I made the comment below 6 months ago and wanted to add that this extremely high level of service has been provided every time I walk into the pharmacy by all staff staff members. Paul is a wonderful pharmacist. He continues to help me to organise my prescriptions and I feel like a valued customer each time I step into the door. Everyone is always lovely and friendly. I don't work at Galston anymore, however I continue to have my scripts sent here, and travel a distance to obtain them, because I trust this pharmacy and always enjoy interacting with the staff. Well worth visiting Galston Village Pharmacy to experience this level of customer care. Thanks! I have always found staff at Galston Village Pharmacy to be wonderfully knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and today Paul (pharmacist) went above and beyond to help me organise my prescription, including multiple phone calls and follow-ups. I drive out of my way (through the gorge) simple to be able to shop here. Definite recommendation!

Paul and the staff are excellent. They provide the best service I have ever encountered at any pharmacy. They are very knowledgeable with products in front of and behind the counters. Also friendly and you don't need to go anywhere else for your pharmacy needs. They have it all PLUS Christmas gifts at very discounted prices. Don't bother with the large chain pharmacies, Galston provides it all and if they don't have it, they will get it in for you. I don't shop anywhere where else. It is not possible to imagine a better experience. I observed Paul and Staff in a busy period - all are professional, efficient and courteous. In these days were major companies are gaining foothold to move to dominate the pharmacy market, excellent community focused providers, like this, are to be supported - or we all lose.

Kerrie and the girls here are amazing. Their knowledge and genuine empathy for any situation is very much appreciated by their customers, not to mention the extras they do like Australias Biggest Morning Tea, VIP nights, product nights and even gift wrapping for their great gift range. The staff here always welcome people with a genuine smile and offerings of assistance! When they found out I was new to the area they gave me a gorgeous little welcome goodie bag! Such a lovely sentiment and gave a feeling of a close knit small town you don't see very often these days!

Great little community pharmacy! When I went to pick some needles up for my disabled neighbour. The pharmacist was so helpful, and the staff there are always polite and happy to help in anyway they can.
