaurants. A KFC, an Indian cuisine place, a Java Cafe, an Artcaffe. We were in search of a good restaurant...not a food court arrangement. There is a spacious Carrefour Supermarket in the building and some nice shops. It's a good central meeting point for shoppers coming from Karen, Rongai or Langata. The service is smiling, even the guards were nice. I liked the experience.

Great Mall with wholesome experiences for the whole family. From dining to grocery shopping, from vehicle service to recreation (especially for the kids), the Mall has it all covered. One thing to note though is the place is very busy on the weekends, so parking can sometimes be a challenge. All in all, a highly recommended experience. Try them out today!

Galleria Mall is accessed through Langata -Magadi Road junction. It has eateries -KFC, Java, Pizza Hut etc...Carrefour supermarket, Text book Centre, Safaricom Shop, a branch of Nairobi Hospital, banks, boutiques, salin and barber shop. The Mall has plenty of parking space for vehicles and a kids play area...it just the place to visit.

The biggest mall in Kenya, not as much things as in others country. But still enough for your needs and reasonable price. Food court was clean and has many choices. Souvenir market which was located next to the mall has many many things which you see from stores on the way but cheaper, of course you still have to bargain 30-40% off!

They have a very helpful waitress called Shirleen. She was so kind and helpful. Their coffee is also really nice, the medium roast D650(not sure of the name) Took it black, pretty good. Their bagels are top tier. I tried one with avocado and I got so full halfway through it. Kinda pricey but worth it.
