We parked at this Garrison parking lot, the same parking lot the dinner cruise venue is connected to, and were next, waiting in line to pay at the kiosk for parking when they all of a sudden shut it down and come over and tell us it's $30 for event parking now. (An event we weren't even going to). I said to the guy, we are already parked for 10 minutes and were next to buy a ticket, that should not apply to us. The guy didn't care and said it doesn't matter. I said so the people who JUST bought their $2 /HR parking ticket in front of us, that counts? He said no, it doesn't count after 4 pm, they will be towed. That doesn't make any sense that they followed directions and wasted their money and will be towed. Very unorganized, unprofessional and feels like we were scammed big time. This is not what was stated on the website. Do not park here, very misleading.
Eight o'clock PM on Tuesday. App says " parking is not allowed," the kiosk machine is locked up and many people standing in line. Sign says lot open til 11 pm. Phone service attendant says, "local lot determines service hours." We cancelled our Columbia Restaurant reservation and went elsewhere. Sorry to see, and cant imagine the experience for Tampa visitors.
Supposed to be open parking but according to attendant, its privately owned and Amalie Arena blocks it off and it's permit only without notice. Doesn't matter if you need handicap parking for Yacht Starship or Sparkmans Wharf. Watched several people allowed to park and go to Sparksman's wharf. So many empty parking spaces. Discrimination obvious.
Wow how do I rate a parking lot? Huh the car didn't move or get broken into.. uh it was on side of road literally. But being in a port I guess security is tight.. I would suggest to park there the meter was dirt cheap a dollar a day* when I was there a year ago. Though it was a great experience over all...
Es un super plan para ir acompañado en familia, pareja o con tu mascota. Hay una diversa feria de comida donde encontrarás gastronomía diversas, es amplio y a cielo abierto. Buen sitio para conocer Tampa.
Nice parking lot. Have to download the parking app. It's easy to use. You can add more time if you need to on your phone. No need to run back to the lot for additional time. The car was safe.
I actually got a very nice parking spot second floor right across from the interest it all depends on where you're going and what you need this parking lot for it is $15 a day for parking
Machine not working to give parking passes, cars were getting tickets and towed away. If u do not own a smart phone and can not pay your parking you definitely do not want to go here.
Was forced to use this lot due to time constraints and location on the night of a hockey game. I was NOT there for the hockey, but got SOAKED for $40. Major rip-off.
They charged me $20 to park? That's ridiculous. And I got overheated trying to watch the ski show left early. They didn't even compensate me.
It's supposed to be a paid lot but the gates were all open when we went so it was free for us. I'll take free parking any time I can get it.
Rates were expensive if they're trying to promote the area and a few ticket kiosks weren't working so had to walk around looking fir some.
Great parking by the Wharf. Steps away from the aquarium. Easy to find spots and pay quickly. It’s a good place to park.
Trolley was free to ride and it takes you from Channelside to Ybor. Staff was friendly too.
Plenty of room period plenty big period. It is billed by plate so you need the software
Rip off, $40 to park because of hockey game, should be posted on website!
Good food except that one bar at the entrance. They make bad drinks
Easy to park on a Saturday if you get there early.
Pay by app (parkmobile) $2/hour, $15/max all day
Get there early on the weekend it gets packed!!
