Not only are the employees rude they all have smart mouths saying slick comments like oh don't do returns or trade ins. My response is then stop offering me to sign up for stuff stop asking me to do the survey and rate your store because I won't be nice about it. The disrespect and lackness/ awareness on games and products. And one last thing they make their own ours so hopefully you will go before their random lunch break at 12 when the store opened up an hour ago

The manager and employees are extremely rude I just asked a simple question about a pre order and was told that my question was dumb I was highly offended also they re sell pre-owned games saying they are new when they aren't even sealed bad business

The situation was handled and the person is no longer there. Spoke with the manager and the issue was solved thank you for the respect. Now my only issue is Sony because of the controllers they keep having stick drift and it's annoying

Got here its 7:25 pm and they closed the store. They didnt let me in. The schedule on the window says 8pm. I guess they close whenever they feel like. Not cool thats why game stop is going out of business.

Poor management staff are disrespectful this place honestly needs to get closed down again the employees argue with customers like their kids and no managers are ever avaliable to resolve conflict

Staff was great, they gave me time to look through what they had and asked if I needed any help, really a good place to be
